Typical KFC. Food is good. But too crowded. Not enough people to maintain the crowd. People eat and move out quickly, so seating options are there. But delivery time too much. Within few minutes display will tell order ready, but we need to wait a lot to get it.

Don't miss the Wednesday deal! Calm and great ambience. Well lit and the service was super fast, which was quite unexpected.

Wednesday's special. Mostly they will not season Peri peri chicken properly, you have to ask for more seasoning. Few staffs behaviors is not good.

It can be challenging during peak times for service and delivery. After eating it's customery for customers to place your trays at the bins provided. Customers just leave their trays and rubbish on the table and walk away unconcerned about the rest of the people. It can take some time for staff to clear the rubbish. Normally there is a lot of lettuce, dressing , and cheese on the 🍔 burgers. But this seems to be missing in India. Above all there is no coleslaw salad.

Over all its a good experience…always busy ambience as its a main ambience is good..all dishes ordered was good in taste..they have good parking facility . Still some people are not aware of online order and delivery of the same in the same outlet …

I need to change the rating For the rude behaviour of the store manager. When we asked about their promise "7min express delivery or get chicken ". The order was delivered to us after 13 mins . When we asked for the free chicken he said no they can't give and argued with us. He was not even in a polite tone to say no. They did the same to other customers also.
