Food was really good.. but had to wait for sometime. May be online orders are taking priority. But the ambience and facilities can be better. No where near how pizza hut ambience used to be.
Spacious restaurant. Yummy pizzas and garlic bread. Portion size is good.

Polite and good service! Yummy pizzas And they don't delay it too much so we can eat well! Peaceful only thing I feel when we order 2 pizzas there is no place on the table a single one so if you get consider that the next time!
It was a takeaway order. If you walk-in to the restaurant you’ll get better deal than ordering online. It seems they change deals every week. As usual good.
Food was good. There is a discrepancy in bill amount and zomato amt. Seems like zomato has some billing issue.

I recently dined at Pizza Hut, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a casual dinner with friends or family.
Now, onto the pizza! I ordered the Supreme Pizza, and it exceeded my expectations. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside. The combination of toppings, from the savory sausage to the fresh veggies, created a burst of flavors with every bite. It was a true treat for my taste buds.
What stood out even more was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure our drinks were never empty. They also accommodated a special request for a customized pizza without any hesitation.

I recently celebrated my kid's birthday in Pizza Hut Virugambakkam. Want to give a shout out to Viji and her team for her excellent service, lovely decorations and coordination! It was very well planned and the kids really enjoyed themselves

We celebrated our daughter's second birthday here tonight with my friends. The birthday experience was truly better than I expected. The birthday decorations were done by the staff viji and team working there with great love and devotion. All staffs are so kind and very humble.My kids really enjoyed the place. The ambience is so so good. Thid Place very comfortable for celebrate our special days. Especially the food was very tasty.we ordered pizza Hut treat meal combo and murg malai chicken pizza's. Those pizzas very tastyyy. This place made my child's birthday a very special day and happy memories. Thank you so much pizza Hut virugampakam branch.

Ordered Pizzas (for delivery) for my son's b'day - 16 personal and 10 medium ones. Delivered on time!. The Pizzas were lovely - hot and tasty. The little giants just devoured them in no time.
Considering the large numbers (26) was worried on them being hot!. But they did what they do best. Pizza Hot Delivered.
