I ordered a Classic Zinger Burger. Preparation time was too much. They even skipped my order and gave orders to the latecomers. The chicken taste was moderate compared with the one I ate in Chennai.

This KFC is inside phoenix market city mall and you can access it from inside mall and outside also. This is opposite to PVR and easy to spot. They have all the menu of standard KFC, staff was helpful and trained professional , so no issue in ordering and payment process. This is big enough and can accommodate good amount of people, seats were hardboard and there was no cushion seating available. Overall good experience as you expect from KFC.

Taste was good and place was hygiene which are the most important things. So, it's a nice place to hangout although I had a pretty bad experience with the mall. I bought kfc and took my place to eat when I went to get sauce I don't know who but they cleaned my table and took away my food before I finish eating. A whole lot scene was going on I compliant to mall supervisors and finally they decided to refund by buying me my order again. Worst experience but the kfc themselves was good.
