What makes this place good is that there is seating. The lounges at the Chennai airport are FULL all the time. So here, at Irish, there is a little bit of solace.
The service is exemplary. They seem to have worked on it, staffing is way better. Aravindh Kumar was great. 5 stars and a kudos. Ask for recommendations. They know whats cooking 😊
Had a great time while waiting for my flight. Good service, nice portions. Slightly overpriced but overall a good place to hangout if you have to kill time and have a few drinks before boarding a flight in Chennai.
It was my first visit to Chennai and while flying back to Bombay from Chennai Airport, spent time at the Irish House. I am particularly writing this review to highly appreciate the service offered to me by Miss. AKSHAYA. She looked after my table/order and was extremely kind & polite and if I ain't wrong, was the only female waitress. The food & drink options are very good. Recommend Orange Virgin Mojito here, it's classic. Mini mezze as vegetarian option is good followed by spaghetti Italiano veg. French fries are served hot and and super tasty, ceaser salad is okay. If there's still room left in your tummy then don't miss brownie with vanilla Ice-cream. It's not the sizzling one but still very good. Again big thanks to Miss Akshaya for making the experience at Irish house Chennai Airport an amazing one.

We were stuck with about 3 hours delay at the domestic airport and had nothing to do. That’s when we thought of having a drink each. That’s when we saw a board of The Irish house , a upscale bar. The Irish house offers a wide variety of drinks . Be it cocktails , whisky , vodka or mock tails. The ambience is also decently good. The place plays live music and has counters right there near the bar tender. The place also offers service at your table. Would advice if you looking for some snacks and a couple of drinks provided bill is not a constrain.
Irish house Chennai airport is amazing. The atmosphere is awesome with all staff like akskhaya are so supportive and amazing. I highly recommend to visit it once.

Beautiful view... Perfectly good ambience.... Perfectly well mannered staffs.. Price is not too much... Maybe twice what you get in other bars.... Food is superbly amazing.... Will definitely visit again...

My night at the bar was truly exceptional, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Rahul. He displayed the utmost professionalism and was exceptionally helpful throughout the evening. Rahul's dedication and going the extra mile truly made it an unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a bartender; he's the best in the business!
