Best chilli parota and spl curd rice. They way i wanted they deliver the same taste everytime.

It is my first experience trying breakfast at this restaurant. I ordered Masala rava dosa and Idli vada. The taste of the dosa is nice and quality is good. Good budget friendly restaurant to enjoy south indian dishes. The second time now i ordered the veg fried rice and veg noodles combo. The quality and taste is nice. It will be even good if the oil used in cooking the gobi Manchurian dry and veg Manchurian is reduced a little bit 😋
Have eaten at this place quite a few times and I can say they serve good and decent food and definitely value for money.I love their Bombay Meals very much.The coffee that they serve is really good.
Their curd rice is certainly one of the best in Chennai. No frills like those stupid pomegranates and grapes in the rice. Easy on the palate, especially if had with their standard potato chips and some more molagai. Add a dash of lime pickle and you're set for the rest of the day.

Wanted to try out and was amazed by the masala dosa's aroma and taste. Just bowled, espc the corriander chutney was wooowwww... No one can beat the Welcome or Ratna Cafe sambar.
The Noodles was OKish and to wash down a mini-coffee. Felt so good , that's the magic of a filter coffee.
They are renovating most of their restos and hope they do the Valasaravakkam one too. Planning for a take away tomorrow too.

Authentic veg food with good taste. Price was high. Ground floor for self service was small. First floor was AC dine in. No parking space was a big drawback.

Its a small place... We ordered mini tiffins and pongal because chennai's pongal my favourite dish...
But here pongal was not at all great ,its little dense...mini tiffin is good..
This place is traditionally famous and though the heydays of this brand is fast coming to an end admist the innumerable options of food places in the city, it still is a force to reckon with. The food is good and as usual the coffee is excellent. Price is a bit on the higher side but nothing to regret. Definitely try the food if u want south Indian cuisine (veg)

Hotel Saravana bhavan, this hotel is mainly for millet and organic menus . kuthirai vali rice dosas, thinai dosas, mixed millet poori with kuruma, special masala dosa with sweet potato, idiyappam, star idly, tea, coffee, millet soups and sweets are available. More seating available for dinning. Parking slots applicable as it is busy road so plan accordingly.
Service ia not up to the standard and recent past....we sat nearly 5minuetes no one came for that Table... Food quality is quite Good... we sat inside family type of tables.. waiter not came quick
After food service table attention also Not good.. for sambar, chutni we need to call them again & again..They nt served as proactive..
Very hygienic n clean food ! Pure vegetarian but little expensive. They also provide Fast Food, Take Away, Home Delivery and Outdoor Catering. Due to the name they are surviving

Everyone thinks that this hotel sells veg but This hotel sells non veg coz milk is from cow but milk has germ cells. Hence they sell non veg. Change it as multi cusine
