This shop is not in Washermenpet. It is actually located at Thiruvottiyur. And all the overview details in zomato about this shop is fake. I have went to this shop many times. and i haven't  witnessed any quality issues till date. And they actually provide very high quality Sweets, Cakes, Pizzas, And much more. This shop is not a street food center as mentioned above in Overview. I really don't know why zomato have uploaded fake information about a High rated Shop.

Good place to buy a few different eatables. In my opinion, people are so friendly. Most of them don't understand tamil. You have to learn Hindi and visit the shop. Plenty of space available for more people to stand.

Next to adyar anandha bhavan, you can choose annai bhavan. Wide variety of snacks and sweets are available with affordable cost. Quality and quantity is fine. Compare to other shop, the cost of cake is less and they prepared based on requirements. There is no dinning only take away option is available. They are accepting card payment. Usually the shop will crowd during evening. This shop located in main Road near thiruvottiyur Market. Those who coming here through can get down in thiruvottiyur market bus stand and it near to thiruvottiyur theradi metro station.

Superb taste and good in quality. Price is also little bit lower. Worth of price. Savories and sweets are good especially in Bithday cakes and Xmas caked they take more effort to satisfy the customer need. And they fulfilled the customer needs. Thank you Annai Bhavan.

I like this shop very much because of the taste and the service. They have unique Taste in everything their providing like sweets,snacks etc.. The orange Colour they chooses is attract the customers. Highly recommended for all age peoples.
