I recently had the excellent experience of delivering my baby at Kasthuri Hospital. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff were caring, attentive and available 24/7. The doctors took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions patiently. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received here. Hospital environment very clean.
There were a few areas that could need improvement, A/C not working sometime in room's.
Good , well trained and kind people ( Nurses, Doctors and all department staffs) took care of the patient very well and helped the speedy recovery. Nurses were available and attentive on patient's care throughout. Rooms were clean and spacious enough.
Right from admission, everything was moving with efficiency, meeting the doctors, lab tests , advice from doctors, etc. Operation done without any delay. Room service also very good. Attendants coming immediately after call. Good and best response.
Insurance staff also provided Good guidance and acted promptly. Overall very much satisfactory.
I recently visited Kasthuri Hospital due to severe stomach pain, and I had a wonderful experience. Despite it being nighttime, the hospital had all the necessary facilities and a doctor readily available to attend to me. The staff treated me with utmost care and kindness, particularly the nurses who were exceptionally well-behaved. After receiving treatment, I started feeling better within just an hour. I highly recommend kasthuri Hospital for their excellent service .
We stayed here for 4 days. Excellent hospitality like taking care of patient, on time care for patient and attender, 24/7 service, cleanliness, nursing, etc. They explained well about the health progress till discharge. Overall an excellent hospital in Chennai.
One of the best hospital in Tambaram for good care and treatment. I wish all the staffs to their hardwork. Keep it up. Sister Tamil sister Sheela and Dr. Mahendar helped me a lot in my treatment in emergency care. The whole team tokk care very nicely.
