We had 2 nights in this hotel and it was fabulous. The location is good, close to the museum and approx a 10 minutes drive to Marina Beach and about the same to the big shopping district where you'll find The Chennai Silks. The room was spacious, the bathroom modern, the water pressure was good and hot. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It is a very reasonably priced hotel.

One small problem was the commodes could have been cleaned a little bit better before check-in. However I understand the cleaning staffs are really doing their best. Other than that its a great hotel and very welcoming ambience.

I’ll always remember this hotel for its great hospitality, yummy food at AOLI and 5 star experience at such a reasonable price. Their staffs are great, food was top notch, room was great, some amenities were provided upon asking, breakfast was good too! The whole experience was very wholesome and I’m grateful we stayed there!

Starting from Amazing pre-booking experience and service given by manager Mr. Murali to accommodate special requests and exceptions, smooth early check-in experience due to arrival as planned, it was operated by Mr. Shoaib and handled nicely.
Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and As we were a group, we got room on the same floor upon informing staff.
The restaurant was serving amazing breakfast (complimentary) and lunch / dinner options were endless and homely especially phulkas.
During my stay I really amazed to get such great service and experience. Few names to mention:

We stayed for 2 days, the rooms were clean, and the restroom was good, they had provided a complimentary breakfast buffet for the day and it was good enough. We had dinner from a nearby hotel named Cresent , the biriyani was pretty decent and worth every bug we paid unlike the restaurant inside.
We stayed for 2 night and our experience was truly amazing. Starting from chech-in to check-out everything was 5 star experience. You have wallet parking, within the limited space, they take care of the vehicle well and they are kind. Special mention to the restaurant. We had free breakfast which was awesome and we tried dinner one night which tasted really superb. We had phulka and garlic naan with chilly chicken dry and Gobi Manchurian semi gravy which was excellent. Location is also on heart of the city. Will strongly recommend.
One of the Best stay in Chennai.We lost a gold ear ring, but they called us on the next day that they found it. Extremely honest and wonderful place to stay.

Staffs are super friendly but room are not so clean luckily washroom was in great condition. Management should make sure chairs are clean and bedcover are well washed as we need to get them all replaced however, their staff did support on evrything.. specially service from Mr. Raffique was great for each and every stuff he was helping us a lot.
