We consulted Dr. Vijay C Bose for knee replacement surgery. He's so professional, patiently hears the patient and suggest what could be the best. He is such a gem of person. I strongly recommend him if you wish to do Knee replacement surgery in and around Chennai.
The efforts from the nurse, Floor doctors, Hygiene staffs and other facility members were so good and kind. Helpful as well🙂
Only bad experience was with the person whom we discussed regarding the surgery procedures. She is from management team I guess. She was so rude in behaviour from the day 1 we met her. She was so bossy and treated us like her students.
If you ask questions, she will insult you. It's very difficult to get in touch with her over phone. Even the doctors in SIMS approachable but she's that busy. Not sure if she's one of the co-founder in SIMS.
Quite unhappy with her overall attitude and approach. With dignity, I don't like to mention her name in the common forum like the G reviews.
If the management wish to understand further about my bad experience, I'm glad to give my opinion as it wil help them to correct in the future.
And final point, increase the resources as I could see the workload is more for the current nurses.

Two days before I came for a review to neurology department. The consultation was very good & I am appreciating the op pharmacy persons. The medication was given on time and the explanation for the medicine was good. The total satisfaction was very good.
The overall system of the Hospital was good and patient friendly! Loved their service!
