It's on the ground floor of the mall adjacent to the side entrance and right opposite Starbucks. They have seating for more than 50 people. Parking is easy as it is part of the mall.
Service is reasonably quick but not fast food quick which is not a bad thing as the food is amazingly good. Hope they continue to maintain that level of quality. Staff are friendly as well which adds to the experience.

First time tried in India, it was decent. Sweet chilli chicken was good, traditional fried chicken tasted excellent. I would suggest to provide wet wipes along with the napkins, it’s very hard to keep ur fingers clean after having the saucy chicken especially when u don’t have an in-house rest room n ppl will have walk all the way to end of the mall to wash their hands, it’s hard when u have kids.
Located with in Phoenix mall, Chicken is too delicious 😋 and portion is quiet ok. Real value for money. But the self order service machine was not accepting the credit card and only way is to pay through UPI. But it is not mentioned in the machine nor anyone there to help. But still we enjoyed the dinner.
I love the taste of Cajun chicken strips. Signature chicken is not up to the mark. Chilli Wings is commentable.

Not to the expected hype level... signature fried chicken wasn't something which I would mention too highly of... it didnt have much of a taste to it.... their burger was nice and their wings tasted so nicee!!
Finally popeyes arrives in Chennai 😍 It has the Koramangala branch vibe on opening day. They have launched two new flavours - Smoke peppery chicken and sweet chilli chicken. We ordered their chicken sandwich meal along with signature chicken. The sandwich chicken burger had just two pickles inside. The two new flavours were good but not great! The popcorn chicken were soft and crunchy. Overall - good deal for people like me who travels to Bangalore for popeyes.
