They maintain very good consistency in making great thick shakes. The place also has Jenga, chess and few other table games but I did not find any of them particularly interesting. Uncrowded, calm place. Lot of different flavors and most of them are very good. Never been disappointed. Passive customer service. The thick shake comes in cheap flexible plastic and that is one thing that I think they need to change.
Tastes good, they have many varieties to try. But slightly costly as they are popular US brand. Slushes prices are reasonable if you want to experience the ambience of Thick shake factory. However nice place to chill out with friends and family.
Its an amazing place to hang out with friends and family. The shakes are awesome and most importantly, loved the customer service. The employees are very professional and really well trained. I’d come over again to try new shakes :)

You get thickshake and waffles here. The taste was okay. A bit high priced. The ambience s quiet n good. We get to sit n play uno cards nd chess.
