Very popular South Indian eatery with a good variety of items. Different menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has a separate hall for large groups. Counters with their own sweets and savouries. They have 19 restaurants in Coimbatore. A must visit place.

Best masala dosa I've ever had in my life! Nothing else can even compare. I can't speak to the chutneys (my family advised me against eating them to avoid getting sick) and the rava dosa which is usually my go to order at a South Indian restaurant was very disappointing. The waitstaff was rather rude and impatient with us. We were a group of 20+ that had reserved the entire row of back tables but they kept wanting to give away some of our seats that had not been occupied by late comers.

Annapoorna is a pride to Coimbatore more than a restaurant it's an emotion for people of Coimbatore. As a regular visitor of thier restaurant had a breakfast in this branch in Saibaba colony and was little bit disappointed on their taste of my favourite Ghee Masal Rava Roast. I have tasted this in many branches but here it was just average not the best. Rose milk was top-notch. Still giving 4 stars because that might be a bad day for Rava Roast 😁 Will visit again for sure to check the taste!!

Excellent restaurant for South Indian food. Very quick service and the quality is always consistent. They have a special counter outside for take aways which saves lot of time. They have excellent collection of sweets inside the restaurant and it’s a must try.

Excellent place for your south Indian cravings. People are too courteous and their service is fast. They have two dining areas. AC and non AC. Both the place is very neat and well maintained. Edit: unhappy with the quality of the chutney.

One of the top 3 Vegetarian restaurants from Coimbatore. Service is top class . How much ever crowded it is, ji need to worry, you will be served in 10 Minutes maximum. Delicious foods . Meals is great . Tiffin items are superb. Parking facility available. Can find variety of snacks and sweets at front desk . Good luck

This place has the best Filter coffee. If you’re looking for authentic Filter coffee, this is the place to be. The perfect amount of decoction, milk and sugar. We had the really long paper dosa which was the size of a table. Eaten among 2 people with great eating capacity and 1 light eater. If you share similar appetite. Just a Vada or Idly dipped in sambar in addition should suffice. The service is super quick. Note: The waiter will check with you multiple times if you’re sure on ordering the big paper dosa.

Great service and excellent food. We tried the special breakfast - it was very good and had many options. The ghee roast dosa with the three types of chutneys and sambar was delicious. The wadas also also well made and crunchy. I am also a fan of the sevige with the coconut chutney.

The pride of coimbatore. Unique in taste and has much variety of vegetarian dishes. Must try if you are in coimbatore. Great ambience and also has a mini hall for birthday parties and small functions.

Amazing vegetarian food . Great service and ambience. Had Mushroom Biryani.. 😋. We ordered a second serving. Others had Sambhar rice. Equally yum. Overall the food was tasty. This place is nostalgia for me. I heard bad reviews from regular goers and went in that might set. But Annapoorna simply stood above standards.. Retained the taste. Thank God this one place I can always count on . Inbetween a few years earlier I had experienced poor service from them but this time they were top notch. Highly recommend poori, sambhar idliy , dosa and mushroom biryani.
