As a coimbatorian this place stay my forever favourite. Food tasted so good . Ghee roast is must try .
Don't order through Zomato ...they are higher cost per item than dining...ex...lemon savai at restaurant 48 rs...but in Zomato it is 58+ delivery and service charge
The taste of the food provided is awesome.The quantity and quality is really good.The packaging of food was really good.The best food I’ve ever tasted is the lemon sevai.
They serve best south Indian veg meal in Coimbatore and nobody can serve food with such a good quality and service in entire Coimbatore for which they are serving for more past 5 decades.
The name says it all. And the locality is a great positive due to the busy market area around and it is almost always occupied 100% any time of the day. Their dosas and other south indian signature dishes along with sambar tastes wonderful. Their panneer kothu parotta was a wonderful dish. And so is the garlic masala dosai with its chettinad style flavors. Their paneer chettinad from the paneer side dish varieties is a must try as well. To top it off the wonderful filter coffee makes it a perfect finish. Their bakery section is good too with the soft milk bread as well as other buns and cakes. Annappoorna mysore pak ice cream was a great hit during diwali times and i am looking forward to its next edition. Highly recommended restaurant !
One of the best vegetarian hotels that serve pure and tasty foods. They have Chinese, North and South indian dishes.
Also their chutneys are really good compared to other hotels in coimbatore
The restaurant gave best service ever and meals is awesome. Packaging is very much appreciable. Taste is so good as one of its ethnic kind of cooking in Coimbatore.
A really nice cosy ambience to enjoy your vegetarian true to taste delicacies. Some of the really good restaurants that have evolved out from being small ones to quite big in recent times but carrying the weight of tradition along is Annapoorna. The name is significantly connected to a Coimbatore dosa Idly patron and coffee goer. The one thing that I miss though from their menu list is a traditional coffee variety which could really help coffee enthusiasts like me have a Go.

A high class vegetarian restaurant serving lip smacking food of all varieties ranging from south Indian snacks to North Indian. Food is hygenically prepared. The huge crowd thronging the place shows its popularity. We had some good food . Service is good combined with moderate prices. They have separate counter for sweets and savouries. Their sweets are popular.
I had the chance to visit Sree Annapoorna at Ganapathy sometime back. I ordered a dosa during my visit. Their service was fast. Even though the restaurant was busy, the order reached my table in under a few minutes. The dosa with sambar and a variety of chutneys tasted good. The restaurant also has a pastry, sweets, and savory store at the entrance. There's ample parking space adjacent to the restaurant. If you are looking for vegetarian food in the area, you could try this restaurant.

Location - in Sathy road, at the FC godown corner in Bharathi Nagar, a km to mall.
Food - All items ordered are tasty and nice, be it paper roast, curry, side dishes or meals 👍
Ambience - Decent ambience, all tables are put in a big hall set up -
During peak times you may find it annoying as people keep crossing you in all sides 😀
Another Funny part is if you are only two, you may have to sit with another two (strangers) in a four seat dining table 🤨
Service - The serving personnel are polite and sensitive. But during peak times it’s a bit slow and they intentionally wait to take orders to keep the momentum moderate 🙁
Prices - are reasonable for the quality and quantity
Parking - Enough space for cars on the side and two wheelers in the front side. And restrooms available.
They have a bakery setup in the front with different types of quality breads, cakes, sweets and savouries.

Their special meals cost around ₹240. Unlimited special meals accompanied with soup, butter naan/Chapathi, veg biryani and white rice. Rose milk tastes good but is a bit over priced ₹70/Cup
If you are in Coimbatore Sree Annapoorna restaurant in the place to visit that you cannot miss. My second trip to Annapoorna and I was not disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. The south indian Tamil style vegetarian food is just awesome. Kudos to the team.
Whenever I cross this area i have something here. This time an early morning coffee. Authentic coffee. Earlier i have tried idly, different varieties of dosa etc. Taste of food is authentic. Cleanliness is given top priority. Service is fast and the staff are very cooperative.

My favorite branch in Coimbatore. Nothing needs to be said about the food. Thanks to their centralized kitchen, the quality of food is consistent in all branches.
So it comes down to the atmosphere/ambience. Observe the art work on the walls, there you will see the history of this city.
The next best branch, in my opinion, is the one near the airport, Opposite to KMCH.
