Apart from Billy's being a fun place to be at, they have some amazing food to offer you guys. Their Liver Pate, Rechado Wings and Chocolate Pancakes are to die for. Do give it a try.

I have been a regular at Billy's cafe now, with my husband, family and friends as well. The food, service and ambience has never surprised me. The quality and taste of food as well as the outstanding service has got me back here.
There are a couple of other restaurants around, however the warmth with which you are served, the chill ambience and the awesome quality of food makes this space stand out!
The ground plus one level which is air-conditioned, along with outdoor seating area is an ideal place to chill and grab a bite!
If you are in South Goa, you should visit here without a doubt!

Short menu but everything there is amazing.
Service is a bit slow since its made from scratch, but it's definitely worth the wait.
The pricing is pretty good and the food is crazy good. I definitely recommend trying the honey mustard wings and the pancakes.
The quantity is also really good. The place is on the main road so it's quite easy to find.
Love Billy's.. Come here quite alot. Food is superb but my cheesy bacon fries didn't come with the cheese sauce today 😔 They had a review saying it makes the fries soggy... may I suggest putting sauce in separate dish so customer can add if they wish. Apart from that all great 😄
