Really not bad . In a great location near shops but about 15 mins walk to colva beach. Loved my stay here. Would definitely go again. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean. Many thanks for our stay. See you again soon :-)

This is a good place to stay . All amenities are available like car parking, 24 hrs.' water supply, play area for kids, good and friendly neighbors', garbage collection and cleanliness of the garden and building areas . I recommend this place for long stay or short stay. The garden is well maintained and ample space to take a walk or to cycle. Many good cafes and eateries are available in the vicinity and proximity to beach is about 2 kms. However swimming pool and club house is not functional due to Covid19 reasons.

It is a good place to stay over here if you visit in goa. The rent is also very budget friendly and hoses are also well maintained. Contains parking. Also has access to swimming pool and every basic amenity is available near by.
Good stay but as it's little far from the beach, you don't get public transport. You need to hire a bike or a car to travel.
