The place feels like home, three ladies cook and manage the place, they are very nice, clean, you can see them cooking, the place has three small tables and one big. Everything here is super delicious. The Thukpa was best, momos were good, shapale was tasty, fried rice was so good. They have chopsticks too. The interior is nice too. I loved the place... Pretty affordable...

Absolutely delicious food and many vegetarian plates can be made vegan friendly. I stayed in a hostel around the corner and it became a daily dinner stop. The aunty working there is an absolute joy and her food is just delicious. Recommend it.

I got the recommendation from my friends. It is one of the best Tibetan Food joint.
Location - 3 min walking distance from Kunga and Broadway Hotel. But the road is bit steep upwards. Those who have problem in knees and older people having knees issue I won't recommended.
Ambience - Ambience is very good.A decent neat and clean resturent run by group of ladies and the owner is also a lady.
Food - Food is too good and price is reasonable compared to other renowned food joints. The prepare every thing in front of you like cutting vegetables, Making momo from scratch, tingmo and even flat noodles they prepare by themselves and then boiled for the various dishes. So please come with some time with in hand to get some best quality food.

A cosy restaurant run by two ladies near the Mall. The walk up to the place is a bit uphill, but it's worth it.
We ordered Chicken Kothay for starters, Thukpa and Thenthuk for the main course, and then we had Bhalep and Tibetan Butter Tea.
The service was a bit slow because they make everything from scratch. The best part is that the kitchen is open, so you can see everything that goes into making your food.
All the items were quite tasty and filling. One Thukpa and one Thenthuk were enough for three of us, after the Kothay.
I had the tea because it was heavily recommended by the others. It was nothing like any other tea I had tasted before, a taste that might take some time to be appreciated by one. Still, it was quite an experience, and one that I'd love to relive the next time I'm back in Darjeeling.
The bill was affordable, and far less than we had anticipated. This place comes highly recommended.
Adorable cute place, The cute lady who runs it has magic in her hands. That became my go to place in Darjeeling. The momos are heavenly good. So is her Tibetan dishes. A must visit for all.
This is a small, cosy place with one of the best Tibetan food in Darjeeling. Everything was super fresh and cooked from scratch right in front of me. The wonton soup here was the best soup I have ever had. A must visit place in Darjeeling.
