Ellora is the flagship brand started by Aniroodh's grandfather, Mr. Om Prakash Gulati in 1953
Aniroodh and Garima at Opee’s, along with their retail store, run the operations and production for the brand Ellora Homeaids. The rest of Elloras is also run by extended families who took separate routes and operations over the years.
Opee's was the brainchild of Aniroodh's father Late Rajesh Gulati and mother Jyoti Gulati, who named it after his grandfather Mr. OP Gulati.

Now as we have a brief overview on Opee's bakers, let me introduce you with what all they specialize in tantalizing your tastebuds. They have a huge variety of snacks and desserts and that too, in such a corner of the city, where such delicacies are vulnerable.
.
.
I began my gastronomical adventure with their Chicken Kathi roll. Well, this one is every Doonite's go-to snacks while coming back from school. The succulent bites of chicken with appropriate amount of sauce and veggies did wonders.
.
.
I had their Chicken Coleslaw Sandwich with a dip of cucumber, carrot and mayonnaise. Grilled with perfection and the stupendous filling of chicken gave me a thrill to my tastebuds. The dip has a perfect balance with sandwiches hence, it proved as one of the best accompaniments I have ever had.
.
.
Chicken momos are everybody's favourite and Opee's promises to give you the spiciest chutney in the town hence, it is a MUST TRY. The Street style Bhel is the haunt of every single Doonite since a decade or so. They maintain a perfect balance of flavours and probably, this is the first time I had Bhel without getting bored.
.
.
Everybody knows that, Aritro has a sweet tooth and probably, that is the only reason I collaborate with dessert bars more. Opee's treated me with its apple pie with caramel sauce. The presentation is top notch, as you can see in the picture. The flavour of cinnamon can be well-distinguished as you grab a bite. Highly recommended one.
.
.
Opee's signature dish a.k.a. Walnut Brownie is more than just being heaven on a plate. Have you ever encountered with a damsel hidden under viel? If not, then she's right here, sitting in front of you drenched with dark chocolate and garnished with cocoa powder. How does it even sound? Tempting enough? Well, this would be the only reason, why I would love to visit them again and again.
.
.
Diwali season is approaching soon, hence Opee's is ready with their new launch dessert, "Florentine" which has a base of biscuit, a flavour of glucose, partly wrapped with dark chocolate and topped with dry fruits. This beautiful amalgamation of different flavours gave me a new dimension of food. You can enjoy it with a sip of your regular tea.
.
.
Their Diwali special Truffle platter comprises of Roasted Almond Rock truffle, blueberry delight truffle, Toasted cashew and Dark chocolate truffle, White chocolate and coconut truffle. This sweet platter fascinated me a lot. Not because I'm a choco addict, but this overwhelming variety of truffles on a single plate is the rarest thing in the city of love.

The staff is well behaved and the owner is also very good to talk!
I would recommend this place to everyone!
I had aalu pattie and mushroom kulcha which was good in taste!
Ordered this cake for my husband's birthday. I had instructed the owners to add a few details and the end product was too good. The taste and the look were both truly amazing. Want Customised cakes, go to Opees.
