The place is located in ballupur, it is a really nice place for the north indian meals.Its a family restaurant and a jackpot for the vegetarians.The food was good, service was fast and the ambience is general, just like the normal family restaurants.

Been here many times. The staff is very nice and so is the food. The chef specials are great in the menu. Must visit if you are going for something indian and veg.

One of the finest veg restaurants I have ever visited tried mostly each and everything of this restaurant and really impressed by the taste quality and the quantity service is really nice.... Didn't found any cons about this restaurant till now
Doonites know very well that a hungry evening stroll on the Ballupur Road can be very rewarding with a host of restaurants to entice you with a thing of their own. This one did it with its name. A restaurant with 'vegetarian' so prominently attached to its name definitely pulls in people during the holy weeks when folks around go all veg.
The place is located right off the main road on the first floor of a building above a saloon. The absence of a name board is conspicuous. The interiors are clean and the staff is friendly. I personally, prefer to order take away, which I did.
Talking about the food, all the dishes were well prepared, with the right amount of condiments and were neatly packed. The chapatis and Naan were just about fine.
Overall, it's an upcoming restaurant and I hope to see it make big in the near future.

For a place like Dehradun, this place reminds you of Delhi and it also gives the feel of where it is and you certainly won't mind that if you want to enjoy dinner or any meal in a good ambience. Also the food goes with the ambience i.e. it's as good it seems...

Well I give this place a high five. It's been my family restaurant since many years. Whenever I visit dehradun, this place is must with whole family.
Pure vegetarian restaurant. Ambience is good in terms of keeping the middle class family budget in mind. Food is really good specially daal makhani. Budget place. Waiting time is long if u visit the place in high time between 8 to 9 but that's OK. The only cons they don't accept card. Take only in cash. I believe after demonetisation the management should look into it. Please start using card.
All my office parties were incomplete without the meal from Naveen's vegetarian. Once in two months, we get a chance to enjoy its delicious veg preparations. Be its their dum Aloo, paneer do pyaza or soft naans and mix veg, everything is mouth-watering perfectly packed with small packets of mixed pickle.
Though I have shifted my office and miss those foody office parties but still can recall the smell of Naveen's food.
