Fantastic hotel, don't stay anywhere else. This hotel ticked all my boxes! Comfortable bed, clean, GREAT service and staff. I also visited during a cold time of the year but they provided great heaters which kept me warm. Bathroom is new and model which was a real difference compared to hotels in India. Excellent water pressure and good hot water. Location was perfect, right in the centre of McLeod Ganj yet not noisy. Staff couldn't do more for you. Manas and Pelma could not do more for you. I didn't get chance to use their laundry service but that too was very affordable. The view from the restaurant in itself is worth staying there for. Amazing quality food and excellent restaurant manager from Tibet. Just stay here.
Modern rooms, clean facilities, amazing valley view and sunset views from the room. Food is delicious and generous portions. Staff is also cordial and soft spoken. Great stay! Highly recommended.
The hotel has the latest updated rooms with all the amenities and very clean. The location is very peaceful and very close to HH main monastery. The view is just amazing from the hotel.
Piano Piano resturant: Definately try one of the different pizza options with the glass of wine in the wonderful n beautiful ambience it has.
I travelled with my family and really cherished our time there. The rooms are neat and cozy. The view is awesome and the hospitality at the hotel by the staff is great.
Great location and close to everything but also very quiet away from the noisy traffic and the barking dogs. The rooms are beautifully appointed with amazing view of HHDL’s monastery and temple as well as the mountains. Stayed for seven nights and I believe that this hotel has recently been renovated. The cleaning service of the room was fantastic. The restaurant was very nice with a good menu option. If I had to pick one thing that let this hotel down it would have to be the laundry service, which I believe is out sourced. No laundry list provided, so you have to make your own list and the cost is by weight. The clothes came back stuffed in the bag, very disappointing and will never use or recommend this service again.
I have stayed at Chonor House and Norbu House and other than the laundry service, this is the best out of the three.
Excellent location, right near the Dalai Lama Temple. The staff is professional and friendly. They have a good restaurant attached with the hotel. The room was large, it had a good balcony with a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and the staff always tidied up the room every morning. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Dharamshala for a few days.
