One of the best gym in area. Training sessions are really versatile. After quitting two gyms I’m sticking to this one because of the trainer and ambiance and of course healthy environment.
All the trainers are good and cooperative (special thanks to Mayank because he motivated me)the gym also has a track which most gyms don't have and the reception is also great and the equipment,sanitation,and ambient lighting is amazing and overall the place is great and everyone is friendly 10/10

They have a boxing ring, racing track, mediation room, yoga, dancing room here and all are properly maintained.
They do maintenance of all the equipments on weekly basis and all are maintained very well.
Truly a place where everyone's needs take care very well by them.

Well equipped gym with very professional trainers. Special thanks to Veeru sir (my personal trainer) for his patience and guidance. Cherry on the cake is the Sehat Cafe with nutritious food.

Just rejoined the gym post lockdown. Sehat World has always been a fantastic facility to workout with top of the class equipment but post the Lockdown they have ensured all safety guidelines for Covid-19 are strictly adhered to.
The gym is clean and sanitized. The staff always wears masks and are really helpful. Sehat World provides a good, clean, safe, healthy environment to workout in. Top rated gym in this area for sure.

A great gym to have in dwarka location, probably the best one. The gym also has a quirky cafe alongside with a good range of detox drinks, all day breakfast, lunch and healthy snacks.
This gym includes every conventional equipment along with a few unconventional approaches towards motivating people. Kudos to Mr. Pranjal for providing personal training in a very sensible manner. From beginners to advanced, every person is guided professionally and provided with personalised schedule.
