Milano never fails to satisfy your taste buds!
The ice creams taste so good and more importantly natural.
Not a fan of the cakes much. But hats off to authentic ice creams! Definitely among the big leagues of ice creams.
My go to is the double scoop. Good portion size for reasonable prices!
All you gelato ice cream lovers must definitely try this place!!

The gelato here are are quite reasonably priced.

The silk dairy milk was bomb.
They make a pretty flower and serve
They have seating area which is good.
The gelatos are fresh and really good.

Milano is more than an ordinary ice cream parlor in Kochi. For Kochites its a matter of pride. Milano is expanded to other cities in India and is doing very well. We Kochites are proud to say that it all started in a small outlet in Ravipuram.
Milano introduced gelato to Malayalees. And they have been really successful. For me, Milano adds value in many ways. 1. A perfect getaway in the heart of the city. 2. Gelato products at its best. 3. The different flavors they produced such as mango, jackfruit, passion fruit and many more. 4. Value for money. 5. Good service. 6. Waffles.

My favourite Ice cream place in Kochi. The quality is unmatched, and worth every penny you spend. These people just wanna put some smiles across your face. This place holds a lot of special memories too. The milk shakes are way too good. Try it.
I visited this place on a busy Saturday night, this place is highly recommend and is rated one of the best in Kochi, but for me what stood out was the service part! Mr.Sharon, this guy was like Superman! He was making waffles, cleaning tables, greetings guests and even had the patience of answering my query abt each ice cream, doing all this with a beautiful smile! People like Sharon is why a establishment like this grow well and give excellent customer satisfaction!! Keep up the great work mate!!
A nice n quiet little parlour on the main road, staffed by very courteous n friendly boys n girls.
They have comfortable seating space, a very inviting array of ice creams, gelatos, cakes, cheesecakes and such offered at reasonable cost.
They offer generous helpings such as the huge mango, raspberry, strawberry gelato cone I had n repeated as it was truly close to frozen yoghurt, my fav dessert n a very healthy one too!
The pricing is so competetive compared to a metro n what I love is the fact that taxes are inclusive, which is rare up north.

We went on a Wednesday evening, being a weekday I thought it would be empty but the place packed.You can taste your favourite ice-cream before ordering. We ordered truffle and Vanilla both were yum. A must visit to calm your sweet cravings.
Some of my favorite flavors have been Hazelnut, coconut, vanilla, extra dark chocolate, Belgian chocolate and Nutella. For those who lean towards less decadent, more piquant flavors, the mango and strawberry yogurt gelatos are a great bet.
Vegans! You have not been completely overlooked! Try the Vegan dark chocolate; it’s extra dark and extra tasty, even to a non-vegan palate.
One can also find exotic experimental flavors at Milano, now and again. Spirulina, whisky cream, Heineken and Affogato are some repeated flavors on the board. If you’re lucky you might even be able to sample flavors like Pomegranate Cheesecake and Avocado.
Average taste with reasonable price
The ice creams were delicious, and the presentation was also excellent. You have the option to try two flavors in one item. However, the ambiance is not that great; the building needs some renovation. Nevertheless, overall, everything is perfect – a delightful treat for your taste buds despite the minor setback in the atmosphere.
The ice cream was superb, and I liked it so much. I tried many flavors, all so satisfying. I mix 2 types of ice creams and both where good😋, and the ambiance was pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience.
This place offers delicious gelato’s with verity of flavour. It’s often open till 1:30am and it’s suitable for night out with friends and family. Ferraro gelato is a must try.
This is the best ice cream place in Ernakulam. It's a must try. Try the seasonal fruit flavours. The grape and passion fruit flavour will blow your mind. I also love the chocolate flavour, both dark and milk.
The waffles were nice and crispy. Gelato is very good quality. The nutella one had chunks of Nutella in it but I was a bit disappointed that i didn't get any hazelnuts(it was there in the display section). Black forest was okay. Ferrero Rocher was rich and tasty. Toppings are a bit expensive(chocolate sauce is 50rs)
Definitely one of the best ice cream places, or rather I should say Gelato places in Kochi....

2. The ice creams are not just dumped in your cone, they are how should I say... Added layer by layer to make a beautiful desert.
3. The service is quick and helpful.
4. Light on the pocket despite being a quality product.
Cons:
1. The ambience could do with a makeover.
2. Parking is pretty much on the road, but then that's something you can't help with on MG.

Different varieties of ice creams are available. But some of them don't taste so good. Baked waffles and dessert crepes are also available. Good service. I give five stars for the hot water dispenser. It is helpful for tonsil problem customers like me.
One of the best Gelato place in Ernakulam.. Open till 12.30 am.. The way they present gelatos are really beautiful. The gelatos are freshly made.. They have increased the price.. But still its worthy.

Love everything about the gelatos and the service. You need to park on the roadside and may have to wait for tables during peak hours. However, you will get your desserts even without having somewhere to sit.
