Had a wonderful stay with family. Very spacious and clean room-one bed executive suite. Fabulous service all through- right from the check in to check out, the front desk team is very helpful and courteous. Mr Jayesh Nair - Hotel Manager - personally escorted us to our room and offered any help we may require. The housekeeping staff promptly attended to our requirements. The restaurant manager was also happy to provide us a hot dessert at our request, instead of the icecream that was at the buffet counter. Food was A+ class- fried fish and chilli pineapple were amazing at dinner. The breakfast spread was good with salads, fresh fruits, juices and beverages and live counter. Absolute value for money. Good ambience too.
Overall I must say Ginger Kochi is hospitalality personified.

The food was delicious. Although WiFi connection is poor to my room. Had some issues with AC.
We stayed with a group of friends at this hotel. The entire experience from check-in to check-out was five star. The rooms, the conference room facility, the top floor pool, the staff and the meals were exceptional. Mr. Manoj and Mr. Vipin made our stay hassle free and enjoyable. Mr. Manoj even had his staff prepare special items for breakfast on request from us. He even featured a 16 course traditional Kerala Saadya upon request from our group of friends. I will stay here again when I visit Kochi the next time. Thank you to this exceptionally hospitable hotel and its staff.
Stayed here for a night. Room was decent, had a complimentary breakfast. Nothing great which blows you away, but a decent one for a night stay.
I was just amazed with the hospitality of the place. I was there for 3 day event and every Aminity in the hotel was very nice. I would sure visit again
