If ambience was better I would have rated them 5,but ambience is quite average.
It’s located near faridabad court. Went to dine here with family. Ordered veg platter in starters, a good one.
In main course we ordered dal makhni, mix kofta curry and rotis. Dal makhni was really good.
You must try their spinach rumali roti which is amazing. We repeated it. A different try.
Veg biryani was delicious and full of aroma.
In drinks we ordered few mocktail. The one with mango had no taste of mango which was disappointing.
Service is fine and overall it was simple dining place.
Loved the food at Silbuttah story by Bercos!! Firstly I had to wait for 25 mins as it was full I guess due to weekend.
Finally when we settled in, I ordered paneer tikka, dahi k kebab & soya malai tikka for starters and virgin mojito & blue pacific margarita....the starters were so yummy & scrumptious but unfortunately a bit less in quantity as per its prices.
The ambience was okay okay but congested and noisy as per the rush !! My parents loved the food as they want proper North Indian food.
In main course we ordered dal makhani and plain tandoori roti and it was also amazing.
Dal was exceptional and rotis were soft at the same time perfectly roasted.

Silbuttah by Berco's is a North Indian and Mughal Cuisine fine dining restaurant which is located near Sector 12, Faridabad just opposite to District Court Faridabad.
It has a cozy ambience and it is fully occupied when you visit usually visit the restaurant on weekends and especially on Sunday afternoon since families gather there to dine and space is a bit constraint.
Also I went on the occasion of Mothers Day with my mom, so it could be one of the reasons as well for the overcrowding.
We had Safed Butter Chicken(which is a preparation of Butter Chicken but with Cashewnut paste) along with Garlic Naan.
To be honest the Butter Chicken felt too much salt in it which was a bit let down.
We also had Nimbu Soda and Mango Ginger Margarita which was good.
I would recommend the restaurant to increase the A/c seating space if possible and to also check the salt proportion in the dishes before serving them.

Looking for some lipsmacking Indian food, this place is for you. We tried the veg kabab platter and loved it. It had a good variety of mushroom, paneer, dahi ke kababs. The malai kofta was also nice and creamy. The kofta pieces were huge but soft as well. The dal makhni was delicious. The breads were very fresh and nicely done, especially the naan and mirchi Parantha. Overall a good meal and would love to try more items.
Veg platter : I just love platter so much it includes stuffed chaap, tandoori mushroom & paneer and yess got one half mirchi naan as well. Really like the service & so the food
PANEER labdar : I had paneer lababdar after a year and must say it was too good!
Gulkhand Phirni : Something new and had it after such a long time, really like gulkand flavour with phirni ! i really appreciate this addition of this lovely dessert!
I really love the blends of flavours & aroma one can have after having such an amazing feast! Nicely packed & delivered! Everything was up to the mark Would definitely recommend this to others !

I ordered butter chicken, chicken Rara, kalmi Kebab and breads. Kalmi kebabs were damn good and gravy items were too fantastic
I thoroughly enjoyed all the items and it was so rich in texture and chicken was perfectly cooked

Loved the experience at Silbuttah story!! I had booked through eazydiner for a discount and this place was totally worth it especially the food was hands down amazing....the malai kofta and paneer makhani gravy was so delicious ... The ambience was good too with a lawn in the front side and a bar!! My parents loved the experience as they celebrated their anniversary there but I had requested for a complimentary cake/decoration which could not be fulfilled. It should have been better lit though and the cutlery should have been a bit more better sized and appealing! Would definitely like to visit again sometime
My Weekend became tastier because I had the most delicious North Indian food for lunch. Tried Silbuttah’s food for the first time and I was absolutely happy with the quantity and the quality of the food. I ordered:

My personal favorite was tangri kebab and it’s a must try. My family loved kadhai chicken. The quantity for full kadhai chicken was fairly sufficient for 4 adults.
Packaging was environment friendly and neat
Overall loved the food and I would recommend this outlet for authentic and aromatic food.
