This surely is one of those underrated restaurants that you discover by chance. The Momo, Thukpa and pork syapta was better than most that I have had in a long while. Will surely revisit.

A quaint little food joint located just above the Arithang Taxi Stand at Gangtok. You can have some amazing pork dishes here. If you are a Rum person, go for the Rum with Coke cocktail preparation. The bartender prepares it like a pro and brings it to you in long glasses.

Allen's would not appear in any of the suggested places to eat. But I had the most satisfying momo of my entire stay in gangtok and would rate it more than those served at shuffle momos or taste of Tibet. We also had choila chicken which was good too. This is not the usual fancy hip place but people should give it a try. It also has an amazing John lenon mural.

Located near MG Marg, Gangtok, Just a few steps downwards. They cook the best momos ever in Gangtok. Must try steam momo here in Allen's Kitchen. The pork dishes are also delicious. Ambience is good. Staffs are helpful.price reasonable. A visit place for food Lover if you are ij Gangtok and searching for a good food options near MG Marg.

Allen's Kitchen is a restaurant located near MG marg. It's on the lane downstairs from middle of the Marg on the right. At first it's not very fancy and attractive but the inside of the restaurant just blows your mind. There are canopies inside and the feel and look is all about Rock music. The lighting and ambience is just perfect for a beer and dinner with friends and family. Must try is the Pork Sapta, the momos and Chicken chaoala (a Nepalese dish). It's affordable and tasty at the same time. Highly recommended for all the visitors!

The best food ever in Gangtok... Don't go to any other restaurant... Their momos, gyathuk and specially pork ribs are very delicious... You can even try fried rice and chicken items those are also very good..
