Well bercos is not new to me....i have been going there since i was 14 yrs old......its oldest franchise is in CP.......no chinese joint can beat the taste the class of bercos not even The Golden Dragon in khel gaon Or Haus Khas Village......ive always been crazy about the food.......the ambience is perfect....customer service is excellent......Hats off!

This place is a paradise for those who just love Pan Asian cuisine. The ambience of the place is very nice. The food is just perfect and the staffs are very cooperative as well.
Must try: Brownie, noodles, spring rolls, chicken pan fried momos.

Four home deliveries and one dine in from Berco’s in the last 3 weeks... this is how my review goes:-

My latest experience with Berco’s was a dine in owing to my first salary in a long time, the unlock coming about and the fact that I loved the food when I had previously ordered it via Swiggy and Zomato for delivery.
The dining experience was far from a disaster but definitely let me down from my expectations. The service staff were short handed and poorly managed over a weekend wherein the restaurant was not even packed to capacity. Multiple service requests had to be repeated and the service staff seemed to be like headless chickens running to whichever table seemed to be calling out the loudest.
The root beer was a massive disappointment. A coke mixed with lemon is NOT a root beer!
The Singapore chicken wok and the Kothey chicken momos were delightful as always and perfectly cooked. The crispy lamb was over salted and over fried due to which the lamb was no longer identifiable. I usually go for the Thai Green curry but opted for the Red one this time and I would urge anyone trying it to go for the Green as it is made with more heart!
It felt like a self service restaurant when I finally had to go to the POS myself to pay for the meal as the server kept ignoring me when I called for the check and finally pointed out that the manager/superior would help even as he was busy upselling an item to another client who came there after me. The manager/superior did apologize genuinely for the same when I brought it to his attention and for this I did not rate the service as a 1.
Overall, if not for the dismal (thankfully not the worst I’ve experienced) service, I would’ve rated this as a superior experience however, the service left a bitter taste in my mouth despite all the good food the chef had plated

Berco’s is my all time favourite when it comes to Chinese. They serve with authenticity and taste is marvel. I hope they keep this up forever. Even if the prices are high they are justified by the quantity, quality and taste of food. I wish dine in open up soon.
Recently I visited berco’s and i must say That pad Thai was so so amazing ...full of flavour and nicely balance ...I am little disappointed with veg Pan fired kothey as it was not what I expected but all over i really loved the restro and definitely love to going back again n again.
I am love with the brownie 😋, it's totally melt ❤️ veg garlic sauce with noodles is also very tasty 😊

Perfect place to enjoy family dinner..Food was fresh and tasty except Fruit beer had some smell and honey chilly potato was too sweet and had some fragrance in it!

I visited this restaurant recently and there is a lot of positive things I found about this place.
The ambience looks up-class and everything is spick and span. The service was also reasonably fast .
We ordered garlic soup which was different and tasty.
Mushrooms and Chilli Potatos we ordered in starters were also delicious.
Main course was also good 👍
Amazing place to go for Chinese. Ambience was really good. We went for staff lunch there. The food was too good. Manager, Mr. Abhishek, knew a lot about special needs children and we, special educators, were really glad to know that. God bless this place for being so sensitive towards all.
Great food great taste. Loved the Pan fried Kothe and Darsaan too much. A great place to soften your Chinese cravings.

I went to Berco's for the first time for lunch on 1st Jan 2023. Despite it being a busy day, New Year's Day, we were very satisfied with the service. The staff was quick, receptive and polite. The food was cooked really well and tasted amazing. The aforementioned service was really quick, we got our food in less than 15 minutes. I am thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend this place.
Cozy and welcoming place with great staff and modern decor. We tried fried rice and gravy muchurian this time and they were really good. Also, the portion size is more than enough for 2 people. I can also recommend Chilled Fruit Beer 😉👌🍻

Quiet place , nice ambience, chicken Shanghai bowl is one of the best. Noodles 🍜 are good to have as well.

You might get a wait list on tables during rush hours and weekends but it's not for too long.
Interior is beautiful, seating and tables are okay, most dishes are absolutely delicious but some are quite bland and plain. It might be kind of a hit and trial.
We got a quick service and superfast order delivery.
Overall I had a great experience.
