Since it was my in-laws anniversary, I was confused where to take them as they had strict preference for Mughlai food only there were lot of option in Gurgaon but I finally short listed Barbeque Nation and it turned out to be the perfect place to celebrate occasions. We enjoyed delicious starters, complimentary refreshment drinks, live performances, soothing music, and a surprise cake. Special mention regarding the staff that served us, specially Mukesh Kumar, who were jovial and friendly all the time when he served us.
Excellent place for party with friends as well too good for famliy. food is so delicious and one things that staffs so nice and caring and provide good service .which make it best .
Great food and service, would highly recommended...Went there few months back (not posted earlier as it was saved in my draft).. Everything perfect. Such friendly staff specially a person who serves me (he told me his name is Chotu Modi). He is such a gentleman and positive person I have ever met in my dineout experience. Hello viewers first of all I will appreciate to the staff because that was so courteous and caring. Starters were awesome specially potato starter I don't know the name but that was too good and in non veg Chicken lollipop was awesome. Palak patta chat was also good and All the 4 kulfis were also delicious. I went here on my friend's birthday two persons sing a song and they will make your birthday special.
Recently visited this place with my office team mates.

Barbeque Nations continues to be my favourite place for buffets, Every dish is so tasty and the options are huge too. their mutton seekh kebab, prawns and biryani are excellent. friendly staffs and clean ambience
Been here a lot of times. Always the same atmosphere. Great Food, Excellent Service, Hospitable Staff.
Suggestion - One thing they can do to improve is chafing dishes. (Change them for new ones as the ones placed look a bit shabby)

The food is simply outstanding specially the starters. The service is also top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great dining experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special meal.
So, this is one of the famous buffet places in the area. The food is pretty mediocre but their service is incomparable. Pradeep, who was one of the staff members was very generous and helped us all through. The atmosphere was really good and a few of the starters were really good. They offer 6 kinds of kulfis as a dessert option which is one of the good options.

Visited on a Thursday evening at 6.30pm, for dinner to celebrate birthday with family. They had an excellent variety, ranging from chaat station, grilled/barbeque items, main course, desserts, drinks and bar.
Currently they have a Khau Galli Mela from 24th Feb to 17th Mar, in which they have some limited time speciaities from across India, such as palak patta chaat, vada pav, choley kulche etc.
The hospitality, attention to service, warmtb of entirw staff, from our Server Sangeeta, section manager Pardeep Chauhan, and Chef Tejpal - all came regularly to ask for feedback and how they can improve our experience.
The ambience was also nice, clean and good lay out, they also had live music playing from 8pm onwards. Overall its a highly recommended place to come with family & friends.
In terms of variety 9/10, food taste (flavour and preparation) 8/10 and quality (freshness) 9/10, ambience/atmosphere 8/10, Service 10/10 and value for money 10/10. We paid Rs 799+ taxes per person for Veg, and additional for mocktails.
We visited during the Chaat festival and I ate enough to survive the whole week.
The service is great, they change the spice levels as soon as you ask.
The desserts section was also amazing, especially those coconut chocolate balls- Loved them. You need to try them for sure.
The best in terms of hospitality, variety, taste and humble staff. Loved their each and every item, whether the starters, main course or deserts. They have the best tasted food I can be sure about. The staff makes the treat even more pleasant.

Love the food here.... Service is also excellent.... I spent 3 hours and eat alot and food was so delicious I don't want to stop eating but my stomach was said please enough I can't take more 😅😅
The best part of our visit was our waitress Menika. She was so sweet and pleasant to have taking care of us for our dinner.
The BBQ was so so good! Unfortunately we were a little disappointed with the buffet options. They were very limited and did not seem so fresh. The restaurant was also a bit dirty.
Went on a Saturday for a lunch. The place was a bit crowded . However, the servicing was at pace. Had a non-veg platter.
The variety has lessened over the years but the taste has remained. As we went during GIRF festival, huge discounts were provided alongwith a complimentary drink.

I visited Barbeque Nation at the Grand Mall recently. They greeted us well and then gave us the table as per our confort. (From the available ones of course).

Many barbeque buffet places but BN has always been the best in terms of service.
Once we sat, they started bringing us starters and the barbeque was also set within a minute.
I love their Cajun potatoes and crispy corn.
From the barbequed items, I love their pineapples.
All the snacks were yummy and their mint chutney was also fresh and tasty.
Service is prompt and the staff is super courteous. As mentioned earlier, I have never experienced such politeness and curtesy in any other Barbeque buffet place.
The desserts were also delish, I loved their Brownies, Gulab jamuns, Seviyan and kheer the most.
Their Veg biryani was also delectable and their Virgin Mojito was just perfect.
They also perform short dances and clap with you in the birthday celebrations of your near and dear ones.
