Charcoal Eats is a chain of casual dining restaurant serving Fast Food and Biryani. The place has a simple ambiance and is perfect to grab a quick bite with friends. The place offers tandoori delicacies, rolls, biryani, fries and much more. The outlet is located at quite an ordinary road side area in DLF PHASE 3. The service here is a little slow but food they serve is quite good, specially the Biryani. List of Order :- ● Chicken Keema Paratha - [4/5] Recipe is a delicious high protein where the chicken keema is delicately spices with garam masala and served with crispy flaky paratha. It was yumilicious and filling. ● BBQ Chicken Loaded French Fries- [4/5] The crispy fries were accompanied by chicken pieces and imli chutney and mayonnaise.. You will feel content with the quantity and taste. A must try. ● Chicken Tikka Biryani- [4/5] Prepared chicken tikka masala layered with half cooked basmati rice which is flavored with Indian aromatic spices. It was simply a treat to the taste buds. ● Peach Ice Tea [4/5] They offer 3 flavours of ice tea. This one was decent enough to try. ● Chocolate Mousse [4/5] What can be more appropriate to end a meal with chocolate. A must try. A casual place to hang out with friends and have a gala time without spending much. Do visit this outlet and must try the Charcoal Biryani.

Charcoal Eats A small cosy sitting and takeaway joint, Charcoal Eats have been earlier known as the Charcoal Biryani. Now they also, serve Pizzas, Fries, Desserts and Shakes. I somehow wanted to stick to their specialities, so tried their: Dilliwala Butter Chicken Biryani Comes within an attractive box packaging, curd box, cutlery and tissues. It's layered like Biryani. The base was boneless rich Butter chicken coated in thick gravy, topped with aromatic rice and with Brown Brista onions on top. After mixing it, they were like rice and butter chicken. Delicious though, but it was sticky for me and may be I was expecting more creativity in it. Avocado shake was recommended by their staff. Nothing to go along with the Biryani though, but I was thirsty and wanted something non fizzy. I loved the way they packed it for spill free. It tasted really yum and gave a very pleasant taste. A must try to go along with pizzas and fries. I always like to try desserts from outside and Chocolate mousse packing was really inviting for me. In a sealed takeaway mug, this was rich, sinful and yummy treat. The quantity is really nice as you can't finish it one go, until you are dark chocolate lover. Overall nice experience and I will try their Pizzas next time.

It was a nice place to be, and this place it really perfect for birthday parties. Really liked their delicious dishes and it was really pocket friendly, we had the chicken BBQ pizza, exotic pizza, fries were real nice and crispy and I loved the onion rings they were really crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. Loved all the dishes served to us, this place is surely recommended.It was overall a nice experience .

Have you ever even imagined a Birayni joint dishing out Pizzas as well! In my opinion, this is the most weird combination ever! Still, I went ahead and ordered it! ⭐ Desi Habshi Recommends - 1. Awadhi Biryani - They claim that it's Lucknow style Biryani with a Masala made of tomatoes, onions and clove! It was high on spice, as comapred to the Afghani. Relished it with Curd and loved it to the core. ▪️Instead of making curd in house, they sent Britannia's packed one! I prefer and appreciate Biryani joints putting some efforts in preparing their own Raita! 2. Organic Lemon Ice Tea The best refreshing drink to kill the city's heat! Strong lemon flavour and low sugar! Highly Recommended 3. Veg Exotica Pizza The X factor was that they are dishing out desi pizzas! Instead of a regular pizza base, Naan, an Indian bread is topped with Cheese and veggiesé😆 ⁿ! The taste of the base was very simliar to a patty and it was really different. The Afgani Biryani, on the other hand was really simple and lacked some flavours. If you like your food less spicy and light, go for this one! The Paneer Tikka Pizza lacked generous amount of toppings and tasted dry. You cab try the Veg Exotica. Well, I had a pleasant experience with Charcoal Eats and looking forward to order again in future!

The place is very hygienic and has many food varities and speedy food delivery service. Small outlet near DLF 3, the outlet is neat and tidy. I loved the Roll and Pav Wow from this place. The Pav Wow was something different, starter with Mumbai pav and spicy sauces. Very good snacks option.

Good food. Galauti kebabs were average. They were a little dry and there was no mint chutney served by the side. Dahi kebabs were good. Honey mint ice tea is a must for people searching for a refreshing drink.

Tried this place yesterday, packaging is nice but the fries needs improvement and in the description of Schezwan fries, they have mentioned harissa sauce but they don't add any such flavour/sauce to it.<br/>Only the Schezwan masala and some garlic mayo was there in fries.<br/>Wrap was okay but the not the best I'd say.

The restaurant serve a quality product more often. But on the contrary, they miss to adhere on the special instructions. I have ordered Chicken Keema with Malabar Parantha. The parantha was too sticky and raw to be chewed. They also missed to provide extra malabar to my order. When next time i quoted them that you have missed half portion of my meal in last order so provide the same here. They totally ignored. These guys have 4 branches around gurgaon. We went to their dlf phase 3 outlet. The ambience was warm and soothing, the staff was helpful and courteous and seating is also very comfortable.<br/>We started with:<br/>1-bbq fries <br/>2-paneer pizza<br/>3-paneer biryani<br/>4- choco mouse<br/>The quantity is good as compared to the price, its quite reasonable. The food was extremely delicious. The quantity was good enough to serve one person. The fries were very nice and adequately cooked and spiced.<br/>Then there was a paneer roll which was very nice. I am still trying to cover almost all the restros nearby and give a try to taste their delicacies. But the same is not being possible as every then and now a new restro is opening up . Charcoal Eats is very easily noticeable if you are in DLF phase 3 , U block. I tried a few many times to visit it or order it but one or the other work came up and I kept missing it. But finally after a long wait , I ordered Afgani Chicken Tikka Biryani and Classic mutton Biryani . It got delivered in the said time and I was very much pleased with the packaging and the quality feel it was giving. It had Biryani box , dahi with raita mix and onion salad. It can't be more complete than this. I had the Afgani chicken tikka Biryani and I found it very dry. It should have some gravy served as sides or chicken prepared in more masala could have enhanced the experience. But absentism of these made the chicken Biryani very dry and had to eat it with dahi with raita mix(jaljeera+ chat masala) sort of. I feel it's an insult if you have your biryani with dahi/raita , it makes the Biryani very soft in taste and lose the original taste of biryani. Although my friend enjoyed his mutton biryani. It's a good experience but again the Biryani can be improved as many would like it more masaledar or being served with gravy. It's more of a 3.5 then 3.

Have ordered 4 different types of biryanis till data. All were good and tasty with ample amounts of fried onion. The ratio of meat and biryani is also good. No problems in taste department. The reason for not giving 5 stars is portion size (especially half biryani) which is lower than most other biryani places.

Really loved this place. I had chicken afgani biryani and fries. Really never had such a tasty biryani and fries ever. Chicken was so soft and juicy. Fries were very crispy and the masala on fries was very yummy. I assure you that you are going to love this place and will surely visit this place again & again. Highly recommended.

Honeychilly potato – Well packed delivered hot – Honey well spread across…..Now turn for Roll – Juicy yummy roll with Well-cooked paneer and vegetables in it, Softness all across.

Ordered biryani that too so called signature dish from the place.Rice is uncooked. Called restaurant, they said call to zommato. Come on man whose fault is this. After some time they accepted, and reorder again..it's been already 1 hour 15 min. But they haven't send the order. They never called back. I called them more than 6 times. Apart from sorry you guys don't do anything. Waste service waste food. Never order again. Never recommend to anyone. Pathetic service n restaurant.

Charcoal eats is walking distance away from my office. This time, I thought of ordering from it. I ordered Chicken Seekh, Tandoori loaded fries, Peach iced tea, panner square pizza and chocolate mousse cake. All of them turned out to be pretty good. Loaded fries is their USP, you should definitely try this out. <br/><br/>Delivery was done within a stipulated time frame & in a nice packing.

Went to this outlet, a nice place to hangout with Friends and family, coming to the food we ordered chicken seekh kebab roll,onion rings,barbeque fries, Chicken and veg pizza the pizza crust was really thin and nice,and chicken biryani it was delicious and the desserts are a must try ,my personal favorite is the salted caramel mousse. I loved the overall experience. This place is recommended.

Charcoal Eats is the fine place if you really want to try some good starters, biryani, square pizzas and ice cream. The technique, the flavors they prepare for the food is really mind blowing. The chefs here are very much aquainted with their work. One of my friend told me about this outlet so had to try it. This outlet will serve you with the best of taste. The delivery was pretty fast. Infact it hardly took 25 mins. to reach the destination. They are very good in packing the food.<br/><br/>I had the following dishes:<br/><br/>Order -<br/>1. Chicken Malai Tikka: One of the best starter one can have of you are a non vegetarian. It was really heavenly for me.<br/><br/>2. Paneer Tikka: This was a kind of loaded fries and it really was very different from the usual fries. They also added some cheese over which made the taste quite magnificent.<br/><br/>3. Paneer Makhani: This was a biryani and was very flavorful. Highly recommended.<br/><br/>4. Strawberry Souffle: The Souffle was a part of dessert and believe me I never had such icecream before. A few days back I ordered food from charcoal eats and I must say it was a wonderful delight. <br/>Their paneer makhani briyani was full of rice flavours, amazing fragrant rice and spices. <br/>I also orders chicken tikka which was so nicely marinated and bbqed. Juicy and soft. It was so good <br/>Next I ordered some loaded fries. Omg fries loaded in cheese and salsa dip was outstanding. <br/><br/>This is a must try place!

I'd like to give 4.5 stars actually, but that ain't possible. It's a lovely little place to order in from, with most interesting pastry puff pizzas. Though I had to deduct .5 for the slight blandness of BBQ pizza. The loaded french fries were the best thing in the lot and they didn't get soggy till the end 😍 I would love to order from here again and try out more stuff!!

This is one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with Zomato!<br/>I had placed an order at around 15:20hrs (Half Butter Chicken Biryani + Chicken Seekh Roll).<br/>At 15:55hrs I get a call from their call centre asking me if I changed the order. I said no.<br/>At 15:57hrs I get another call telling me that they don't have butter chicken biryani available and that I should cancel my order and reorder with another biryani.<br/>I asked them if they could change it for me. And they said no at first, but later obliged (because they knew they were wrong and had already delayed the order by half an hour).<br/>Later, the food comes in at 16:57 hrs. A whole hour later.<br/><br/>The delivery guy was amazingly sweet (Ashish) and he refused the money. However, Zomato support was forcing me to pay. I did, but the rider didn't accept.<br/>Zomato added half the amount as credits too, which did make me feel nice. But just 15 minutes later, my account was deleted by Zomato because of so called "suspicious activity"!<br/><br/>Also, the food was pathetic! The roll was tasteless, the biryani - the worst I've had! Not sure how this outlet has such a rating!<br/>And for Zomato - your service was ruthless!<br/>Luckily, I could login using my slightly more popular account, and comment / review :)<br/><br/>I hope this gets highlighted thoroughly.

As I really liked the name and menu thought to order but food was below average. Ordered chicken Malawi tikka which I really felt that chicken was dipped in mayonnaise it was undercooked and even tried loaded fries they were not good at all soggy fries with sauces. Recently tried this place for delivery in office. And was amazed by the quality and taste. Every single thing we order was delicious and well prepared.. i tried barbecue fries which were dipped into barbecue sauce and mayonnaise super delicious fries i would say. I also tried there chicken peri peri pizza which was patty based which made it different and delicious.. Their pizzas are must try would recommend it to everyone specially pizza lovers. I also tried mutton starter which was like kebabs and were good too. And yes chocolate mousse wow, super . Would give 5:5 .

This was my first time with charcoal eats . They mostly provide frozen foods. If you like frozen foods , this is your place . I liked the chilli garlic fries a lot <br/>You must try their salted caramel mousse .it was exotic . The Peri Peri veg pizza comes in square form. I totally loved the food from this place it was very tasty to have. Even the achari aalo tasted very scrumptious as well. Charcoal Eats is the best outlet I had in DLF Phase 3. I heard this place from my friend so had to try it. I was really amazed by their fast service. The delivery boy was way before time and I was really impressed by it. He was good in communication skills so did not find much problem for him to deliver the food. The food was packed very well. I had the following dishes:<br/><br/>1. Chicken Tikka: Chicken Tikka was very good in taste, totally delecable to me.<br/><br/>2. Barbeque: It was the loaded fries, and was very crispy. Highly recommended.<br/><br/>3. Peri Peri Chicken: This was a pizza and the crust and toppings they used were simply mind blowing. It was very heavenly to me<br/><br/>4. Salted Caramel: This dessert is the one you need to feel delightful. It was really good and very saccharine to me. Just loved it.

2 is only for the packging , you guys should have the courtsey to provide tissue paper ,after paying 130 rs for this roll i felt like cheated , they charge you 30 rs extra for packging . Charcoal eats is a pan India based restaurant with their outlets at Mumbai, Bangalore etc.<br/>I wanted to check it out from a long time. First of all, their customer services are great. You will receive a mail from them as soon as you place an order. I ordered Classic Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Loaded Fries, Peri Peri Veg Pizza and Salted Caramel Mousse. Let me be honest, every item was fresh and tasty.<br/>Classic Chicken Tikka - A bit overpriced but the taste compensated it all.<br/>Tandoori Loaded Fries - One of the best fries I have ever had. Seriously loved it.<br/>Peri Peri Veg Pizza - It looked like a thin crust based pizza but the base tasted more like a Patties base. It was crunchy and the cheese and vegetables on the top were enough.<br/>Salted Caramel Mousse - A perfect ending to the party. Would love to order again from them.

Friday night sitting at a friends place.. stoned & hungry 😲 We were going through zomato app and found this place pretty interesting. After reading some really nice reviews about this place we ordered our food from here.<br/><br/>The delivery was a little late.. it was a weekend night though. Amazing Mughlai food and some crazy fries options. All their Tandoori and kebabs options are quite nice. They might seem slightly dry but the flavour will compensate for it. Biryani is quite flavourful and nicely cooked. Esply, that beautiful aroma that steams in while you open the lid; just spectacular. <br/>Their fries are a bit of a surprise, and I mean it in a positive way. The topping on the fries is a bit of mood lifter. <br/>Probably the online you might wanna think about ordering from elsewhere are their desserts. Well this place serves amazing fries. I love the paneer makhni one , with tandoori and garlic mayo , chizzled with spices. You can simply order from the fries section. For the starter, must try the tandoori aloo, right from the tandoor, smoky taste. Well the pizza is prepared on flat crisp bread, its different. Do try the chicken makhani biryani, with chicken tandoori chunks and makhni gravy, served with curd. The flavours of biryani is simple amazing. Do order , if you looking for good food at decent price.

Food at Charcoal Eats is lovely!!<br/>The Afghani Chicken tikka biryani was brilliant and so was its packaging...Wholesome, comforting and fulfilling Biryani. Would come back for more.<br/>The Other stuff is experimental and a successful one at that (did try their peri peri squared pizza, mutton seekh adana, chicken malai tikka malabari paratha roll and french fries). French fries though understandably went soggy but taste was good with loaded schewzan sauce.<br/>The dessert, salted caramel mousse, was perfectly balanced too.<br/>All in all it was a satisfying meal with good and thorough packaging.

Mid week and wanted to eat something really taste enhancing and finger licking food. Ordered food from charcoal eats. Pretty happy to give a positive review.<br/><br/>I had ordered Awadhi chicken Biryani, Peri Peri square pizza, Chicken malai tikka, Tandoori fries with cheese toppings, Strawberry Souffle. Man, am completly drooling again.<br/><br/>The Awadhi chicken was so well done,though it was on spicer side but it kicked the taste buds. It was delivered piping hot.The best thoughtful part was the fresh small pack of dahi with raita masala was delivered along with the biryani so that looked attractive.<br/>The chicken malai tikka was succulent and melting.<br/>The square Peri Peri chicken pizza was so so good. Liked the crispy pizza base.<br/>The tandoori fries was tasty but next time, going to order without the cheese.<br/><br/>The show stopper was the Strawberry souffle.
