Charcoal Eats is a chain of casual dining restaurant serving Fast Food and Biryani. The place has a simple ambiance and is perfect to grab a quick bite with friends. The place offers tandoori delicacies, rolls, biryani, fries and much more.
The outlet is located at quite an ordinary road side area in DLF PHASE 3. The service here is a little slow but food they serve is quite good, specially the Biryani.

● Chicken Keema Paratha - [4/5]
Recipe is a delicious high protein where the chicken keema is delicately spices with garam masala and served with crispy flaky paratha. It was yumilicious and filling.
● BBQ Chicken Loaded French Fries- [4/5]
The crispy fries were accompanied by chicken pieces and imli chutney and mayonnaise.. You will feel content with the quantity and taste. A must try.
● Chicken Tikka Biryani- [4/5]
Prepared chicken tikka masala layered with half cooked basmati rice which is flavored with Indian aromatic spices. It was simply a treat to the taste buds.
● Peach Ice Tea [4/5]
They offer 3 flavours of ice tea. This one was decent enough to try.
● Chocolate Mousse [4/5]
What can be more appropriate to end a meal with chocolate. A must try.
A casual place to hang out with friends and have a gala time without spending much. Do visit this outlet and must try the Charcoal Biryani.

Charcoal Eats
A small cosy sitting and takeaway joint, Charcoal Eats have been earlier known as the Charcoal Biryani. Now they also, serve Pizzas, Fries, Desserts and Shakes.
I somehow wanted to stick to their specialities, so tried their:
Dilliwala Butter Chicken Biryani
Comes within an attractive box packaging, curd box, cutlery and tissues. It's layered like Biryani. The base was boneless rich Butter chicken coated in thick gravy, topped with aromatic rice and with Brown Brista onions on top. After mixing it, they were like rice and butter chicken. Delicious though, but it was sticky for me and may be I was expecting more creativity in it.
Avocado shake was recommended by their staff. Nothing to go along with the Biryani though, but I was thirsty and wanted something non fizzy. I loved the way they packed it for spill free. It tasted really yum and gave a very pleasant taste. A must try to go along with pizzas and fries.
I always like to try desserts from outside and Chocolate mousse packing was really inviting for me. In a sealed takeaway mug, this was rich, sinful and yummy treat. The quantity is really nice as you can't finish it one go, until you are dark chocolate lover.
Overall nice experience and I will try their Pizzas next time.
