The food was delicious as always. Veg thali is to die for. Bụt service is not very good. Took around 45 minutes for the food to arrive while I noticed them serving other big groups quickly who arrived later than us. NVM. JMD itself doesn’t have anything else like for shopping of eating. Sagar Ratna is a good catch.

Taste was good for every cuisine we tried. We tried Tandoori platter, some special Dosa( sorry for getting its name) but it was good with Paneer stuffing. Taste was good. In the main course we tried kadai chaap and butter masala paneer with butter tandori roti ( they dont serve tava roti ). Now talking about the budget then it is bit costly but if you planning to come with friends then it can get into budget.

The best South Indian cuisine restaurant. There’s no doubt about this. I have tried lots of South Indian restaurants and stalls and what not but there’s nothing which can compare to Sagar Ratna. This particular restaurant is within the premises of JMD Galleria Mall on ground floor. The mall provide free parking as well. The restaurant serves food till 11:30 pm and it has been my go to place for so many years. The cost of course is a little more than what you would have expected but that’s just the only drawback I see. Rest all thing is good, the staff, the place, the service.

Loved the place and the service. Idli chaat is a must try over here. Dahi vada is also good. Dosa is mind blowing and their Sahar Ratna special thali is a must try. Also extra points to them for serving really good filter coffee.

Was looking for authentic south Indian options and Google suggested this one first. Being a pretty well known brand we did not hesitate even for a moment. Parking was free and the premises is pretty huge in size. Service was very prompt. Ample staff to take care of your requirements. Food was as authentic as it gets. Very satisfied. Easy on pockets aswell. Definitely a must visit.

Food is delicious but a bit costly. We visited on weekend so it restaurant was full and servers were quite busy and that reflected in their service. Service was bit slow apart from that we had a good experience here. We ordered badam milk and butter milk, spring rolls, roasted garlic dosa, special paneer dosa and for dessert Mysore pak. Everything was very delectable and I enjoyed each bit of it. For authentic south Indian meal, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Late at night when i got my parcel I got masala dosa with no sambhar so how am I supposed to eat it ?? And when I called sagar ratna and told this issue they made excuses and said it is not our fault it is the delivery boys fault but let me tell u one thing it is your responsibility not anyone else’s okay because the bad image is made about sagar Ratna not about the delivery boy.. pathetic no apology

Good food! We had ordered for home delivery of 2 plates of idli, 1 masala dosa and an onion uttapam. I was worried about the quantities that we’ll receive and also about how fresh it’ll all be. But it was more than enough to feed three people. And everything arrived at a warm temperature too. After a little while, we heated the things a little, and it all tasted as if we were eating at an actual Sagar Ratna joint only! And packing was good too! No leakage, no other problems too! All in all, 5/5! I’m sure going to keep ordering from them and hopeful to visit the restaurant soon too! :)

It was a cozy experience in sagar ratna. I ordered deluxe thali which I got in about 15 minutes. The taste was finger licking good and the dal makhni was amazing the rice was also good . But the prices were very high 2 people can eat in 600-700 rupees .

Sagar Ratna's tagline should be Serving bugs since 1986, found bugs in my food , was anyway suspecting the food when in today's environment there has been reports of people spoiling the food deliberately, they have sent the food without any tapes on the boxes. It is so inconsiderate of them, on top of that when I opened the box there were two small cockroaches in it which are visible in the pictures. Never going to order again from sagar ratna Sohna Road, as I HAD TO THROW THE WHOLE PACKAGE in dustbin, the worst part is that when I tried to report it to Zomato, the automatic response just told me to check the ratings before ordering, that is the most arrogant automatic response

Comfort food, anyone? The answer is Sagar Ratna. So whenever we get tired of going to fancy places, we go to our den and that has to be this place. Courteous staff greets you with a smile and then direct you to a table of your choice. Only in our case did my friend fall down the moment he sat because the seat was broken. Coming to food, we were not badly hungry and decided to have idli chaat and tamarind rice. Idli chaat that Sagar Ratna serves is a perfect marriage between crispy yet smooth. This was followed by tamarind rice that was perfectly as we had requested it to be. The person who was attending to our table even got us complimentary sambhar when I expressed my wish to have some. Such services go a long way, earning restaurants a loyal customer. Pricing is okay and if you wish to avoid crowded place to eat, head for an early dinner.

Located on the Ground floor of JMD Galleria you can find this outlet of a renouned South Indian chain of food. Cuisines available here are South Indian, North Indian & Chinese though its famous for food from South. Its a Vegetarian only restaurant providing home delivery services along with Indoor Dine in options. They serve Jain food too. The staff here is quite lethargic so you need to be pro-active with your orders else the typical delays. With time the Brand has actually faded and you can see the difference in taste of food from the childhood days. I had ordered Rava Dosa which was good but quality of Sambhar & Coconut Chutnet didn't really have that authentic South Indian cravings. Tried this outlet for the first time & its surely the last as Sambhar & Chutney is something which is more enticing than the dish. Not Recommended 👎

Sagar Ratna is a one stop for all. The food was lip-smacking and so was the hospitality. We were served by Satish Dhal who was all smiles throughout. Bheem Bhandari was excellent in suggesting items to try and his suggestions spoke for themselves as always!The Paneer Lababdar was super delicious and the breads were really soft. Truly an experience which you will not forget. The homely atmosphere created by the staff was amazing and made my day! Do come and enjoy!!
