Pretty decent and nicely under crowded due to it's location, this Sagar Ratna is a great place to laze around on a Sunday. Staff is usually enthusiastic to see you, and food is pretty decent.

Good food! We had ordered for home delivery of 2 plates of idli, 1 masala dosa and an onion uttapam. I was worried about the quantities that we’ll receive and also about how fresh it’ll all be.
But it was more than enough to feed three people. And everything arrived at a warm temperature too. After a little while, we heated the things a little, and it all tasted as if we were eating at an actual Sagar Ratna joint only!
And packing was good too! No leakage, no other problems too!
All in all, 5/5!

It was a cozy experience in sagar ratna. I ordered deluxe thali which I got in about 15 minutes.
The taste was finger licking good and the dal makhni was amazing the rice was also good .
But the prices were very high 2 people can eat in 600-700 rupees .
Comfort food, anyone? The answer is Sagar Ratna.
So whenever we get tired of going to fancy places, we go to our den and that has to be this place.
Courteous staff greets you with a smile and then direct you to a table of your choice. Only in our case did my friend fall down the moment he sat because the seat was broken.
Coming to food, we were not badly hungry and decided to have idli chaat and tamarind rice. Idli chaat that Sagar Ratna serves is a perfect marriage between crispy yet smooth.
This was followed by tamarind rice that was perfectly as we had requested it to be. The person who was attending to our table even got us complimentary sambhar when I expressed my wish to have some. Such services go a long way, earning restaurants a loyal customer.
Pricing is okay and if you wish to avoid crowded place to eat, head for an early dinner.
Brahmdev provided very nice service. Place was nice and clean. Pocket friendly price and easy to access

Bụt service is not very good. Took around 45 minutes for the food to arrive while I noticed them serving other big groups quickly who arrived later than us. NVM.
JMD itself doesn’t have anything else like for shopping of eating. Sagar Ratna is a good catch.
Great South Indian food and the Brand delivers every time the same taste.
Consistency is Key and Sagar Ratna is Bang on It.
Taste was good for every cuisine we tried. We tried Tandoori platter, some special Dosa( sorry for getting its name) but it was good with Paneer stuffing. Taste was good. In the main course we tried kadai chaap and butter masala paneer with butter tandori roti ( they dont serve tava roti ). Now talking about the budget then it is bit costly but if you planning to come with friends then it can get into budget.

Dosas are decent but were served cold cos they probably got the entire order together.. Maybe ask them to het whatever keeps getting ready..

Sagar ratna is famous for south indian cuisine BUT for a change I tried North indian dish at this restaurant. You shall be surprised that they ALSO make tasty north indian dishes. My ratings (best 5 -poor 1):

All franchises of Sagar Ratna serve great food, so does this one. My personal favourite here is the Spring Roll Dosa. Anyone looking for a fusion taste, do try it!!
The best South Indian cuisine restaurant. There’s no doubt about this. I have tried lots of South Indian restaurants and stalls and what not but there’s nothing which can compare to Sagar Ratna. This particular restaurant is within the premises of JMD Galleria Mall on ground floor. The mall provide free parking as well. The restaurant serves food till 11:30 pm and it has been my go to place for so many years. The cost of course is a little more than what you would have expected but that’s just the only drawback I see. Rest all thing is good, the staff, the place, the service.
Loved the place and the service. Idli chaat is a must try over here. Dahi vada is also good.
Dosa is mind blowing and their Sahar Ratna special thali is a must try.
Also extra points to them for serving really good filter coffee.
Was looking for authentic south Indian options and Google suggested this one first. Being a pretty well known brand we did not hesitate even for a moment. Parking was free and the premises is pretty huge in size. Service was very prompt. Ample staff to take care of your requirements. Food was as authentic as it gets. Very satisfied. Easy on pockets aswell. Definitely a must visit.
We ordered veg thali, Vegetables Briyani and masala dosa. It was awesome with full of taste 😋, service was also very good and on time.
Suggession : you should add more options for mouth freshner in the last.
