I did not know that healthy food could so delicious lol. I was truly skeptical while trying out from this place . But my friend practically shoved the food in
my mouth. And thankGod that she did ! The soya chaap and eternal paneer salad are a heaven on earth for vegetarians ! Lovvvved every bite !

I ordered eternal harmony paneer salad- nothing can beat this, full of protein.
Nut and seed porridge- little dry but not too sweet as they keep your health in mind

In fact, against each dish, you can find complete details of its ingredients, volume, nutritional value, and overall calories that dish add you to your body. That means, it is an excellent choice for health-conscious generation giving high value to hygiene, calorie intake, nutrition, and health. In a way, it is for all of us. Fresh nutritional food at your doorstep. In my opinion, at least three meals out of the total 21 meals (3 meals every day) in a week should be these.

Vigour Bowl is one of the good delivery options in Gurgaon, especially for those into healthy eating.
Focussing on the premise of health in a bowl, the menu has considerable variety across snacks, meals, beverages, and desserts. Each portion also specifies the nutritional values associated with it.
I tried some dishes from their Menu to form a first impression. The delivery was quick, and the food was fresh, given the pitiable condition of roads thanks to rains.
So, I tried the following dishes that were prepared and packaged nicely too.
Masala Paneer & Tadka Brown Rice is among the meals at Vigour Bowl and features cottage cheese, veggies, olives, and cumin for that Indian style preparation.
Grilled Fish with Carrot Noodles had soft fish fillets with grated carrots.
Amaranth & Quinoa Protein Phirni
is a dessert different from what other places offer. It had a mildly sweet taste and chopped almonds in it.
On the whole Vigour Bowl is worth a try, especially if you're into clean eating.

Vigour Bowl is a outlet known very well to serve all the food items related to salad. Yeah, salad it is. I really found this place very unique as there are few place who actually know how to prepare such level of salads. The food was packed well and the delivery boy was very humble to talk. So I had the following food items:
1. Refreshing Fruit Salad: There were a lot many exotic fruits prepared well enough to make your diet healthy.
2. The God Father Chicken: From now on, this is my favorite salad. The roasted chicken was mixed very well with rest of green vegetables such as broccoli. Highly recommended!!

Ordered grilled chicken nd schezwan Brown rice: Good thing about menu us they share all details about calories, protiens, fat and carb against each nd every dish., Which not only help decide what to eat but also gives you satisfaction that you are not indulging in a high calorie meal
About taste it was just perfect , well cooked, neatly packed and good enough quantity for one person..
Add a cold press or smoothie to it and you are done for your lunch or dinner meal.
Would highly recommend this place for health yet tasty food eating.
