This review is regarding delivery of ICICI credit card. I had applied for a credit card when I resided in Mumbai. Then I shifted to Gurgaon. But the card was sent to the Mumbai address and get returned as I was not there. Then ICICI Customer care executive called me regarding place of delivery. I informed my present address pincode. According, the card was sent to this branch's address. The operational timing of the branch is till 3PM. But I reached late by approx 30 mins i.e 3.30PM due to repair of my bike on the way. The half portion of the shutter was closed and the glass door had been locked đź”’ from inside by the security. I briefed my situation and requested him to get entry. Further he asked the bank staff and they granted permission. Finally, I received the card within 3 mins. Thanks for cooperation.

Visited this Branch on 26 Mar 2021 to deposit two cheques of ICICI Bank, Mumbai. Was attended by Ms Anushka, who went out of the way to verify cheque details from the issuing bank branch in my presence and confirmed credit of cheque amounts to our concerned bank accounts. It was a real great experience for me in the excellent and quick service provided inspite of my bank account not being with this branch. Hats off to Ms Anushka of the branch.

The customer support of this branch is very good . Today during my visit to this branch ; I have seen Ms. Khushboo Srivatava , an officer of this branch alone handling multiple customers with patience & attending their problem very efficiently . I really appreciate her effort & best wishes for her future. ICICI Bank should appreciate such staff & encourage them .
