Tried their Rohu Sorsho with steam rice... Quality is not good at all. Went there thinking of having some Bengali food and will get some change in the taste... as usually having north Indian food everytime . But all waste .. Fish is kept in deep freezer, it was cooked from out side but it was cold from inside.<br/>They have kept the menu very fancy... From Rohu fish to Prawns and Promfret but the standard of coking style is missing. They need to make standard Bengali cuisine food...<br/>If the Bengali cuisine food preparation standard is maintained I am sure this outlet will be Rocking in this sector 56 area..

One of the worst experiences ever. Literally 3rd class food and the service is pathetic.<br/>These people are shaming the amazing food culture of the Bengolis.

I mean there is nothing much to write about this place....extremely average...<br/><br/>Ordered the following:<br/>1. Shukto- just about Ok....<br/><br/>2. Rui kalia- taste was ok....fish quality was frozen...hard... <br/><br/>3. Dhoka'r dalna..... as the name suggests...total Dhoka.... awful will be being polite...<br/><br/>Over all...will give it a miss next time on...

Although I am a vegetarian, I am a sucker for Bengali food! Yes, they do have more than just fish to offer. However, since I was not able to find affordable options in Gurgaon and I am quite attached to my kidneys, I was glad I stumbled upon Too Maach one particular night and I ended up ordering Luchi and Shukto.<br/><br/>The shukto had a really nice balance of flavours with a rainbow of veggies in a creamy gravy, along with some fried lentil dumplings. A little sweet, a little bitter, a little crunchy and quite delicious! However, the luchi was quite a let down. They were oily as hell. <br/><br/>In short, if I was really craving Bengali food, I *might* order from here again. But it's a long shot.

Ordered fish Curry and Mutton Dakbunglow...Food tasted good but they took time to deliver.<br/>Would recommend for people looking for Bengali food in and around sector 56-55.

secondly there was mutton in egg devil dish but this thing that egg devil has mutton in it was not written anywhere...i am an eggiterian dont have chicken and mutton...when one orders egg dish they do it thinking it will only have egg and not other non veg in it. i have ordered egg devil from other bengali restaurants which did not have mutton or other non veg as part of egg devil.<br/><br/>all i can say about this experience is this was terrible. atleast write all ingrediants properly.

I had rated this place higher earlier, but had to take it down due to the extreme inconsistency. I ordered exactly the same thing twice, doi Mach n rice. I was that impressed last time. But what came today was a shocker! Did you really think doi Mach meant just mixing doi with fish? That too terrible old hard fish? Yew! I was a fan, now my orders will have to be measured, if at all.

Hi Diwakar.. tried reaching you but unable to get your contact details.. wanted to share few feedback.. Yesterday ordered Mutton Biryani.. very bad in taste, quantity was good.. no no way it was a mutton Biryani.. more over the chicken Kasa was also pathetic.. pls improve your quality.. had ordered so many times but yesterday's experience was a night mare..

i had ordered the following items :<br/>Rahu Sorshe : 2.5/5<br/>i cannot comment upon the authenticity of the preparation, but it was alright. nothing great about it. besides for 250 bucks you would think the curry would be sufficient for 2 people. it is not. <br/>Fish Cutlet : 5/5<br/>i loved this dish. its not your regular fish fry. underneath the bread crumbs there is a layer of green chutney and it just adds a twist to the dish. <br/> Begun Bhaja Thala : 5/5<br/>i love this bengali dish so much. the simplicity of it makes it all the more special. there are big slices(4-5) of of fried begun with a coating of masala. i love having it plain with rice<br/>the packaging is good, the food was delivered on time. the only let down was the fish curry.<br/>i would definitely try out more dishes from them in future.

Your love for Bengali cousin is very much addressed by this take away place . They have an outdoor sitting option as well. You can try the lovely cutlet ,rolls Kolkata biriyani and fish curry . Price are reasonable considering other Bengali restaurant in Gurgaon. Must try all variants of cutlet and fish. Good taste.

Minimum Order is INR 300. Wow..... if 1 Guy who works just a kilometre and half away and who is trying to maintain his diet by just by Ordering 1 Chicken Biryani (2 Pieces of Chicken, 1 Egg, 1 Potato with RIce) which is a wholesome meal at INR 170. But his order is axed since he does not meet their criteria of INR 300; then this is very bad management and behaviour from them.

Their mustard fish curry is amazing- lack I gravy if you're eating it with rice though... also the steamed fish in the banana leaf is worth trying. Quality could be improved

Went here as I was in the mood for some fish curry and rice. Tried the fish in mustard curry with some steamed rice. The fish had a very homely taste and was nice. Best part is that it was fresh and didn't have any unpleasant smell to it.

Its a great place to try some good bengali food. I tried Kosha Mangsho, Mutton it was really great. Rotis were soft and for a surprise, they were rarely served tawa rotis.

Ordered kosha mangsho. One of the best I have had in a long time and I am a Bengali ! Great stuff guys . Authentic Bengali food a must try for all foodies

So, it was the Poojo month and had a chance to visit  Gurgaon on a short official trip. Keeping in mind the Poojo flavour, we went for some Bengali snacks from Too Maach.  They have a menu that's truely Bengali in nature, though if  you visit them, you will also find some typical Delhi non-veg starters like Afghani chicken and Tandoori chicken and even chilly chicken [which has lost its Chinese identity and is now truely Indian in nature :)  ].  And now for the review.. <br/><br/>The humble shop in Sector -56 doles out some amazing snacking items. I loved the taste of every item and was really impressed with the presentation. Even the Afghani and Chilly  chicken had nice distinct flavors to them. The Fish cutlet was crispy and full of flesh, Bhetky fry was out of the world and the Rahu kalia was equally tasty. Every bite from everything that we ordered, made us really happy!<br/>We enjoyed the snacks to the fullest and the fantastic taste sprang up in our conversations multiple times...<br/>Extra 0.5 points for a quick delivery ( we had ordered at the shop and opted for home delivery) and competitive pricing!<br/><br/>Good job Too Maach!!

Too maach as the name suggests its a Bengali cuisine outlet in Sector 56 huda market.<br/><br/>We ordered for our dinner<br/>Kochi Patha jhol- Bengali home style Mutton curry<br/>Alu posto - potato and a ground poppy seeds Bengali reparation.<br/>Sukto- a Bengali melange of vegetables in a white poppy seeds and mustard paste gravy. Usually served cold/room temperature.<br/>Plain rice.<br/><br/>Firstly they messed up with the quantities of the rice. We ordered for three only 2 came only after delivery person talking to the owner the confusion was cleared, had to prove by showing up the Zomato order history and total bill amount was 1580 instead of 1470 despite on rice less in bill also 2 rice was mentioned. Third was delivered after some time.<br/><br/>Aloo posto was devoid of posto completely.<br/><br/>Sukto- was the worst posto that ever coming from a Bengali kitchen.<br/><br/>Mutton preparation was fine and delivery was on time. But service gesture was completely missing.

Being a bong in Gurgaon is tough since Bengali food here is highly overpriced as compared to Bangalore. Having said that, I ordered from Too Mach last night and the food here is very good. The food was fresh and was very well packed.<br/>The only thing that bothered me was their shukto which was sweet.I am no faithful bong but it's supposed to be a little bitter. <br/>Overall though, a good place to order from.
Rahul Kakar
Even If bong food does not tickle your tastebuds, this place is a must try. Though they do not deliver to Sec 66 but on request the food was delivered well within the timelines given. Must have is the kochalonka murgi with loochi ( chicken with a very interesting gravy with green chillies. Surprisingly not very spicy). Tried the aloo posto which left me thinking that have had better. The quantity of posto is less compared to the traditional preparation. But still is nice for people who want to try something different. The boneless bhetki shorshe ( fish in mustard gravy) is nice with steamed rice. Also must try is the egg curry, this dish is a boon for the eggiterians. Can avoid the kachori stuffed with peas. Overall, would definitely recommend to try this place.

Have ordered the following items a number of times - egg devil, fish cutlet, chicken curry and mutton kosha...all of them tasted amazing...we are so happy to have all these options available and located nearby...delivery was also prompt and on time

My son wanted to have so we landed here the other night. Ordered fish in mustard gravy which was good with subtle flavours. The mutton kalia was quite nice with lamb cooked tender in spicy masala.

Ordered food from too maach and it was too much for us. The dimer devil had dust particles in it due to which we had to throw them away. The mutton jhol as written by other reviewers had poorly boiled mutton pieces in it. Did not dare to taste the dal. Biriyani is not what they claim to be kolkata biriyani. Kolkata biriyani is completely different. However the owner is quite friendly. But when we want good food good friendly behaviour can hardly substitute the <br/> and hygeine.disappointed with this place. Had high hopes but wont order again.

A real value for money place. On my way back from work I saw this outlet and the name struck me. I ordered mustard fish,Egg Devil and fish cutlet and it was heavenly. The cook is a cheerful person and very good at what he does. This is the must visit place for anyone who loves bong food.
Rahul Singhal
I was recommended this place by one of my Bengali friends so I went with high expectations and it did meet my expectations<br/><br/>The guy at the counter was very helpful who took his time to explain us the difference between various dishes. We ordered paturi which is a fish inside banana leaf. The taste is out of this world and the prices are reasonable. Do give this small place a try.
Aditya Menon
Amazing food, I liked the mustard preparation a lot for their dishes. Plus, they are very helpful, in suggesting what could be good for us, what we could try out different from last time etc.
Biswamitra Biswas
I checked this place out on bengali new year. Though I couldn't try many dishes, the Shorshe dish was the very best amongst the bengali places I have tried in NCR.
Yash
Well, I read abt this place on zomato but since I couldn't pre order here I used foodpanda. This is relatively a new place. But I was astonished at their expertise both culinary n delivery. I ordered fish cutlet, daab Chingdi, basanti pulao n kochi pathar jhol. We loved it all with an exception, the mutton. As the Bong Name of the dish suggests, it should b the curry of tender lamb or goat. But the meat was very hard. My friend also joked it to b the meat of a horse. Lolz. But the other delicacies were great. Daab Chingdi was actually delivered in the coconut shell. Impressive. I do recommend this place but also recommend to avoid the mutton.

On a lazy Sunday we thought to explore eateries near us. And we had gone to Too Maach. Based on the representative's recommendation, we ordered chanar dalna, rahu sarshoo and rice. It was delivered to us at home. Food was tasty, in good proportion, 100% value for money. Highly recommended!!!
Shivam Shrivastav
Amazing Bengali food! Reasonably priced. The taste is excellent and the quantity is good.<br/>Was waiting for something like this in the locality for some time now.

Very good food and hospitality, specially fish items are awesome. A must try for Bengal /Assam / Tripura origins who are seeking taste of home cooked food over here.

Extremely unprofessional in home delivery department. Ordered food around 12:40 pm today and promised to deliver the food in one hour . After a waiting of 1:10 hour called them back at 1:50 PM to check the status, Said that the delivery boy is just about to leave and will be there in 10 to 15 minutes. Called them back again after 30 minutes at 2:20 PM, then they replied that they will be there in 2 min , the delivery boy is already in the compound. Still waiting for 15 more minutes, I called them back but this time they were not picking up the phone (called them 6-7 times). Finally they delivered the food at 3:00 PM, and instead of apologizing they accused me that I didn't picked the phone which caused the delay. So long story short, on a sunday afternoon, I got the food after 2:30 hours waiting.<br/><br/>The food was good but it was not hot when delivered. Very poor experience overall

Best Bengali food i have ever tasted.<br/>We were four, three of them Bengali. At around 10:30 pm looking for food.<br/>Saw this food joint called Too Maach. Sat down. Ordered Aaloo Poshto, Rice, Chholar Daal, Roti, and a Chicken Dish.<br/>We were just hoping to satiate our appetite with anything that's not too bad. We ended up licking the bowls out :p<br/>The name gave us a clear warning which we chose to ignore, we ended up eating way "too maach".<br/>My personal favorite would be the aaloo poshto. Can't imagine how it can be made any better.<br/><br/>We went there one more time since and the experience is the same (Not a one time wonder).<br/>Anytime i am in the vicinity, i am gonna go grab a bite at too maach.<br/><br/>Sadly, i don't have any photos. My phone is on repair :(<br/>This time, just trust my word.
Vivek Balokhra
I ordered fish cutlet and Bhetki fish. The taste was really nice. The person receiving the order explained the ingredients and also advised on options I should go. The food delivered was fresh and was on time delivered.

Had their starters. Very good. Liked the Fish Chop and Fish Finger. The Fish Chop was really awesome and the spices used as filling was too good.  Will order Dinner next time

Found this neat little Bong treasure in sector 56 Gurgaon<br/>Its a tuck away and take away plc with a small seating. <br/>I ordered Maach Paturi which a delightful Bhetki<br/>For main course I was craving for the comfort of sorso jhaal (fish in light mustard gravy) and rice...sometimes you just want plain home food and Too Maach gave me just that.
Tathagata Sengupta
I have been visiting this joint since it's start ,on my first visit I have ordered chicken cutlets and fish finger and it tastes nice , but I was very impressed on my last weekend order for kochi pathar jhol , taste was just perfect. I would request if they can include fish fry on their menu, hope not too much to ask..
B. Roy
After reading a positive review in 'gurgaon foodies ' and viewing pictures of few food items posted on their page we thought of trying out few snacks . We had ordered chicken cutlet ( not in their menu but made it on request), mutton chop and fish cutlet. Each one of them carries the taste of typical kolkata snacks bar located in each and every neighborhood.<br/>The mutton kosha is finger licking good but would appreciate if the pieces were little bigger.

Too Maach is a special place. And as an Assamese living in the capital for over a decade now, especially one who loves Assamese and Bengali food, it is always nothing short of emotional when you find a restaurant that satisfies your special food cravings. I wanted to try one of the fish curries, but since had eaten fish only the night before, I decided to order Kosha Mansho and Aloo Posto to go with it. The Posto was lip-smacking and I devoured the mutton like a pig. (I realise how that sounds, pig feeding on a goat, lol, but it was that good.) The menu is not over priced and also the delivery deserves a mention, which was on time, despite crazy Gurgaon traffic in the rush hour.  <br/>I cannot wait to try one of their fish dishes. Will do it soon. You already have me hooked. <br/>Cheers :) !
Varun Dave
The food is great...typical authentic Bong food tried both fish and mutton recipes...they stood out...good option for home delivery purpose since we faced issued with service at the joint itself..couple of orders took more time than usual..

Ordered in from them, and they serve by far the best Bengali food I've had in NCR. We had Kosha Mangsho, Kancha Lonka Murgir Jhol and Aloo Dum along with Luchis - the taste was exactly how they make it back at home. Especially liked how the person on call said that they could deliver the food in half an hour, but they would like to take an hour's time and serve good food - and serve really good food they did. Looking forward to going to the restaurant and having the fish preparations and piping hot luchis! :)
