I had tried their Appam ND egg roast also Kerala parotta ND Kerala chicken roast it tasted heavenly , I swear by all mallu instincts it stands true to the explanation of home made food too good it was and so worth the money

The place is right next to the office and that makes it the perfect place to have lunch..
Softest idlis, brilliant fried rice (ask him to make extra spicy), flakiest kerala parotta and most delicious sambar.. Cannot ask for more..
P.S. Their thali is perfect!

Never visited always ordered while in office..just eaten one dish thats chicken 65 with malabari paratha..one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had..and never had anywhere else..kind of an exclusive the way they make it..defo a bit unhealthy as it's too oily but it tastes as good as anything you could ever have..fantastic.
Specializes in home delivery (Never exceeded 20 minutes in my case, I stay on MG Road though). Not a place you frequent for the ambience.
Combinations you must try include appams with any of the non-vegetarian preparations (ask for their specials), the curd rice with rasam and chicken dosas.
Health Factor: Not for the faint hearted. Ammus are generous with their proportions of spice and oil, which results in tasty albeit slightly (extremely) unhealthy food

Been there today. For a Keralite, here is the place to have awesome food in delhi for cheap rate.
"Malabari porotta" one should try..
I will be soon there again to taste their biriyani and some fish items. My best favourite"kappa" is there. "puttu" also is in my list..
And I got an edge, it is just a kilometre away from my office, when am I going to forget my tiffin next.. :-)
Edit.. on my second visit, chicken biriyani I ordered, by expecting thallashery biriyani flavours.. but really disappointed me. So 0.5 rate deducting now.. Hope I could add rates on next try of 'Kappa' here
I went to this place to pass time and ordered a onionn uttappam and i found it to be fresh wholesome and chutney was good too.It is a clean place with a hygnic kitchen a rare thing in small outlets
I did not order their chicken and mutton dishes but was told by some kerala boys sitting around that AMMU'S has real homestyle chettinand food served here.
Prices are very reasonable and next time i am in gurgaon i shall definitely drop in for some lightweight appam with kerala style mutton and chicken

South Indian food and happy pocket. This is is the restaurant. We been ordering food from them for past 03 years now. Porota and kadala curry remains our favourite. For Dosa it's Mysore Rava masala dosa.the owner and staff is very friendly and nice.
I found this place recommended by a couple of my friends and it didn't disappoint. Now I don't know why this place has such a low rating when what I experienced was really good food at reasonable prices.
People who are too fussy about every little detail please avoid you get what you pay for. The service was decent and the delivery as well was on time.
The Food:
We Ordered Coconut Dosa, Mutton Stew, Onion Dosa, Palapam and Parathas.
I really enjoyed the flavors they did not disappoint. After a long time every dish had its unique flavor.
We had ordered Veg Stew for my father and omg it was really well made.
Palapam was the only thing that could have been a bit less soggy but, we still enjoyed it.
The Price:
Very Pocket friendly. Your tummy will be stuffed as well as your friend's under or around Rs.300
Definitely check them out! And try to have it fresh there itself. And there were quite a few south Indians eating there when we visited as a testament to their quality of work.
Ammus_the name says it all. I like their malabari paratha, mutton fry and mutton curry, idli and masala dosa.
Authentic kerala food. Can't just stop eating.
Their sambar and coconut nut chutney is a speciality. It's a small shop type siting food joint, but a good one to explore. I simply love their malabari paratha. It's awesome.
We were craving Kadala Curry and Puttu and this happens to be one of the very few places in Gurgaon to have these dishes on their menu! The food was absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend.
Excellent shop for specific Kerala items. He/She also stocks basic groceries like Maggi, soap powder etc but his/her USP is malayali food stuff such as Tapioca, Nendhra pazham, chena, chips and Double Horse, Eastern etc appam podi etc.
Overall okay taste. One of the only south indian restaurant in Sushant Lok Phase.
