Awesome gelato ice-creams and flavors. They have sugar free chocolate gelato made with stevia which tastes awesome. The ice-cream sandwich (called BUNGE for bun-gelato) is pure ecstasy. The place has a very warm ambience and positive vibes. The cakes and pastries are delicious and very pretty (see photos). They make the all cookies without baking soda and powder. The chocolate cakes were very rich, the owner told me that they use 80% real chocolate and 20% compound chocolate. This is especially better for health. Belgian waffles with soft-serve is highly recommended. If you want non-deserts, they have pasta, burgers and garlic bread. They are good but why are coming to desert factory for food?

This is a wonderful bakery in qutub plaza gurgaon. This serves ready to eat tasty snacks like sandwiches,salad,patty,pastry etc. It also serves cakes and on demand cakes are also made. Various types of bread are also available which include masala bread,garlic bread etc. Drinks like cold coffee,mojito etc are also slurrpy. It is also awarded various times. The unicorn theme cake was as per order, it was fresh, delicious and not too sweet. The prices were lower than the other shops for same cake. Recommended!

At Dessert Factory food is awesome the USP for Dessert Factory is excellent customer services bestttttttt bakery in Qutub Plaza. Breads are superb, waffles are out of this world must try Dessert Factory waffles and blueberry cheese cake is delicious. The Dessert Factory is a fabulous place to have amazing food. Special recomendation please do not miss pasta with garlic bread:) This place is 10/10

It is a great place for desserts. Had a cake from there on my marriage anniversary and it was great. The staff was warm and welcoming and offered candles and birthday cap as a compliment. Will visit again..

This place is by far the best place I have visited for desserts. Had the forrero rocher gelato, and it tasted just like the chocolate. The staff was so warm and welcoming. Great ice creams, quite genuine flavours , but need to control the temperature that it's stored in, the consistency vtends to carry due to fluctuating freezer.

Wonderful out of the box place. Got a chance to speak to the people behind it and thoroughly impressed by the vision with which they are running the place. Also the quality of products is fantastic and I loved the variety they have available. Must try for anybody who loves good food!

I bought a donut and the staff said he will warm it a bit. In turn he heated it too much that it was burnt and hard. When my child could not eat it, I gave it back to him without even asking for a refund or another dish in return, he still was giving me the attitude and the looks as if I had burnt his dish. Such rude and unprofessional attitude. I am never going to this place again.

I like this place a lot specially the Weffles here they are super awesome 😍.I loved this place specially the staff they are very cooperative and dedicated towards every customer.I would recommend everyone to visit this place atleast once .

ordered for a choc truffle cake through zomato but they had ran out of it..so they suggested to go for a pineapple cake instead.it was good and not overly sweet. just right amount of sweet without overpowering the sweetness of the pineapple chunks.the sprinkles on top of it had bleeded a lil on the pineapple gel of the cake a lil.but nevertheless was still yumm.just a suggestion if you do run out of the particular flavor please turn it off on the app..look forward to ordering again

CHOCOLATE MADAGASCAR is like "heaven in a cup" <br/><br/>Being a chocolate fanatic, I completely fell in love with Chocolate Madagascar ice cream. It tastes like cadbury chocolate transformed into an ice cream. It is super creamy and chocolaty. Each bite of this ice cream truly feels heavenly. Also tried their ITALIAN BISCOTTO ice cream. For someone who does not like chocolate, this could be the perfect choice. <br/><br/>The desserts factory not only has amazing ice creams and desserts, but also an extremely efficient and polite staff. They greet you with a smile as soon as you enter the place. <br/><br/>My experience was more than amazing. Seems like I have found the best chocolate ice cream. I definitely recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth.

I went to this place in Dlf phase-1 and the owner was present there and he was taking my designer cake order. That person is just awesome. He is so polite and nice. He just wants everyone to smile while entering his shop and while leaving his shop. I asked him if he could make a watch design cake. He replied I haven’t made one but I’m very sure that we can make one. It was my first time visiting this place and trust me I haven’t had a delicious cake from any where else. I would highly recommend this place and please meet the owner if you can. He will just throw positive vibes towards you.

Tucked into a small corner of Gurgaon's Qutub Plaza, The Dessert Factory is easy to miss on first glance but my grumbling stomach and the catchy name made me stop the car to go and check what it was all about. I have been to TDF twice now and each time, the service I have received has been equally excellent. The people are extremely friendly and make the experience even more delightful.<br/><br/>I haven't had the chance to sample too many of their menu items but I absolutely love their live counter pasta. I personally took more of a liking to their mixed sauce creation rather than the white sauce one. It is abundant in fresh vegetables and the mixed sauce provides an equally tangy and creamy flavour that pasta from other places doesn't seem to achieve.<br/><br/>Their chocolate walnut brownie was heavenly albeit a little on the excessive side. However, that didn't stop me from loving each bite of it. They also showcase an impressive selection of gelato that must be tried!<br/><br/>The place has very limited seating but is usually quiet, making it the perfect stop for mid-evening hunger pangs or even Sunday brunches. I'm looking forward to trying something from their waffles menu next time!

Came across an urgent senario where we planned a cricket theme cake for one of our client visiting us... I got to know about The Desserts Factory, visited them finalized the design and to my surprise they did not refused to accept this order as kt qas pretty late in the evening and I wanted this order the next day maximum by 1 PM.. “Abhaya” (not sure about his designation) but was an active employee in the bakery... took the order, assured me that he can deliver this on or before time and with all the fortunes in place the cake was perfect in shape n taste... everybody just loved the design (especially Mat the birth day boy).. i would highly recommend TDF to anyone reading this and would be back soon. !! Visited 'this place, just to check weather I will get a chocolate brownie dipped in hot chocolate with with ice cream scoop at top, but it wasn't 😔, but some how they told me that they will make a same for me 🙂, they made one and served, I must say the brownie they served was one ☝🏻 was one of d best I ever eat, yummy 😋 full of flavour s, as per my requirement, 😍👏🏻👏🏻, the presentation was gud , and even the staff attend n explain everything to you personally, overall a great experience, willing to try more items over here , ❤️👌🏻

Had the opportunity of having the most amazing ice cream from The Desserts Factory- it truly was different from the rest of the places and absolutely delicious-just like an ice cream ideally should be. Am glad I came across their outlet in Qutab Plaza,. Cant wait to try other desserts and cakes there(have heard a lot about those too!)

So this birthday, I decided to have a peaceful and a blissful celebration instead of going out clubbing and banging my head to the loud music. I was on my way to spoil myself with some pizza, until I came across TDF and decided to stop by and pamper myself with some happiness. This cute little place had the BEST choco lava of all time! The oozing out of the melted chocolate was a treat to the eyes and to my sweet tooth. This was, by far, the best birthday and the cutest little choco lava made it even better! Can't wait to try more! ❤️

Don’t miss the range of Gelato they serve here. Worth a try and also get the choose from least 15 toppings for your liking. :) <br/>This place has serves great milkshakes as well. It’s indeed a great pick if you are craving for something sweet at around 10pm

Didnt like it at all. First of all the tiramisu that they served wasn't even tiramisu but just chocolate cake and secondly it was stale. wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

First time I ate here I took blueberry cheesecake and chocolate fudge, both were completely stale. Still gave it a second try and had their tiramisu. They serve an abomination in the same of tiramisu. Very pricey for the items that they deliver. They should invest in their food rather than the decor.

It's been one of my favourite places for my sweet tooth and ice cream craving. Love the various ice creams and pastries they have. Mango Gelato, Lemon Ice cream and chico chip cookies are my favourites. The owner Mr. Babbar is very friendly and courteous. Our search for good ice cream brought us to this Dessert Factory late evening today. Some quick tasting and we settled in the high chairs with our orders of Chocolate Madagascar in a waffle cone, Italiano Biscoto in a cup and a small round carrot cake. The creams were both light and fresh. The waffle cone was thin and crisp and perfect. My mom loved the carrot cake though she is not much of a cakes person. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. We paid a total of Rs.450 and it was a good post dinner desserts dining for us :)<br/>Looking forward to be back in the day to try out the savoury dishes and waffles and coffee !<br/>

This is my first review on Zomato. I am usually very lazy when it comes to adding a review but this place got me writing one. I’ve had waffles at over 60 places across multiple parts of the world including Belgium but this is by far the BEST place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Kindly raise your standards pls. I am utterly disappointed with the 2 items i had bought from your shop 2 days back.<br/><br/>1. The cottage cheese roll .... the filling was stale and was stinging<br/>2. Tuttyfruity cake .... it was not at all up to the mark. Less of filling and more of uncooked and wet flour better.<br/><br/>I will never ever recommend or visit your shop again!!

Eggless waffles prepared and served at its best. Hot chocolate and Icecream that waters your mouth and is a must to have. The best australian waffle had till date. They offer a variety of cookies and cakes as well.

This place is just opposite my office.. I have tried choco chip muffin , Cottage cheese patty and veg patty here. All the three were just flawless.. This has become my favorite bakery.. The staff here is also very nice and welcoming unlike other bakery in the area.. the guy on other side of the counter is always welcoming customers with a smile and helps to choose best options from the menu.. Great going guys.. Will be visiting soon next week for a cake order 😊

Being a regular to the Qutub Enclave market, how can one miss newly open outlets, specially when you crave sweets and this new place is called 'The Dessert Factory'. A not so lavish seating area, but a cozy bakery like atmosphere to make you feel like a kid in a candy store. As you walk in you are welcomed with a warm friendly smile from Akshay, the owner. He will passionately take you through the concept of the place, talking about how even desserts can be done organically and retain their taste.<br/><br/>I heard him patiently and thanked him for giving such an informative perspective about stuff they do. Akshay insisted that I try something. Though I was short on time I decided to order the Cookie Crunch Milkshake. The shake was done just right, it had a very mild sugary flavor, something which can kill the drink if overly done. The pieces of cookie were thoroughly mixed giving the shake a crunchy yet smooth texture. (Sorry to disappoint you all for not clicking any pictures in the hurry)<br/><br/>I really enjoyed the short time I spent here, for me it was more about the hospitality I received. I promised Akshay that I will come back for more. The passion of this 2 month old bakery's enterpreneur is infectious. Walked in for just 1cookie..walked out with 2 gelatos, 1 packet of chocolate chip cookie, 3 butterscotch cupcakes, and 1 vanilla cookie. Everything is made in house and the raw material is sourced from Italy.. the gelatos were to smooth creamy and delicious. The choco chip cookie was a disappointment though. The chocolate flavor was missing. The chips were all on the surface..needs more work I guess. The hazelnut Irish cream cupcakes were good. Didn't taste too fresh but were tasty overall. Teething issues I guess. Looking forward to the pure chocolate edition soon. All the best for a grand success.

Bought a half kg pineapple cake and a chocochip brownie tea time cake from them today afternoon. While both were fresh, both were too sweet. For the pineapple cake, there were no fresh fruits in the cake and its overly sweet sugar like taste was a put off! This cake was the perfect example of an overdose of pineapple essence. At Rs 425 for half kg its expensive and certainly not worth the money. Avoid!

After a hectic day suddenly a responsibly to arrange cake for my elder brother's bday was on my shoulder. <br/>I checked the bakers on Zomato while driving on my way back. Well I got a jack pot as I got suggestion for "The dessert factory". <br/><br/>Within one and half hour I got my cake "Fruit Fuison" baked and customised as per my desires. <br/>Mr Ajay Babar treated me like his own family and took so much of pain for making all the arrangements. <br/><br/>Upon reaching home everyone was stunned upon looking at the gratifying and heavenly cake. <br/>Post party everyone praised the luscious, sapid piece of art. Even the packing was so artistic. <br/>My friends even commented that the cake was savory and scrumptious. <br/>Must visit this place and well it's a Bistro too😍<br/>I am in love with the place.

Amazing ice creams! Though at first glance the flavour options may seem limited, they are actually well covered between fresh season flavours and all out favourites. What was the best thing for us though was that they had options that covered the entire family- soft serve "softie" machine for old school tastes of the husband, pure decadent chocolate for the purist first born and a sinful Oreo based cold stone treat with the works for the adventurous youngest!!! Yup we've found our post dinner drive ice cream haunt!!

Awesome taste and its fresh... Had a warm brownie with chocolate ice cream. Good stop for a quick sweet bite... with welcoming owners who are warm👍👍👍

A new opening in Phase-1 market. Though the chocolate cookie milkshake was amazing, the pasta was not up to the mark due to excess ginger garlic paste & no veggies! Kudos to the smiling lady for such friendly welcome.

Not one to write reviews and influence choices, I couldnt resist writing this one....Was excited to learn that an ice cream parlour was setting shop in the neighbourhood...."frozen desserts" never satisfied me. This bright inviting bakery sure turned out to be full of surprises...and amazing treats! In this past month, I tried 5 Gelato flavors-all great but the sugarfree Kaldi cocoa and coffee rule the list for their exceptional flavour and are mild on sugar. The serving size is great when compared with the other Gelato companies and the waffle cones are the best I've ever had- very thin, crunchy and fresh. Their veg patties and oat cookies are exceptional and the chocolate mousse (not like a typical mousse though) is superb. Just one bite of any product speaks about the quality of ingredients used. Most desserts are eggless so vegetarians are finally spoilt for choice. The only disappointments- Kaldi cocoa n veg patties stock out very fast- its been 10 days of waiting! Looking forward to discovering much more....to satisfy my post dinner sugar cravings!

If you're crossing Plaza, Dessert factory is just calling you from the outside to walk inside! And the inside gets you excited to try too many things :') the hosts were really sweet to help us with the order along with letting us taste almost all ice cream favours 😅 what we tried: <br/>1. Ferrero Rocher Ice Cream: which was love. And they let us put as many toppings so made it very colorful haha <br/>2 Apple pie: One of the best apple pies that we've had :) it was soft and yummy ! <br/>3. Cold-Stone Pan ice cream. Yes real pan leaves used! Haha. I'm not a Pan fan but my friends who like it could really taste the flavour! <br/><br/>I'm looking forward to trying the kit Kat cake in my next visit! :) <br/><br/>Just one thing: even the owners didn't know the "guess the flavour" ice-cream! So that was funny. It'll would've been nice if they knew it as my friend who is gluten allergic could not choose if she can eat it or not. (couldn't eventually:() <br/><br/><br/><br/>

I am totally in love with this place..... love the Italian Gelato & Apple pies. They provide a range of toppings over Gelato.<br/> It's the best that I have had in a longtime.<br/>Recommend it highly for all the dessert lovers.

Great place to be for satisfying your sweet tooth! Being a dessert fan you must try out this place so that you can enjoy some sinful indulgence in sweet.

Though the place has many options to choose from but their quality is nowhere close the standards. Bought a butter scotch cake which priced a little higher than market place. I expected great quality but the dry cake was sooo poor. I have had much better cakes in several bakeries. Not at all value for money.

I walked in without any knowledge of the place...and what makes it special is the service of this place , owners are honest , warm and very sweet to talk to. It was obvious that the quality of product would be unique and amazing...... by the looks of the place inside and the passion that the whole team carries.... <br/>loved the lemon tarts and ....kit cat pastries....and all of it ........there is nothing more left for me to say..... cheers ..keep it up !

The first thing you get to see here are a big bunch of smiles and looks like an all woman band. Thumbs up to that.<br/><br/>Seems like a family run business where everybody is equally involved. The passion and effort made by one and all, shows it all.<br/><br/>We happened to chance upon this place during the final minute hustle to find a Birthday Cake and we ended up with more than just a birthday cake. Tried a cup of ice cream rolls, it was surely an under performer ( Especially when compared with a Cream Stone or the real Cold Stone )<br/><br/>The Birthday Cake was a Chocolate Truffle and was an absolute hit. Creamy and succulent, while the Butter Scotch tea cake was a little too moist for our liking.<br/><br/>To sum it all up, these guys are in there first month of business and I believe it takes time to get it all right. A small and very nice place..the service was awesome and the staff was really polite.<br/>Tried the Caramel Milkshake and it was really nice <br/>Also tried the Blue Bery soft serve. They say it has been imported from Australia and I must say it was different in taste. Really liked it. A must try.

This boulangerie is just about epic and really have turned many heads I've really loved it so it's a serious competitor to binge and the best part is that it has ice creams cold stones and lovely eye popping cakes it's bread and biscuits quality look a cut above rivals such as binge and this place will really nail it keep up guys I love your ice cream and cold stone thanks.🙌🏻

The desserts Factory is the new bakery in the town. I tried chocolate truffle. The chocolate taste was rich and mouth watering. Worth going this new place.
