I like this place a lot specially the Weffles here they are super awesome 😍.I loved this place specially the staff they are very cooperative and dedicated towards every customer.I would recommend everyone to visit this place atleast once .
Tried pastries twice and it was worth. Fresh sponge, right sugar, best mix of taste and presentation. Not heavy on pocket.
Saw their Cakes on display looks amazing for any occasion.
Tried a coffee today and that too was a good brew.
Such innovative desserts. Almost feels like one is in dessert wonderland! Do not forget to try York KitKat pastry. The pastry feels like its made of gold because of the golden food colour. Much royal!

ordered for a choc truffle cake through zomato but they had ran out of it..so they suggested to go for a pineapple cake instead.it was good and not overly sweet. just right amount of sweet without overpowering the sweetness of the pineapple chunks.the sprinkles on top of it had bleeded a lil on the pineapple gel of the cake a lil.but nevertheless was still yumm.just a suggestion if you do run out of the particular flavor please turn it off on the app..look forward to ordering again

CHOCOLATE MADAGASCAR is like "heaven in a cup"
Being a chocolate fanatic, I completely fell in love with Chocolate Madagascar ice cream. It tastes like cadbury chocolate transformed into an ice cream. It is super creamy and chocolaty. Each bite of this ice cream truly feels heavenly. Also tried their ITALIAN BISCOTTO ice cream. For someone who does not like chocolate, this could be the perfect choice.
The desserts factory not only has amazing ice creams and desserts, but also an extremely efficient and polite staff. They greet you with a smile as soon as you enter the place.
My experience was more than amazing. Seems like I have found the best chocolate ice cream. I definitely recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth.
Awesome gelato ice-creams and flavors. They have sugar free chocolate gelato made with stevia which tastes awesome. The ice-cream sandwich (called BUNGE for bun-gelato) is pure ecstasy.
The place has a very warm ambience and positive vibes.
The cakes and pastries are delicious and very pretty (see photos). They make the all cookies without baking soda and powder. The chocolate cakes were very rich, the owner told me that they use 80% real chocolate and 20% compound chocolate. This is especially better for health.
Belgian waffles with soft-serve is highly recommended.
If you want non-deserts, they have pasta, burgers and garlic bread. They are good but why are coming to desert factory for food?
This is a wonderful bakery in qutub plaza gurgaon. This serves ready to eat tasty snacks like sandwiches,salad,patty,pastry etc. It also serves cakes and on demand cakes are also made. Various types of bread are also available which include masala bread,garlic bread etc. Drinks like cold coffee,mojito etc are also slurrpy. It is also awarded various times.

The unicorn theme cake was as per order, it was fresh, delicious and not too sweet. The prices were lower than the other shops for same cake. Recommended!

At Dessert Factory food is awesome the USP for Dessert Factory is excellent customer services bestttttttt bakery in Qutub Plaza. Breads are superb, waffles are out of this world must try Dessert Factory waffles and blueberry cheese cake is delicious. The Dessert Factory is a fabulous place to have amazing food. Special recomendation please do not miss pasta with garlic bread:)

It is a great place for desserts. Had a cake from there on my marriage anniversary and it was great. The staff was warm and welcoming and offered candles and birthday cap as a compliment. Will visit again..
This place is by far the best place I have visited for desserts. Had the forrero rocher gelato, and it tasted just like the chocolate. The staff was so warm and welcoming. The owner makes it a point to give in his personal efforts to each and every customer. Absolutely in love with this place! Will surely visit again! :)
Great ice creams, quite genuine flavours , but need to control the temperature that it's stored in, the consistency vtends to carry due to fluctuating freezer.
Wonderful out of the box place. Got a chance to speak to the people behind it and thoroughly impressed by the vision with which they are running the place. Also the quality of products is fantastic and I loved the variety they have available. Must try for anybody who loves good food!
Their cakes are awesome in presentation and taste is also very good!
