I ordered from Kulchafied a restaurant I discovered recently while strolling through Sapphire Mall Sector 83 Gurgaon. Run by a sweet, polite Sardar ji, I was not disappointed by his humble reply that Tandoor was not hot yet, and I had my breakfast that day at Harish. The same old Matar Kulcha.
Back to lockdown diaries because of Omicron spread, having missed my breakfast as well I ordered from Kulchafied, a Lemon Chicken Kulcha. It came with a Makhni Gravy, a lemon vinegar condiment, a small Amul Butter; To add to it I just crushed some fresh Mint and Cilantro leaves and sprinkled a lemon.
Taste was awesome and delicious. Worth a shot, worth a try. Better go and eat there fresh and hot.
Kulchas here are really good and loved the taste of it. Have ordered different kulchas thrice and never regretted my decision. Owner is usually available there to take care of patrons, he is a very helpful and soft spoken person. This place sees really good footfall so packing your order may take time so be patient out there. One feedback for packing though, butter kept in the same packet as kulcha resulting in it melting due to heat. Would be good to keep it separately.
This place is a true find. The food is really great, and the hosts are very nice, gentle and professional. The food can take a little time to arrive, but I am guessing that is because they make each order from scratch, and there is no "re-heating" going on. The food has always been worth the wait. The price is usually a shock - in how low it is for the quality of food on offer. 5 star. Two thumbs up.
It's really a nice place to taste the real Amritsari kulcha.
Whatever I ordered, I found the ultimate taste crispness and tenderness, the most I like is Paneer Chilly Garlic Kulcha.
Now It has become a routine to enjoy Kulcha from Kulchfied on weekends or holidays.
I would suggest to visit the restaurant and try it there rather getting home delived.
I’m a foodie and a foodie who can go 60 kms just to eat Rajma chawal.
I thought it’s gonna be the same usual kulcha as we get naan instead of kulcha but to my surprise it was the best authentic Amritsari kulcha I ever ate.
There’s not a single place in gurgaon which sells authentic kulcha but they give aloo naam but this place is a gem.
They have some of the best Kulchas in town. Excellent taste and great portion. They are the crispiest Kulcha’s I ve ever had. Do try.
Been in Gurgaon since 10 years, and I can claim it without any hesitations that this shop has got the best Punjabi food in whole Gurgaon. Happy to have it, thanks!
