Amazing local and ethnic food, at a very cheap price. They serve a very simple menu, with a handful of dishes to choose from on the side; but the food is absolutely amazing, and much much more satiating than you would expect at the quoted price. A "must go" place for anybody looking for some good ethnic Assamese and tribal food; this place won't disappoint. Food - 9/10 Price - Cheap Value for Money - 10/10 Ambience - 7/10 *no air-conditioning Service - 7/10

For a awesome pork experience this place is a must visit. Cost efficient, good at taste food which is the best thing about the place. From pork with sesame to pork with bamboo shoot it's simply mouth watering. However personally I didn't like the barbeque pork which have a define scope for being better. Also the place is very congested & during the peak ours there is definitely a problem. Rating it 4 stars & leaving the one for I believe in a little more space for development.

Ordered pork bamboo shoot with raja mircha from "gnrc raja mircha" and received the dish without raja mircha pretty ironic. Probably, now they will block my number from ordering again bcoz that's how these restaurants maintain their high rating by blocking the people who tell you all the truth. Im reviewing this not for review sake or to offend u "raja mircha ",all I'm asking is cautiousness and better quality for the price u charge. Peace "Raja mircha" bro \/

Too much oily meat. Assamese style pork thali is their best..

This is perhaps the quintessential bamboo shoot pork joint for any middle class guy in Assam. A five piece half plate serving costing around 100 rupees after discounts are deducted and delivery charges are added, it represents a perfect blend of tastes. The pork is succulent, there is an ample amount of bamboo shoot pieces in the curry to impart the unique sour flavour that only it can and the pieces of chilli balance out the taste by giving the dish a spicy kick to cut through the oiliness of the dish.<br/>All in all, a satisfying meal.

If you want to savour gahori, then this place only. It's situated near GNRC hospital. I heard rave reviews from people trying out til pork here and so I had to try out it for once. Sadly, I couldn't find any companion willing to go there with me and so I ordered from here.<br/><br/>I went for the very famous til gahori or sesame pork and a plate of lai xaak gahori or pork. The til pork was by far better. The sesame compliments the fatty pork pieces so well and the waft of the sesame flavour is mouth watering. The lai pork could have been better as I couldn't find that mustardy smell and flavour of the lai in the curry.<br/><br/>The prices are more than reasonable and I highly recommend this place to everyone of you. Hoping to try out their thali and til pork again sometime.<br/><br/>P.S: This photo I have attached is plated by myself and not the restaurant itself. I forgot to click photos of the delivered items as they were. But the quantity and quality of the pork dishes has not been tempered by me in any way and is as they were sent.

Excellent pork dishes. And Authentic Assamese Food. Ambience not good at all. And a bit dirty but food is excellent. Til Pork, Bamboo Shoot Pork, Assamese style Pork, and Smoked Pork very good.

Very bad service. Does not follow what is written in the menu. Price has increased but quality and quantity have worsened pathetically. Customers, you should not order here to waste your money. Even behavior is bad. This was my favorite place for food before but now they started degrading. A shame.

"A must visit" for Pork Lovers. I've tasted Til pork, Assamese style pork,Lai pork and Pork with bamboo shoots naga style. All of them are just 'wow'. But Til Pork (Pork with sesame seed) is still my favourite from all of them.

I ordered smoked pork thali and this is the third time I got aloo pitika, daal and bhaji that had gone stale, the papad was also soggy even though the delivery guy delivered the order 10 minutes prior to the said time. The only saving grace was the meat but it was not enough.

I had ordered 3 portions of "the Pork with Laai Xaak" which, I believe is one of the most famous item of this brand. To my dismay, the quantity was less plus chunky big fat pieces which I personally don't favour. Also, the taste was not upto the mark and there was less salt in it. Maybe, it was a bad day for them, I will definitely order more from them hopefully the next time they won't disappoint. The thing is, a brand should live upto their name. That's all!

I tried pork bamboo shoot ordered through zomato... Taste is really good but they have sent me all the fatty pieces of pork even though I mentioned in the special instructions not to do so... They could have send me mixture of both.. so I did not like the service but taste was good...

I had ordered broiler chicken curry and loved it. The taste was simply amazing. But the only problem is that it isn't available at all times.

Not only the items are tasty, but the quantities are generous too.... Very light on the pocket.... No doubt it's very popular amongst students & working bachelors..... After reading the reviews of this joint, I thought of trying out their food myself. Sad to say, it was a quite disappointing experience. The food on offer on the menu was/is quite limited. But one expects the food to be good or even really good (when you look up the high rating of the joint on Zomato, amongst the highest in the city). I had ordered a thali. The rice and dal were 'meh', the rest of the items passable and finally the meat pieces were small. Really not worth it (sorry) and definitely no where near the rating Raja Morcha has on Zomato. I'm sorry to say I probably won't ever be ordering from there.

But the place was not so clean and the seating arrangements are cramped. This is a great place for thali 😍 Loved the whole experience, they give enough items in the thali to fill your appetite. I ordered the chicken thali and it was damn awesome, the best place for chicken thal. The other day I went there I tasted the pork with bamboo shoot. Damn that was a heavenly taste, just loved it. This is a very cheap and pocket friendly place to be and the food here a worth every penny.

Pork with til and the home style pork curry is to die for. this place is generally crowded so dining in is not a great idea. you can order online and relish the flavours at home. the quality of dishes though is not consistent on daily basis specially if you order or dine in for dinner. Pork with Til is recommended if you are in Guwahati for a day and looking for lunch here.

so I ordered this Chicken curry from Raja Mircha in my office and I must say it was damn tasty. Quantity was also good for one person(3 pieces) and gravy which I had with paratha. Surely going to order more👍

I have been having Thalis in this place since ages now. And yet when someone asks me where are you to get the best pork thali in Guwahati, I always come up with this place as my answer. They have maintained their quality and standard extremely well since long time.<br/>However since past few months, I have noticed occasional blunders in the Night service (Specially the Pork with Bamboo Shoot). This may be due to the excessive rush for delivery specially after the rise of the Online food delivery. But these are occasional and and very rare.<br/>Why I am saying this is because I have been to this place since its Inception and I have seen the tremendous consistency that has been maintained for so long.<br/>But this still remains the Best Pork Thali serving restaurant in Guwahati.<br/>And the Pork with Sesame is just heaven.<br/>Keep up the extremely great work guys.<br/>

My personal favorite. Thalis are reasonable price and tasty. The sesame pork is something way above and very tasty.<br/>I just had one bad experience. I ordered veg thali online at night. The quality was not upto the mark which we usually get in the restaurant. Also the items were very less. So i was disappointed very much.<br/>Else my rating would have been 5 stars.<br/>

Well, raja mircha used to be epic, delicious food with the best pork variety. It's not anymore. Their service and food quality has gone from good to bad to worse. Firstly, the price has been hiked too much for food of that quality. Secondly, portion size. On my recent visit, I was embarrassed. I was served one small piece of carrot and cucumber as salad. One small piece each. If you cannot afford to give salad, don't. Giving tiny piece is insulting. And thirdly, the quality of the pork items have seriously gone down. Only fats are given, that too gigantic pieces, which seriously look disgusting. We used to have fun eating there, not anymore. No one goes there, only people who are new to it.

Prices of thalis are worth full. I love every thalis specially the pork. Place is mostly overcrowded and have to wait a bit but that’s not a matter when we can have plate full of food that satisfies the soul.

Raja Mircha should be renamed as Pork Mircha as they serve you such wonderful pork. Tried their til pork, bamboo shoot pork and it was out of this world. Highly recommended.

Best place to try ethnic style pork dishes in Guwahati according to me. Love their pork with bamboo shoot, smoked pork, pork with sesame and pork with green mustard. Mutton curry need some refinement though. Overall extremely economic and lip smacking ethnic food.

Good food if you are a core pork lover. Ambience wise not worth if you want to get a good sitting and dining experience. Pocket friendly for just go order eat and leave . We tried till pork and lai pork and loved it.

Ordered smoked pork full plate but turns out they must have delivered me less than half .. so less quantity, taste was ok , it tasted much better earlier.... quantity guys quantity give us the quantity we deserve for paying almost 250 bucks

Small tiny place with lots of crowd..I can give 5 stars to the taste of the foods..I took the pork with bamboo shoots thali and my friend took the pork with sesame seeds thali..both of the thalis were really awesome..and price was also really cheap.. But we had to wait for the seats for almost 15minutes..One must try pork thalis there.😄

I had been to Guwahati for an official visit,where I came to know about this place from my driver.I had ordered Pork Thali,where the pork was served with black sesame seeds.Rest of the thali was quiet normal,but the Pork was too tasty.If I ever get a chance to visit Guwahati,I would surely order the same item from this place.

If you are looking for delicious pork thali in Guwahati in a reasonable price, then this restaurant is for you. One of the best pork serving restaurants in town. The pork items are so mouth watering that I always end up ordering a pork dish though other dishes (chicken, fish etc.) are available as well. I give it a five star only on the basis of it's food.

Went there all the way from chandmari after reading the good reviews and expected alot...unfortunately food was not ready even by 12am ..they asked me to wait for another one hour for chicken thali...hence the one star.

A small eating joint in Six mile that accommodates 30-35 people at once. They serve thali and amazing pork. Til pork is my favourite here. Must try. Worth visiting again and again!

Pork prepared with sesame is a must have. Food is quite nice and excellent service. Dont beleive this place is for vegetarians. Place is always packed with customers, so most of the time you will have to wait a while, but its worth the wait.
