CCD Experience Exceeded Expectations Today, I made the spontaneous decision to visit CCD, conveniently located just down the road and the experience surpassed even my highest expectations. I indulged in their delectable chicken sandwiches and savored a delightful cappuccino, both of which were unparalleled in taste and quality. Despite the slightly higher prices, I am already eagerly anticipating my next visit, as the overall experience left me thoroughly captivated. The seating area at CCD deserves special mention, as it exudes an aura of utmost comfort. I was able to unwind and enjoy my meal in a serene environment, adding to the overall sense of satisfaction. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding staff. Their friendliness and impeccable manners were truly commendable. Their warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit. I left CCD with a deep sense of satisfaction, appreciating not only the delectable food and cozy ambiance but also the remarkable friendliness of the staff. It was an experience that left me thoroughly content and eager to return.

Regular ccd. Near Tanz Department Store. Love it as there is always parking space by the roadside. Beverages and food are good. Latte is my all time favourite here. However I wish the cookies were better. It's always a good place to end a late night drive here. And it's open till 11. The ccd staff are good and polite as well.

Awesome place to hangout with friends and with your loved ones. The ambience is very good, specially the 1st floor of the shop. Separate smoking area is provided in the balcony which is quite good and impressive. Though the place is quite pricy but the food is good. All the shakes, coffee and side items are tasty. One of the best place for couples to chill and have some private time. The staffs are good and polite. The interior is awesome. Situated in the zoo road, and can be reached easily. Overall a good place to visit.

It's a known place and everyone is familiar with the name. Cool place to hang out with friends and family, clean and hygienic. I always find it overpriced though, well it's my personal opinion 😜

Have always loved CCD as we call it. Great place to have a chit chat with friends over a nice cup of coffee or even just to sit by a corner and work on your assignments/presentations etc,. My favourite till date is the Devil's Own.

The CCD standards are maintained w.r.t. coffees and hot chocolate. Major plus, the staff is very cordial and accomodative. Outdoor sitting is a treat on a cold wintery evening!!!!

Ccd is great for coffee and some smokes especially on a cool rainy day. However the quality has hit a new low. Service is average. The overall hygiene of the place is also really questionable.

Nice place to hang out with friends. Stuffs are well behaved and processed every order in reasonable amount of time. I have been to two CCDs in this city including this CCD. No doubt this is the better one comparatively.

A good place to have coffee. The ambience isn't great though it is spacious and the staff is polite. Had cuppucino n garlic bread which was good not that great(room for improvement).

A decent place for a quiet date or a small group meetup. The outlet stays true to its brand image and does serve up the usual caffeine fare that the brand is known for. Their shakes are good too although you do have a lot of better yet cheaper options in this segment.<br/>Overall, you can definitely check this place out just by virtue of it being a ccd outlet.

Prices are a bit high according to the taste and quantity. Working staffs are helpful and friendly. Ambience is wide and there's another place or room or smoking. Otherwise nice place to spend time with your close one's.

This place as we all know is famous for coffee. The ambience over here is comfortable, two-storey and spacious... I ordered the devil's own, spinach and corn sandwich and a crackling brownie. The taste was good but it's too over priced as I always feel. However, it's always a good place for some long chit-chats with friends and spending some quality time.

This outlet of CCD is not so good. I was very disappointed. First I asked for cocoa fantasy then for vegan shake, both of which they didn't had. At last I had to settle myself with Café Mocha.

Worst service! We've ordered twice, but the workers there are forcing us to order more. Not cool. Either change the staff or close the cafe. Thank you! <br/>:)

I am regular to Starbucks Delhi..!!<br/>But as I was outside Delhi; that too in a capital city of Assam; <br/>I decided to have a coffee in CCD ; this place..!!<br/>I think I had my worst experience with the cafe..!!<br/>All totally, I regret going to this cafe outlet.<br/>I ordered a cocoa cookie with cocoa topping..!!<br/>And the conditions is that I don’t contain cookie..!!!<br/>

Everything in this branch is literally stale , of order for a chocolate fantasy and ask it to be warmed they bring it cold and being adamant on defending they did heat it ! Don’t order for a cold beverage here cause they use a premix powder ( that is if you are remotely conscious ) otherwise to chill with friends it is a agood spot ! But stale food <br/>

Has no moral ethics at all. Should learn how to treat their customers. We already ordered twice. But they want us to order more. Basically,forcing us! Either change the staff or close the cafe at all. Thank you!

we had visited the place a few days ago and found the ambience very good and comfortable. The two storey concept gives it a much more relaxed environment. we ordered coffee, a sugarcane drink and gralic bread. While the coffee was expected to be good, the sugarcane drink was also refreshing. The garlic bread with cheese was also good and would surely recommend for others to try.

This was one of the first cafés in town and will always have a special place for me. There are countless memories associated with this place. I still randomly go here to have a cup of cappucino, being at a stone's throwaway distance from my home. Be it birthday cakes or first date coffees, this CCD has been witness to it all and I think I speak for a major chunk of my generation. Their coolers and pastries are still my go-to guilty pleasures.

I'm going to this place since long back. I have been a regular goer of this place and why i like going to only this outlet is because its in Zoo road which very near to my place. This place has a plus point as its located in Zoo road it attracts many students. You can spend some quality time while being light on your wallet. If you wish to smoke with a Cappuccino in hand. Well, this place is the right choice. They have a dedicated gallery in balcony where you can smoke too. Staff is friendly as you expect from CCD. Very good place to hangout and its in my good books too . :)

Pleasant place with cosy atmosphere. Food is delicious. We ordered sandwiches along with coffee. Tastes good. Service was quite fast. Overall a nice experience. Price towards the higher side. But the quantity of food per item is quite large.

This CCD outlet is too memorable one for me😍 I was a regular customer there. Its a perfect place if u want to spend some quality time with ur loved one or with ur friends. The place is beautiful with those red comfortable sofas & the outsiding seating zone. Earlier their cafe mocha, paneer tikka sandwich and dark fantasty cake were too tasty and were my all time favourite😍 Now combo packs are even good too.<br/>Staffs lack professionalism comparer to other outlets of CCD. They need some more training. And most notably, all the CCDs in guwahati open at 9am. And here if u go even at 10:30am u will see that they are still cleaning and tell us to come after half an hour which is very irritating. Pleace check this part otherwise a 5star.

The beat part about this outlet is the smoking zone. :-p<br/>However, I couldn't find most of the refresher items on the menu. I went there on two different occasions and ordered one drink with coconut water....and on both the occasions I was told that it's unavailable and was offered another drink.

I often go there with my friends but the place is always uncleaned. They don't clean up the place after a customer leaves which is very unprofessional of them. The staff is kind of lazy I guess. Otherwise my experiences are not too bad.

Coffee is good as always maintained at all CCD outlets.<br/><br/>Store timings are not right, Zomato should show service timings rather than showing the open hours. Small place for a good coffee.

I only visited this place once and was very disappointed with the service. Most of them items in the menu were unavailable. Finally when I did get something, the food and drinks were a disappointment to the brand. The only thing which I liked was the ambiance.

I must confess, have always been a fan of CCD's beverages and have never had any issue with quality concerning beverages be it in this particular CCD or anywhere in India (yes, I've been to Starbucks). The food here was okay-ish but seemed a tad bit overpriced. But then the price is fixed across India so won't get into blaming this particular joint. The staff here were polite and courteous. The service was fast and the quality just so. However, the ambiance wasn't upto par. The place felt crowded, with the chairs placed really close to each other. So, you miss out on that private cafe feeling where you'd you grab a cup of coffee and sit down with a really good book. So, all in all t'was just okay.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is the first CCD in Guwahati. This is also probably the biggest one in Guwahati. The service is really good and it has a really good open sitting area above the ground floor. If coffee and cigarettes is your thing then you should definitely check this place out.

This is only CCD in Guwahati I think which has smoking area zone. As always CCD is known for share story over a cup of coffee. I had been there many times. Service is really good and coffee is good. Okay, so CCD, the place where you get the best coffee. One of the best hangouts in the city. I was a regular visitor, but the rates are too high which is why I stopped. Overall best coffee and garlic chicken sandwich.

The one thing i like about this Cafe Coffee Day is the humongous space up out with the view of RGB Road, so you can enjoy coffee with your occasional cigarettes. Beside that judging CCD for food is just wrong, they're only about ambience and about the length of time no one's going to bother you.

Has both indoor and outdoor with smoking area.<br/>So far service is concerned sometime you may have to shout n yell to clean or wipe your table n ask for paper tissues.<br/>First time goers should be careful as the Taxation is pretty higher. So be alert. N thers always a tendency of any Chain outlets to fulfill the target n earn more profit. For eg- if you say for a regular coffee they may order you a Irish coffee to charge you more.<br/>Of course a perfect ambience to hang around with friends for a long duration... <br/>

It is a fact that the standards of CCD outlets are deteriorating day by day across the country; but this particular joint takes a bad experience to an all new abyss. <br/><br/>The moment you enter the place, you get a feeling that a hurricane had just passed through. Furniture pushed around haphazardly, used plates and cups here and there, tissue papers strewn around. In a nutshell, its filthy and shabby.<br/><br/>Been there just couple of times to get coffee on the go. The interior here is awesome. Great food, do try the Chocolate Fantasy with ice cream. I tried the Chicken and Garlic Sandwich and the Chicken Puff, they were good as well. The cold coffee, Devil's Own should be improved. It is not what it looks like. The woman in the counter is really helpful and friendly.

I don't understand why they hem and haw in decorating the coffee froth which turns the coffee cold by the time it reaches you... once I ordered a frappe for my then 5 year old daughter. As she was sipping it through the sraw she said she something blocked the straw. I asked for an empty cup and poured it on to the cup. Can you believe it... it had pieces of plastic from the milk pouch they had opened and used to make the frappe. They denied it first and since i do not enjoy haggling i left the place giving them my piece of mind smilingly. They are bad I tell you.

Usually one avoids writing a negative review of a place, but it also serves the purpose for a  much needed restructuring of the system. The place is shabby and the furniture is strewn all over the periphery of the space. The people at the counter and the ones serving the food have problems with communication (as proclaimed by them); one doesn't understand English and the other doesn't understand Assamese. I asked for a chocolate pastry without the sauce but that wasn't understood well. When told to remove it, they scraped the sauce off the sides while the pastry remained horribly sweet for my liking. The men also refused to change the order of a fellow customer who ordered for Frappuccino while got Cappuccino. Now one almost finds it ridiculous that the poor boy who just got off a long run would want a hot Cappuccino.

I don't love coffee. But Good place for conversations. You may go on for a date, or with frndz to spend some good quality time.

The only reason I keep visiting this Cafe Coffee day is because it is the best place to pick up a non-veg sandwich on the go.<br/><br/>If you want to wait here and sip on a coffee then be prepared for a long wait. Service is quite slow. <br/><br/>Quality of food is good, standard Cafe Coffee Day. Drinks are sometimes good, but sometimes they run out of cold milk for the iced coffees or their ice machine isn't working. I love the ambience in here.. the 1st floor is quite spacious and i really love that. I have been to this place for some 40 times now and the quality has truly deteriorated.. i love the devil's own, black forest, choco truffle. The sweet section is good. But the salty section.. oh!! Sometimes i seriously feel a brick must be softer than their pizzas. Sometimes they even try to cheat. so watch out. I m not a big fan of their coffee but i honestly love the ice cream shakes and pastries. I m a big fan of choco hola and choco dazzle brownies

Its a nice place to hangout with friends. Ambience here in cafe coffee day is always awesome and tremendous. As everybody knows they serve wide range of coffee's, frappes, snacks and desserts but i personally have never been a great fan of their coffees and frappes...which are good but i have had much better elsewhere. But one thing that i always have on my every visit is their chicken minty mayo and their sandwiches, they are nice and delicious. Desserts, i've never tried their. So, i cant comment on that. <br/>Other than that, service is very good and the staff is very humble and polite. I don't know what to say about this. Ordered one fruit blitzz and one hot chocolate. Tried to pay through card but said it's not available. Ok fine!! But then the hot chocolate turned out to be like "cold" chocolate. Wow! What an ass of a way to start the day with.

Like i always mentioned before....i am not a big fan of all these coffee chains, and this is no exception !! But when your hubby asks you out for a cup of coffee in the middle of a busy day....you can never say no ! : ) <br/><br/>We popped into this outlet for a quick cuppa today ....and though i have been here a couple of times before...it was during it's heydays !! And many of my friends have pointed out that it's quality has recently deteriorated like it always does with all chains and franchisees !!<br/>It was quite empty being lunch time. We opted for the first floor seating and it also has an outdoor seating arrangement in it's spacious balcony.We ordered a macchiato,a cappucino and no meal or even coffee of our's is complete without the presence of something sweet.So, we decided to share a fruity bliss !!<br/><br/>Service was a bit slow,considering it was almost empty.The macchiato was strong as it should be and the cappucino was quite watery ....and i found their cappucinos to be like that almost every time i visited !! The fruity bliss was the best part pf our afternoon sojourn.We polished it off with relish !!<br/><br/>Being a coffee house...their cappucinos are a major downer....it's high time they do a serious quality check.People expect such large chains to maintain the consistency which is sadly missing !!<br/><br/>I wouldnt go there for their coffees....rather my choice would be something sweet !! cheers !!
