One of the best hangouts in Hippie island. Lovely and friendly staff! I've was there all through the day, had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owner Ravi is very accommodative. Though you've to patiently wait for the order to be delivered, it is worth the wait. I stayed there for the night. The place is good for family, group and solo travellers.
Good value for money. Located right next to a Paddy field, the property has got a very cool vibe. A go to place for those who want to spend good time away from the city noise. Staff members are quite cooperative.
Would definitely love to visit again.
One of the best places on the island. Food is very delicioud and the waiters are very friendly and fast. The place is beautiful with nature all around. The music is a very good mix of chill in the morning and party at night. Would recommend to everyone!
So this is my favorite place to eat, chill and get high in Hampi. First week we tried many of the restaurants of the road. Second week we only went to Gopi. Every day for every meal
The Spanish breakfast was so good that we ordered it every single day (with some slight variations).
Music is also very nice. They play funky music, chill out, minimalist techno, techno of the jungle and more. (there is a couple of playlist I will change but overall it was very good).
Service was also perfect. The staff is very kind and they are always trying to make you happy. They always repeat "everything is possible my friend".
Also try the the lasagna and order Indian food.
And please please please don't miss the view of those green fields.
This place is in hippie island. It is located near paddy fields, so you can see the fields during your dining experience which is awesome. I went on New year's eve. They had campfire and live music at night (free). For accommodation, we got small huts which was convenient. Although the power was cutting in the morning sometimes. They don't provide any toiletries (not even towel). For hot water, you need to take your bucket and fill it from one tap present in common area. Overall, I liked the place.
Natural vibes.. reminded me of my village..staffs are well mannered. Paddy field view in cafe is great along with the Music played by dj. Multiple options for rooms are available. There is a garden area to just sit and chill
As I had been there in off-season I got the room very cheap at 300 Rs a night and stayed there for 3 days. Hangout place is amazing for reading and with food with rice fields view which I felt is the best compared to other's in Hampi Island area. Owners Ravi and Raghu are great hosts and they even called me over for their table for free food.
As I was on a shoestring budget, I felt the food is pricey and had food outside mostly. They need to take care of the rats which can enter the bamboo hut rooms for any snacks kept in bags.
I would totally recommend this place for it's chill vibe and amazing staff especially Parashuram.
It's called the RK Recidensy. This place is one of the cheap and best options available on Hampi island to stay. It has newly built and clean shacks to offer. The only disadvantage of staying there is they don't allow to have alcohol at their restaurant. Otherwise one of the best on the island. The food and drinks at the restaurant are delicious. The place is well maintained and decorated. Value for money. Also they accept Google pay to pay with. So if you don't have cash you are still sorted if you have Google pay.
The food, service and ambiance were amazing. It was a last minute decision to halt here. Almost around 9 PM we decided that we would want to stay back and the owner was really helpful and arranged for a room for us immediately. The food here was the best we could get at Virupapur Gaddie.!
Amazing place on Hampi Island. I stayed here and had a great time, the staff are very cool and friendly. I ate here many times and every time I had delicious homecooked food. The surrounding are great for relaxing, with hammocks, chill out areas and beautiful nature views of rice fields. Would totally recommend to anyone coming to Hampi Island, thank you!
