Review Palato - Hyderabad

Palato, a restaurant started as an Italian speciality restaurant, now serves a global fusion cuisine with an Indian touch. I can't be more glad that they made this small adjustment. Hyderabadi or an Indian palette may find it difficult to appreciate a cuisine like Italian. Being someone who tasted the earlier version as well as the newer fusion buffet, I'm happy with this change. For the uninitiated, this place is located inside Raheja mindspace surrounded by loads of MNCs behind Westin Hotel. The ambiance is simple yet neat. Comfortable seating arrangement without getting too congested. Clean washrooms indicating they take their hygiene seriously. Service is prompt and friendly with zero complaints. Coming to the main aspect food. They've a make your own salads concept with choicest of veggies and dips. Nice concept I must say. A veg and a Non-Veg soup. 6 varieties of starters in Veg and Non-Veg each. So as soon as you are seated, the starters keep pouring in. Don't miss out on the veg starters which are as good as their Non-Veg counterparts. Cottage cheese tarts were lip smackingly good and so was the sweet and spicy paneer. All the Non-Veg starters were exceedingly good. Peri Peri chicken, Mexican Chicken Chilli and Fish Tempura were my personal favorites. We were also served a veg and Non-Veg Momo. Not the best I've tasted but were decent. You also get to taste Pizzas if you want to. Again these are served on the table right out of the oven. If after eating all that, you still have place in your tummy, there's main course too. The choice of main course isn't huge but just right is what I feel. As per the theme, everything on the main course is a fusion of Indian and global cuisine. My personal favorites were Lebanese Chicken Rice with chicken meatballs, Maggi Masala Noodles and the Thai Red curry in chicken with rice. Usually in many buffets, the desserts are many in number but hardly anything you like. Here, even though the number may not be huge but each dessert is worth trying. And the icing on the cake is they've 2 varieties of gelatos 😍. Overall a great dining experience. If I have to point out one area of improvement, it has to be to improve their Momos and reduce the sweetness in their welcome drink. Thursday through Sunday, they've live music as well. The buffet is priced at 699/- all inclusive.

Paying a lot and just being able to eat a few Italian dishes?? Well here at Palato Italian buffet you can pay less and eat a wide range of Italian dishes. You can make your own salad from a wide range of ingredients, satisfy your self by applying cheese and butter on to the bread as per your taste. And enjoy authentic Italian dishes made by the chefs. Desserts were the best part.

Unplanned weekend sometimes are so better than planned weekend for the surprise it gets us. My last unplanned Sunday got me at this beautiful place @palatohyd which offers a nice menu with buffet options at decent price with some lip smacking variety of food. The place is quite spacious with an outdoor seating for people who prefer their coffee and meals with the cool breeze while the inner section has multiple seating options. The buffet spread was huge which was a great deal at the given place. There's a salad station for all those who salad lovers like myself who haven't been able to find best of salad options until visiting here. Next followed a range of starters which were served at the table Tried this stunning looking cocoloco with Pineapple salsa from their dessert menu which is a sheer treat for dessert lovers TBC...

*Buffet at its best* . . . I had heard a lot about this place and finally visit it for dinner buffet. The place is not that huge, but can accommodate 50 people at a time. Its good for office lunches and dinner. Specially the place is situated inside mindspace, which is its plus point. The food is a spread of Global Fusion Cuisine with an Indian touch. It is priced at Rs. 699 and is available for both Lunch and Dinner. The menu includes Soup of veg and non veg, Potato and Leek (non veg) Tomato Basil Soup (veg) Among Veg Starters had Onion Rings, these were decent Desi Pastry, could be improved a bit Cottage Cheese Tarts, the best among the veg starters, tasted heavenly Crispy Baby Potatoes, Sweet & Spicy Cottage Cheese and Veg Dim Sums Among the Non-Veg Starters had Peri Peri Chicken, this is the best starter here, trust me, you would want it to be repeated. Mexican Chicken Chilli was decent. Honey Chilli Wings are good too. Fish Tempura is Okaish, could have been a little better. Prawn Fritters are also decent with crunchy texture. Chicken Dim Sums are good. Palato serves really good Pizzas, can say it is their one of the speciality. Garden Veg & Chicken Shawarma pizza are there for the buffet. Their Main Course is humungous, consisting of the following; Ulavacharu Veg Curry Lasagna Veg Palak Paneer Casserole Curried Mexican Rice Mac & Cheese Noodles Maggi Masala Lebanese Inspired Rice Chicken Thai Red Curry Chicken Chicken Meatballs These items on the main course are infused with indian touch. I specially liked the thai red curry and the lebanese inspired chicken rice. Palato excel in Desserts part. They have variety of Desserts. The desserts for the buffet include Butter Cake Red Velvet Slice (this was the bestest) Chocolate Pastry Hot Chocolate Brownie Baked Yogurt Rose Mahalabia, and Mango Mousse Lastly, had the Gelatos, which are made in-house Mixed Berry, fusion of berries curated together. And Apple Pie ,which is a must try. Loved this flavour. Also had a tour in their bakery section, the cakes and pastries here are excellent. Totally recommend this place. Happy eating!! 😊😊😊

A new Italian/Continental restaurant inside Raheja IT park, Palato doesn't disappoint. They have buffet for lunch and a la carte for dinner. Their buffet is probably one of the best "value for money" buffets in town! Priced at about 600, you get to taste a huge variety of Continental food! Unlike usual buffets, Palato takes their buffet seriously! Everything on the buffet is fab! The a la carte too has some interesting options. Their mains are fabulous but starters need improvement. The chef here adds his own twist to the dishes! Service is great. Desserts are heavenly!!

Palato is a beautiful outlet in Hitech-city serving amazing food. This place has very well done decor and is a brilliant one in all aspects. This place has both indoor and open airy outdoor seating. The best time to visit this restaurant is at evening time . The place is lively and pleasant at evenings with live music setup. This place can accommodate upto 50-60 pax at once. The staff here are friendly and very interactive. I’ve been to this place for the magicpin meet-up session to try out their buffet by invite. Food: Soup: We were served with soups and they had two different types of soup ,the vegetarian tomato basil soup and non-vegetarian chicken lentil soup. The tomato basil soup had noticeable tomato flavour ,perfect in consistency and tasted amazing. Chicken and lentil soup is basically a Mexican soup and had zesty flavours with chicken chunks and tasted delicious. Salads: They had a wide variety of salads out of which the iceberg lettuce and paneer chimichuri were the best ones and are a must try at this place. Starters: We were served with almost twelve different varieties of starters ,which had both vegetarian and non vegetarian ones. These are the few starters which tasted great: Peri peri chicken was a flavoursome chicken starter. It tasted pretty awesome but was a bit spicy Chicken dim sum: These were the perfect ones to satisfy your dim sum cravings. They were perfectly packed with chicken chunks and few veggies. This is perfect snack item. Onion rings: Out of all the starters these were the best ones. The onion rings were a bit sweet ,crispy and are the perfect munching food dish at this vibrant place. Pizza: The veg garden pizza was a eye candy with abundant veggies and lots of cheese. It looked colourful and appealing. It had strong flavours and I personally enjoyed the taste. Main course: I was already stomach full with the starters so just had pleasant smelling jasmine rice with creamy & delicious Thai green curry. Desserts : The best part of any meal are the deserts. This place has a wide spread of deserts in their buffet menu from ice creams to cakes. They all tasted really great ! Do visit this amazing place!!

This place is just for Italian cuisine lovers and they serve a huge buffet spread. Starters are the best part followed by Main course. One unique point of this place is DIY salads. I recommend it for sure. Do pay a visit.

#ClickEatXploreYo #Palato #Italian #Continental #LunchBuffet #VFMBuffet #DecentMenu #AppetisingFood Do You know? ‘Buffet’ word refers to a furniture that is usually used to display food or serve food. Over the time it has eventually become a serving format. Palato an Italian & Continental eatery which made its entry couple of months back is your place if you are looking for a VFM Lunch Buffet that treats your palates with enticing food. It has a Pretty expedient & pleasurable ambience which can accommodate 80 Pax, with Lunch buffet priced at 520 INR (all-inclusive including discount. With out discount it’s 600₹). Besides, they do have A-la-Carte as well starting from 3:30PM till 11:30PM with an average cost for two around 800₹ to 1000₹. The best part is the whole Buffet menu changes every week keeping it interesting. Best recommended for corporate lunches ( as this place situated amidst corporate zone) and parties. Coming to food, the buffet had close to 40 various options available (both veg & Non-veg ) and everything tasted good in its own way. If I have to pick few that tasted best for me then it will be #MacAndBasilPesto (Creamy and well balanced pesto flavor), #Cajungnocchi , #RedHarissaFish (soft melt in mouth fish) , #BasilPestoPasta (delicious) , #PestoChicken (Could have been better if the pesto sauce is used instead of tomato), #ChickenLasagne (creamy cheesy with minced chicken that melts in mouth) . Each and every dessert available were really good and a special mention goes to #WarmBrownies (super moist and fudgy), #CaramelCusturd, #MangoMousse. Overall – A Place you can count on confidently for an Italian cuisine food at an economical pricing which had a prompt service. Well, will I recommend this place? Yes for sure under a budget-friendly Italian buffet place category. Will go back for A-la-Carte experience soon. #annadathasukhibhava ==========African Food Festival============ Palato which is known for its high quality distinguished buffet and ala-carte delivered with consistent taste at VFM, has now come up with an exciting #AfricanFoodFestival. Kudos to the way buffet menu is curated which covers delicacies across North-East-Northeast-Central-Southern-West Africa. While every dish on the buffet were exceptional, Bunnychows, Caribbean potato salad, Mushroom Sosaties, Kati Kati Chicken Wings, Niter Kibbej with Jamaican bread, Rustic Tomato oinion salsa, Jerk Roast Chicken, Spicy Roast Proteinz, Nigerian Fried rice stood out for me. Not to forget the Caramel Set Cheesecake , Lemon Meringue pie from desserts though. This food festival runs from Feb12th to Feb28th priced at 500₹ for Veg & 525₹ for Non-Veg (Surprised with the minimal pricing for the quantity, quality & variety of food served.) . Missed their lunch buffet, don’t worry, they got you covered with a curated chef’s special 3 course set menu available all day. Positioned rightly at corporate zone I would highly recommend this place for your corporate lunches and parties. #palato #madhapur #buffet #vfm #itsallaboutfood #lovefoodhatewaste #stopfoodwastage #annadathasukhibhava ClickEatXploreYo ===================

#Foodengineeringg #Reviewmode What a wonderful dinner that was... Super amazing food & nice drinks and at jaw dropping pricing! Well place is known very well But the food makes us feel special, everytime i visit I get satisfied with their surprising and addictive tasty dishes! So they've come up with a Fusion Buffet at 630₹ & 700₹. Where long list of food is listed to make your mouth water... Few of the must try dishes are... Honey chilki chicken Wings, were super addictive and keep.you going on and on... Cute lil Soya Chaap Kebabs, Chicken bhuna with cheese fondue tarts, Fish Tempura, prawn fritters, Hummus and pita bread Both the Pizza's (Chicken & Veg), chef's never disappointed me in pizza. Maintaining the quality is the Great thing! Hats off. And appetisingly delicious mains, tummy was full only with starters 😅. Will make sure that I also enjoy delicacy of Mains as well!!! Until next time...

Visit 2 After already being a hit for buffet, Palato has come up with it's A La Carte menu. We were to try the items on the new menu. So here is the list of items that we tried. Soups: 1) Hungarian Mushroom 2) Thyme Brocolli Popcorn Both the soups were very hearty and overwhelming. Thick in consistency. Popcorn is soup was pretty new to me and tasted nice. Salads : 1) Quinoa Tabbouleh 2) Chicken Ceasar The salads here are always good and I live them. The quinoa salad was too good. Starters: 1) Phyllo Parcels, nice soft crispy parcels with cottage cheese stuffing. 2) Chipotle Chicken Skewers, perfectly cooked chicken morsels. 3) Home Made Tarter Torts, this was served in two variants with a yoghurt sauce and honey glazed. 4) Garlic Bread, absolutely yum. 5) Mexican Street Corn Fritters 6) Cilantro and Jalapeno Basa, very soft fish with cilantro jalapeno paste coating, excellent dish. 7) Calamari Ring Crispa, as the name says, crispy rings of calamari. Pizza: 1) Green Day, pizza eith green sauce. 2) Hawaiin Chicken, pineapple and chicken toppings. 3) Chicken Chilli Pizza Sandwich: 1) Cheese Torta 2) Crisp Dabeli The sandwiches were very rich and filling. The filling of the sandwich was yum. Entrees: 1) Wild Mushroom n Soya 2) Chicken Stroganoff, diced chicken in sauce served with herbed rice. Desserts: 1) Salted Caramel Tart 2) Choccolate Marquise 3) New York Baked Cheesecake 4) Hazelnut Magnum 5) Assorted Gelatos The desserts were of very good quality. Liked the gelatos and the Hazelnut Magnum FoodKlicks at Palato Palato is a brand new Italian eatery near the Raheja Tech Park next to Westin. The place from the first look looks pretty cosy and spacious. They have just started and are having buffet only in lunches and dinners are A La Carté. We were invited here to try the buffet. The buffet was priced at Rs. 500 plus taxes which seemed a steal deal to me. But then it’s depends what they serve in 500, so let’s explore the buffet. To start with I poured myself a serving of Sweet Corn Chicken Soup and loved it. Then we were served with 3 Veg and 3 Non Veg starters and loved all of them. #RatatouilleRavioli #ChickenWings #HarissaBasa these starters were just lovely. Along with this we kept on sipping the amazing mint cooler mocktails which is complementary and unlimited 😆. The Salad Bar was so compelling that I had to go for some and I do not regret that. The Baked Beetroot Cheese Salad was too good. Moving on to the main course #ShepherdsPie #SpinachCornCrepes were really good. In the meanwhile we also had some #Pata and #Pizza. The pizza 🍕 was a delight to have, I am not a big pizza fan but loved these pizzas. I think this is going to be my regular place for Italian food. Hope they will start dinner buffet as well. Food: 4.3 Ambiance: 4.3 Service: 4.5 Pricing: $$$

#FoodShaukeen #Palato #Italian #Continental #Buffet #Tempting #AbsoluteVFM If you ask me when is the last time I have enjoyed food in a buffet, that too Italian/Continental? I would say "Don't remember such thing". Palato, located in the prime area Hitech City and is in the heart of IT Companies Raheja Mindspace, beside Westin; This place comes from the same family of our #trustworthy Ci gusta Hyderabad Hitech City and both kitchens are looked over by the same Chef. Palato serves Italian/Continental following in the footsteps of #CiGusta and they have a lunch buffet too :) Well, it's not just any buffet. I entered the place with zero expectations as it was a buffet and given that it is priced at about 530 with many exotic dishes on the buffet menu, I had a feel that the quality might be compromised. But once I started digging in, quality and taste in every bite made me joyous. The quality you get in ala carte is also what you get in buffet, this is how it is supposed to be and not many places follow this (including star properties). I dont indulge much in soup in general, but wanted to give a try anyway and I chose potato and leek with chicken soup from their spread. One of the very few soups that I fell in love with. Mac and Besil Pesto with mayo from salads made me order basil pesto pasta in mains. Both were outstanding. They have about 3 veg and 3 non veg starters. All starters are not on buffet and come directly from their kitchen. Each one from the lot tasted perfect. Although, my favs were corn hushpuppies and herb chicken. From the Mains- pizza and pasta are made on order and you have choice of 1 veg and non veg in pizza. While Margherita with thincrust base was good, pesto chicken pizza was dominated by base tomato flavor, this would have been much better had there been a pesto in the pizza base sauce or if there is a balance of flavors. Spinach and Corn Cannelloni - Cannelloni for people who aren't aware is a big pasta/lasagne sheets which are cooked, filled with stuffing and rolled into a near-to-cylindrical shape. This was very tasty. aubergine (eggplant) ratatouille is a vegetable stew that can be eaten as a whole dish itself or a side dish. Its low in calories and is a good source of nutrients. I did enjoy this dish with their spanish rice. Chicken lasagne which consists layered lasagna sheets along with cheese and other stuffing (in this case, chicken) did come out very well, even when the dish was on buffet spread. Mash and Vegetables, chicken breast were other dishes on buffet which were equally good. Desserts- One fav part of mine in my meal and when its Italian/Continental, its going to be more interesting. Warm brownies were on offer and is a treat to brownie lovers - thick and gooey, you will finish this in no time even when its topped with their gelatos. Creme Caramel - This is one dessert that is seen in many of the buffets and is 'THAT ONE DISH' I always tried to avoid as it never tasted good. But, given my increase in expectations from my previous dishes, I was tempted to try this; Oh, boy - this came out very very good. Loved it so much that I had it repeated 3 times :) And there was salted caramel, Mango Mousse and couple of other desserts which were fighting with each other to win "The best dessert of the day" ;) Each and every one of them were great in quality and taste and you would not stop appreciating them till you reach the door :) If you appreciate Italian/Continental food and looking for a delicious spread at an aggresive price (around 520/- for lunch buffet), this is the place for you :) Don't delay anymore! Their ala carte is also economical and average meal for 2 should cost you anywhere anywhere between 1000-1200.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Hyderabad. From the soups to the salads, from pizza to pasta there isn't a single thing I've ordered that I haven't liked. If quality food is what you want at a reasonable price then this is it. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. The waiters were spot on the job and the waiting time between courses was perfect. The meals themselves were exemplary and I can't remember when was the last time I left a place in such awe. I highly recommend dropping by, if you crave for perfection.

Been here a few times. The earlier ala-carte menu of this place was much better with good items and more options for vegetarians. The present menu is limited, and does not have some of the good dishes of the previous menu. I loved the Aglio olio pasta & Basil pesto pizza here, which are no longer available now.

Recently been here for both ala-carte and buffet, and felt that the taste of the dishes was not that good. Just average. We ordered Classic Marghareta pizza & Gongura pesto pasta and both were below average. In the buffet, the starters were okay, main course lasagna & noodles were good, and the desserts were below average with bland taste and no variety. I feel that the price is a little high for vegetarians. It would be good if they can have different prices for veg and non-veg buffet. Also I suggest the restaurant to please make use of green and red colored plates for vegetarians and non-vegetarians respectively. This will help the waiters when serving starters, as they don't have to remember who are all vegetarians in a table. The waiters were offering to serve me non-veg starters, and as a vegetarian, I found it a little disturbing to tell them not to, repeatedly. Perhaps as it was a busy day that day, the waiters had trouble remembering.

What a lunch.. my personal kudos to the chefs for preparing such a spread.. I think every dish was carefully crafted to excellence with full of flavors. I must mention the desserts, specially the mango mousse and the caramel cake they were outstanding. I cannot end this review without mentioning about the soup (chicken mulligatawny). For me... It actually stole the show. Great job people.. 👍 to the complete Palato team.

Place is good. Service was fast. Food was also good. But too much costly for the quantity they have provided.

Palato : Place with a spread of Global fusion cuisine with an Indian touch.
Beautiful interiors with really humble staffs. The thing which I liked a lot about their staffs is that, they were really very quick. Who wants to wait, at restaurant for the food? Obviously no one and it obviously turns you off, so this place is just excellent in this case.
Coming to the food, it was a buffet spread, where starters were served at the table and the main course and desserts were self served.
For starters, they had 6 veg items and 6 non veg items.
Veg:
Onion Rings- These were super crispy and really delicious.
Desi Pastry- This was really yummy, pastry which somewhat resembled samosa in terms of stuffing.
Cottage Cheese Tarts- This was the star among all the food I had that day, a must try one. I loved it absolutely. It has super crunchy shell with extremely soft cottage cheese. As soon as soon the tart inside your mouth and chew it, your pallets will burst with texture and taste of this.
Sweet & Spicy Cottage Cheese- This was also quite delicious.
Veg Dim Sums- I found it kind of Ok ok, not that great.

Non veg:
Peri Peri Chicken- So delicious it was.
Mexican Chicken Chilli- this also tasted quite good.
Honey Chilli Wings- Get ready to get your hands messy to enjoy this delicious wings
Fish Tempura- This was also quite good in taste
Prawn Fritters- Mini prawns which just tasted really delicious.
Chicken Dim Sums- I liked this one, it was quite delicious

*Pizzas:*
Garden Veg- It was so delicious, words are falling s**t for it. Thin crust pizza which a good amount of fresh veggie topping and sun dried tomatoes.
Chicken Shawarma- This was also related very delicious. It’s really difficult to say, which one was the best out of these 2.

In main course we had 9 dishes including both veg and non veg. There were 2 variations of rice and I loved both of them equally. Curried mexican rice and lebanese inspired rice chicken both were equally delicious. Apart from that, I liked mac and cheese, Thai Red curry chicken and chicken meat balls.

Coming to the desserts, there were 8 varieties, out of which my favourites are baked yogurt and mango mousse.
There were 2 gelatos too, apple pie and mixed berry. Both were good, but apple pie really stood out of both. Even after stuffing myself with so much food, I managed to eat 2 scoops of apple pie gelato.

Overall, it was a very good experience for me.

I feel this restaraunt is over hyped. Especially the zomato ratings are misleading. Their main course was a big disappointment and a let down. The desserts are nice but quite repetitive with same old pastries with minor flavour difference.
I think people should focus more on starters and salad and not worry much abt main course.
Debangana Tarafdar
Palato was packed to the brim, during both of my visits. We had to accommodate at a smaller table, despite having reservations. The second time around, the experience was quite good. I love the pizza at Palato. Starters and desert-very good. There is definitely scope for improvement, for the main course. Staff is very courteous.

I will start slowly writing about it as I delve in more. This was a off-the-radar place which never struck my attention in the beginning, me being a foodie and reviewer. While looking out for best buffet places, this location popped up.

A place simply amazing, fascinating you with all its grilling and smoky starters, mouth-watering main courses and melting desserts.!!!

Food: 5/5

We went on a buffet option.

Soups: It had 2 types of soups – one veg and one non-veg soup.

Salads: They had 15 types of salads – I could not eve touch half of them, but whatever I could eat was really nice and those are really healthy.

Starters: There were 6 veg and 6 non-veg starters which were immensely good. Especially the peri-peri chicken, hot wings, fish tempura and dim-sums.

Breads: The had 6 types of breads and 2 types of dips originating from different parts of Europe.

They also serve chicken pita pocket, veg and chicken thin crust pizza which were again lovely I taste.

Main Course: Their main course involved – 2 types of rice, 2 types of noodles/ similar sort, 3 veg and 3 non-veg sides along with mac & cheese.

Desserts: They had 3 assorted pastries (all of them being stunningly soft, perfect in sweet ratio, smooth and ludicrous), baked yogurt blueberry (first time I had something like this. It had blueberry mushes on top of baked yogurt. I do not have enough words to explain how heavenly it was – smooth, creamy, not oily, culpable texture of fruit-paste and yogurt), mango mousse, brownie and ice-cream.

Ambiance: 4/5

The place looked really sweet and simple. They have enough space for 50-60 people at a time. The tables were arranged with one set of sofa and one set of wooden bench. They provided sanitizer bottles and all cutleries in the table itself. There was a dim music going on which suited the mood rightly. All their walls have loads of photo frames and printed canvas with eye-catching and trendy quotes.

Service: 4/5

Service was also good, only problem being their urge of asking and coming back within 5 mins. Entire time, they were hurrying too much because their buffet is only open from 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM. They were initially trying to make us eat the starters almost in no time. We specifically told them to give us some time. But even after closing the service, they provided two big bowls of ice cream as we could not grab it within time.

Once and all, it is a must go for all buffet-lovers. Not only my taste buds bud my heart also bid them with a relaxed and content smile.!

Palato is a part of Iconic Italian joint Ci Gusta! Now what makes the Palato standout from Ci Gusta! is their mixture of global recipes which turns it into a Fusion Restaurant. We have been here for Dinner on a lazy Sunday and to start off with our buffet ,we were served with mocktails.
Orange slush - It was a refreshing classic orange juice with no added sugar which is on a healthier side. But I suggest not to drink any mocktail in one go or completely as creates a short term feeling of fullness in your gastrointestinal tract .Thus you feel that you did eat a lot but just after coming out of restaurant you tend to feel that you could have eaten way more than what you just had. The same thing goes with the soup as well.
Chicken Lentil soup-To be honest it literally tasted like a homemade dal(atleast for me) although it had small pieces of overcooked chicken in it, lack of flavour made it to taste completely bland.
For starters/appetizers pita bread which was similar to bruschetta interms of base bread it was a mushroom variant nicely tossed in a spicy paprika topped along with microgreens and mozzarella cheese.
Peri-Peri chicken and prawn fritters were lip smacking and I personally felt they were best among all.
Cottage cheese tarts was the spiciest starter which tasted similar to paneer tikka other than the sauce they've sauted.
Chicken dimsums tasted good but still the thickness of layer should be minimised.
Main course- This was a bit disappointing section because there was nothing new other than the pizza, macaroni pasta and spaghetti aglio olio. Apparently these were the only dishes which looks an more appetizing than the jasmine rice, thai green curry and chicken thai red curry.Veg Lasagna which was kept on the open buffet table looks in a disgusting manner that the layer of lasagna along cheese was completely oneside and the stuffing other side (you can clearly see in the picture that I have posted).
Desserts - If you've got a sweet tooth definitely you would love all of them.Vanilla Panna cotta was best ,it had an essence of caramel on top.Chocolate Brownie with melted chocolate sauce and
Mini pastries of three different flavors one was red velvet, chocolate crunch and other was based on walnut. All of them had good texture, flavour ,softness and perfectly chilled.
They've got Gelato's instead of icecream which reduces the overall fat content .It is definitely healthy at the same time you don't have to compromise with the taste.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and experience for home style Italian food along with Mediterranean and Thai offerings.Staff was very courteous and friendly. Service was equally great. It does worth for Rs.750/_ per plate except the main course part which was a bit disappointing.
Thank you if you read till the end!

Follow us on YouTube: 'Wandering life'

Instagram: wanderinglifevloggers

Buffet experience....

It was on a busy working day, we wanted to have some unlimited food and tried this place. As soon as we entered the place the live music was refreshing. The ambiance was decent which has a cozy mood.

Coming to the food, the buffet has wide spread of multi cuisines from Pizzas, Desi Pastry, Dim sums, peri peri chicken, lasagna, mac&cheese, Ulavacharu veg curry so on.

Mac&Cheese was my favorite out of these. Prawns tempura was good too, crunchy out and soft inside. Peri Peri Chicken was not as spicy as expected. Overall food was subtle. Mango mousse was star of the desserts, it was heavenly. One thing about the Mocktail is, we can feel spiciness in single sip...!!! and then the tangy flavour knocks in....

Best place for the people who prefer less spice in their food. The food is packed with flavors with a bit down on spice level.

We went for a Sunday brunch to try the Palato’s buffet. Previously this place was called Blanc Glace and it was more a cafe type and we had nice experience there. The nice experience was repeated with Palato.

The place is not spectacular in design and decors but the ambiance is nice. Good music and the fact that is was really clean made us feel good.

Service is professional, very good staff. Full marks here. Some 5 star restaurants should learn from this guys.

The buffet spread was satisfactory. Not the largest we’ve seen but definitely good enough. The starters are served at the table hot and fresh. And they serve you an array of sortiments, from chicken keema to tempura fish and pizza. Main course had less options but the red thai curry was quite good. The desserts side and bakery (including breads) was the best part. Cheesecake and Linzer cake tasted amazing.
We had cafe latte as well and it was one of the best in the city.
I definitely recommend this place to be checked out!

Nothing there was good, yeah except the mineral water.

The restaurant is just 5 minutes walk from my office, easy to spot, right next to Westin! Courteous stuff, affordable price and decent interior design..
Now I literally had to recollect all the items I had as each and every dishes were delicious. Few were really unique.
Lasagna Veg, Palak Paneer Casserole, Curried Mexican Rice were good. One of the best Mac & Cheese Noodles I had here. After ages I loved a rice dish like **Lebanese Inspired Rice Chicken** It's must try.
Thai Red Curry was good along with Desi Pastry.
Cottage Cheese Tarts is something that you don't wanna miss. In non veg, I loved Peri Peri Chicken
And Mexican Chicken Chilli. Honey Chilli Wings and Fish Tempura was equally splendid.
The best part about this restaurant is *Desserts:*
1.Butter Cake
2.Red Velvet Slice
3.Baked Yogurt
4.Rose Mahalabia
5.Mango Mousse
Specially mango mousse and baked yogurt were the best I have ever had...
Love you team PALATO.. 💕
I've been there recently for a dinner buffet. It was a decent experience. I've been here in the past for sandwiches and coffee. That time I felt food would be good too.
Buffet had variety of items but they were starters serving everything too fast and out plates got full and our tummies too! Mexican chicken with Pita bread was good. Other items like Peri Peri chicken, crispy prawns and fish were really good too.
Momos, Veg Pastry werr yes tasty!
Pizza - Not at all good. Very very thin crust Like a Roti, not at all crunchy. Toppings were good but Base clearly not upto the mark! We were four members and I thought they would bring us our own full Pizza, but instead they were servicing Pizza Slices.
Mai course : I expected Nonveg Lasagne, but found Veg instead. It was good in taste. Rice dishes lacked taste.

Desserts: Very Dry pastries lacked juiciness, I liked the Mango Mousse. The White Pudding (not sure about the exact name) is not at all tasty!
Two basic Gelatos were good. Desserts were not pleasing at all!
A spread of Global Fusion Cuisine with an Indian touch.

This place for bustling with the hitech employees as its situated in the heart of the cyber city gateway.
It was a usual cool evening of a weekday when I visited this place. As I reached there was an aesthetic seating area outside with lovely simple wooden finish furniture. As soon as you enter can witness a widespread area filled with good number of people and delicious food beautifully arranged all over as it was a buffet.
Aura of the place was full of character, decent yet modernized and spacious to accommodate over 50 pax.

As it is buffet is priced at Rs. 699 and is available for both Lunch and Dinner. The following was the menu:
A lavish buffet spread and initaitaing with there was an array of salads like lettuce, tomatoes, egg salad, grilled chicken salad, chickpeas, potato mix salad, etc.

*Soup:*
Potato and Leek
Tomato Basil Soup

*Pizzas:*
Garden Veg & Chicken Shawarma

STARTERS

*VEG*
Onion Rings
Greasy and too oily however taste was satisfying.

Desi Pastry
A variation of samosa as it was a maida shell filled with potato, peas and carrots n deep fried, cut into triangles and served.

Cottage Cheese Tarts
One of the impressive and impeccable starters as the coin sized tart shells holding the cheese filling perfectly and each bite was just scrumptious.👌👌

Crispy Baby Potatoes
Again would say it was among one of the best starters.

Sweet & Spicy Cottage Cheese
After a long time had a proper paneer starter as all the flavors were properly coated on the cubes, would easily distinguish sweet, sour, and spicy taste.njoyed every bit of it😄

Veg Dim Sums
I am a sucker for dim sums and this was again a well curated and balanced dish.

*NON-VEG*
Peri Peri Chicken
Boneless chicken cubes glazed well with the peri peri sauce and for a twist, addition of curry leaves elevated the dish and was a good fusion of Indian and international flavors.

Mexican Chicken Chilli
Quite impressive n tasty dish.

Honey Chilli Wings
Wings tossed in a sweet n spicy sauce as honey gave the glossy and brown color with the right crispiness and chilli giving the kick at the end was an amazing dish 😍

Fish Tempura
Fish dipped in the tempura batter n fried till fluffy but it was much on the oily side and coating was dominating the dish so if this can be taken of then all's good.

Prawn Fritters
Small sized prawns coated with a crispy coating and this was a yummy one.

Chicken Dim Sums
My all time favorite snack and here it was ahhmazing and presentation was on point.

*Main Course:*
Ulavacharu Veg Curry
Lasagna Veg
Palak Paneer Casserole
Curried Mexican Rice
Mac & Cheese
Noodles Maggi Masala
Lebanese Inspired Rice Chicken
Thai Red Curry Chicken
Chicken Meatballs

*Desserts:*
Butter Cake
Red Velvet Slice
Chocolate Pastry
Hot Chocolate Brownie
Baked Yogurt
Rose Mahalabia
Mango Mousse

*Gelatos:*
Mixed Berry
Apple Pie

Overall I had great experience at this place with appealing ambience, friendly and attentive service and fabulous spread of excellent dishes.I would definitely recommend this place to all.

They also have live music from Thursday to Sunday.

The buffet is priced at 699/- all inclusive.

The cafe is quite new place and the ambience is good, neat. The starters & desserts are awesome.. But the main course has to improve. The staff are very friendly and very quick in service. Overall it's a good hangout place with the friends or colleagues

Palato is one amazing buffet place. The ambience is top notch and the food is brilliant as well. They serve a wide variety of items and each one is awesome in itself. Starting from the Pizza's to the Desserts and not to forget the wonderfully cooked seafood starters.

All in all, a perfect place for Sunday Brunch :)

I was here for dinner buffet. In the food the starters and deserts were good. Among the starters Fish tempura and chicken wings were best and in the prawn fritters it was hard to find any prawn as they were chopped into such small pieces. They should have served Lasagne on request instead of including it in mains. They definitely have to work on their main course. The service staff was attentive and polite but looked like were not trained. We were just seated and had not even had our soup they got the starters and they had to be asked to wait, the welcome drink was served while we were almost done with our starters, there were couple more such minor instances.
Over all it was fine to visit once, but there isn't much for multiple visits.

Special mention is needed for the live music performer. He was just AMAZING.

I had been searching for a good Italian restaurant from the day I landed in Hyderabad. The above average reviews and nice photographs in Zomato too me to this place in hi-tech city. I went there for my wife's birthday who is also a big fan of Italian food. But the food experience there was rather unpleasant. Food was not tasty nor fresh. And I have not seen a lasagna that bad in my life. Staff courtesy could definitely improve. A big savior and the only reason I rate this restaurant 2 starts is desserts which was lovely.

Follow me by searching mrsfoodieglobetrotter in YouTube and Instagram !!!
This place is very near to my office building as it's within Raheja mindspace. So we decided to have our lunch there. We took non veg buffet. The variations of salads and bread are too good. I loved them. In soup you can get two soups one veg and another non veg. Now coming to the starters, its so different from what we usually have. Why ? Because I really like their light weighted and balanced starters. It gave you space for mains. In starters I loved soft pita breads, crispy fish and all chicken starters. Coming to the mains it was also full of delicacies. Mexican rice , Maggie masala noodles, Mac n chesses all tasted so good. Dessert section was ok nothing too good except that coconut Icecream. By the way they give you guava strawberry mix mocktail as complimentary.
Overall this place is a worthy one to sort out your lunch while having office as they don't make you bloat.

This is onee of the most hospitable place in Hyderabad that I have been to. The owner is very hospitable, she was so warm and hospitable that she was even taking personal care of each table.
We went on a team lunch here, it was expected that it will be totally Italian but so was not the case. There were some good delicious items from Indian cuisine as well.

As most of the buffets serve starters on table so was the case here. Chicken wings, malai broccoli, paneer tikka were some of the best starters in the menu. Must try things are the breads, lasagna and Mac and cheese. Desserts are some of the best you will have in buffets.

To describe the ambience, the place is bit crowdy and congested, also it is surrounded by IT companies so you can imagine the rush but still it manages to accomodate everyone without any hustle.
For team lunch it is a very good place, if weather is good outside then you have a fair chance of clicking some awesome pictures.

This place is a must go for its food options. Good place for team lunch, but I won't suggest it as a dating place.
My individual ratings will be:
Food: 4.5/5
Ambience: 3.5/5
Hospitality: 4/5
Last night I have been to this place for dinner.
The place has simple and sober ambience, with long tables. The place is not so huge though. But has comfortable place to accommodate groups.

Coming to food, we had so many varieties of starters, like the cheese tarts, paneer tangy starter, chapati potatoes, momos, dim sums etc
They even had different range of salads.
In main course they have pizzas, pasta, Thai green curry, sticky rice etc.

Desserts spread is also huge like brownies, Panna cotta, ice creams, pastries etc.
There was even live music. It was a great night.

Overall: The starters were amazing, the main course was average and desserts were also very average.
Staff and service was quick.

A fun-filled day ended with an amazing evening when we attended food bloggers meet at Palato for dinner. This place is known for its Italian buffet with few Mexican dishes included.

After being served with the welcome drink, they help you understand, their huge spread of salad, starters, main course and of course everyone's favourite, desserts. You also get a choice of soups as well. The place is ready to entertain you with live music and open mic sessions specially on weekends. A speciality of this buffet is an option of DIY salads for salad lovers and the availability of Hot Walnut Brownie. Overall we had great time and scrumptious food and recommend you to visit specially if you are Italian cuisine lover.

Overall our rating is- 4.4/5

For a detailed review please visit- https://curiousfoodieswanderlust.home.blog/ and follow us on Instagram @curiousfoodieswanderlust

A restaurant with all varieties of Oriental dishes on buffet is exceptional other than indian dishes. Palato is a restaurant placed in hi-tech City near to westin. It's a small place with an seating arrangement of 50-70 ppl at a time. This place is also shared with dessert bar & co. Coming to the food section there were a huge spread of Salads, breads & starters are served on the table.

While coming to Starters there were around 12 starters including veg & Nonveg.

Next followed a range of starters which were served at the table.

Tried this stunning looking cocoloco with Pineapple salsa from their dessert menu which is a sheer treat for dessert lovers

TBC...

I went to this place on a Saturday evening for buffet. Fun ambiance and bang they had live music playing. Amazing experience. If u are kind of person who likes to eat this and that also not restricted to particular cousin then this place for u. They have dishes like Thai curry, cheese tarts , live salad counter, focasia crackers and herbed butter and not forget and my recommendation dumplings and pizza. It was too good. Desserts had never ending options and equally tasty. U must try ice cream here again which I loved. Must visit place from me.

Located near 'The Westin' at Hitec city, "Palato" is an upscale restaurant that dishes out Italian/ Continental cuisine. They've both À la carte and a huge spread of buffet!

Ambience
The interiors of the place are aesthetically pleasing with vintage walls done in white, antique metal elements & rustic frames with quirky quotes adorning the walls and lanterns suspended from the ceiling. They've wooden tables paired with regular chairs and cozy leather sofas in chocolate brown, just fitting perfectly into the decor! Also, they offer good live music. The restaurant isn't very spacious and yet can accommodate a decent no. of people!

Food( Buffet )
So, they've a Salad bar and a Bread station where you could D.I.Y your own food! How interesting and cool is that now?

Soups- They got Tomatoes & basil and Chicken & lentil. They tasted just okay.

Appetizers- About 12 starters were served on the table and the highlights from the category are mini pita bread with sauces, tangy potatoes, honey chilli chicken wings and tarts!

Main Course- We tried Garden veg & Chicken kheema pizza that were truly appetizing!
They've about 8 other varieties and the highlights from the category are mac 'n cheese, veg lasagna, jasmine rice with thai curry( chicken ) and chicken meat balls.

Desserts- An interesting array of desserts are displayed in here, unlike any other restaurant in town offering buffet! I would surely go back to this place for their desserts alone. Right from their assorted pastries and mousses to home made artisan gelato, everything was a hit!

The staff are polite and courteous!
VFM- 4/5; Service- 4/5
Been here for an amazing Meetup with a huge gang of 24 friends.

Palato is a small and cozy restaurant in mind space and is a really good option to try their buffet.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, thanks to Mr.Nani for being really helpful and helping us with our meetup from the start to the end.

The buffet is amazing for their starters (12 starters), pizzas, salads and desserts. a very limited main course menu but really good and unique items were available, the dessert section is again a blast of amazing cakes and ice creams.

Ambience: 4/5 lovely setup and the live music adds up to the experience
Taste : 3.5/5 felt there could be some improvement on main course
Service : 4/5
I went to Palato to try out their lunch buffet option. I didn't had a reservation and I confirmed availability of a table on phone before I went there. I was alone but I wanted a little bigger table for comfort but I was denied that by the first staff member I met who told me that the other tables weren't available (50% of the restaurant was empty when I walked in, and about 30% would remain empty when I walked out) I was shown to a table meant for a couple which had a very small table not suitable to eat a buffet spread as you might need multiple plates to accomodate everything.

The second staff member who was looking after my table was more accomodating and hospitable, and he joined another table for me after he saw me struggling while eating the buffet. He was also very warm and explained the items as he served them. So I think he salvaged the hospitality experience some what for me.

Now let's come to the food. They have a lot of variety in starters, and desserts, and decent variety in main course and salads, so you are advised to plan while you eat.

Starters are served on the table, and some of the highlights for me where:

1. Chicken Shawarma Pizza - Shawarma style chicken with an Indian fusion of spices on a thin crust slice

2. Sweet & Spicy cottage cheese - Very tender paneer cubes flavoured with Asian spices with a hint of sourness

3. Cheese Tart - Creamy and flavourful cheese on a crispy base

4.Chicken Momo - Fresh steamed dumplings containing minced chicken in Asian flavour

5. Hummus with Pita bread - Soft pita breasd served with hummus dip

For the main course they had a collection of Italian, and Pan-Asian dishes, I liked their Veg Thai curry and Jasmine Rice, on the other hand I felt Veg Lasagna had an overdose of peas in it, and Mac n Cheese was average.

For desserts they had a wide variety, and some of the things I really liked were:

1. Chocolate Brownie: Hot brownie with perfect amount of chocolate flavour

2. Berry cheesecake: Creamy cake with a mixture of delightful flavours

3. Mango mousse: Mango infused dessert with a tender& creamy texture

However the highlights of the dessert section were definitely their 2 Artisan Gelatos, They seemed fresh and bursting with flavours. I really liked them a lot and helped myself with multiple servings of them.

One suggestion for improvement is definitely their music system, the arrangement isn't balanced and the music seems to be very prominent on one section of the seating.

Another issue for me was the seating which I found wasn't very comfortable, the table height and seat cushioning can be adjusted for more ergonomic comfort.

Overall, in my opinion it's a good value for money place for the kind of variety and quality they offer, most of the items across the board are good, and most of the staff is warm and hospitable.

The ambiance is awesome. When it comes to food,
Starters and desserts are too good. But the main course, has very less number of dishes. Overall food quality and taste is good. And price is also reasonable for the buffet.

Was here last Saturday for a lunch with my colleagues. The ambience at Palato is nice, but the place looks a little cramped. The service here is decent.

With all the restaurants serving similar food for buffets (Based on the concept of Barbeque Nation and AB's), I found Palato to be a breath of fresh air. The dishes here were tasty and more importantly, unique. Variety of dishes here may not be on par with other restaurants, but there are enough varieties for you to be satisfied.

Soups and starters were delicious. My favorites among the starters were the onion rings, cheese tarts and barbecued potatoes. The main course consisted of continental delicacies like Mac and cheese, Thai green curry with jasmine rice and others. All of them tasted great. Also, there was an assortment of breads with various spreads and the salads were tasty as well. However, there was a name tag for Spaghetti Aglio Olio but when I removed the lid, there was no spaghetti but haakka noodles instead.

Most of the deserts were delicious. The berry cheesecake was definitely my favorite. The ice creams and gelatos were a little disappointing.

Will definitely recommend this place and I suggest you opt for a table reservation. Looking forward to visit this place again in the future.

Ambience - 3.5
Service - 4
Taste - 4.5
Value for money - 4
__________________
Overall - 4

I Went here for buffet with my office team as it is located amongst the hub of offices.

Ambience of this place is simple and sweet, with white walls having quirky wall pieces.

In food, I started with Mexican Tortilla soup which was okayish.

There was a good spread in Salads. And all the salads were good.
Then in starters, I tried Beetroot Falafel, Preseed rice croquettes and Pineapple Salsa Tarts.
Beetroot Falafel was crisp. In Pineapple Salsa Tarts, Pineapple was little dominating.
There were breads which was served with varieties of dips. Those dips were good in taste.

In mains I tried Peppers & Cheese Pizza which was crisp and loaded with cheese. And after that, I just tasted pasta, saffron rice, which was decent in taste.

And In dessert, there was a wide variety of Pastries. And those were yum.

The staff was really nice and sweet to us!!!

Overall, I had a good experience here.

A peacefull place to sit calmly and eat though crowded.
Best Italian food I ever had.
The best part was soft thin crust pizza. Mango mousse, chocolate pudding starters were good. The only disappointing thing was the main course.
Welcome drink green apple delight was actually delightful.
Will visit again: Yes for the pizza.
Food: 3.5/5
Ambience: 4/5

Been to this place for lunch buffet, hospitality was good but looking at the space and ambience, it was a mild disappointment. All those starters were fried, loved cheese broccoli, Mac Pasta but not many varieties!Had complementary drinks, dishes in the main course were limited and desserts section wasn’t that lipsmacking!
Reshma Giri
For those who are looking for non indian buffets, this is the place! Good starters and amazing desserts! Selected items from the main course were too good like the lasagne, pizza, Mac and cheese etc.
PS there are around 10 desserts in this buffet and make sure u leave ample space in your tummy for all of them as they are all going to be just yum!

Recently visited palato for a dinner Buffet.
I must say their menu is quite unique. The place has got nice and cozy ambiance... Ideal for hanging out with friends and family.
Starters were really good. I didn't like the main course except the Mac and cheese which was too good.
The desserts were outstanding... They had a cool cool collection of breads and salads as well. could not try those out.

Service has improved compared to previous visits. But menu items for buffet remains almost same everyday. Desserts quality is sightly reduced . Recent visit for buffet, I had egg-less strawberry gelato and jamun sorbet which were totally awesome.

Amazing photo, definitely a good place to have a get together, secondly ambience was perfect. Went for my team lunch and it was worth being there. Kudos

Good place to chill out. Live music was simply awesome. The welcome drink was good as well and one can take as many refills as one wants to. The variety in salads is fantastic and the taste too was really good. The starters were all good(especially momos and samosa).Pizza too was nice. Mac and Cheese and Aglio Olio Spaghetti were awesome. Lasagna could be improved. Soup too can be improved. Dessert were also awesome.

Location is also good but the ambience could be worked upon.

What a wonderful place to be here. Ambience was just average but food was like heaven. To the cost the food taste and varieties are just awesome. A lot of varieties in starters. Pizza is very good compared to best pizzas in hyd. Main courses are average. Coming to best part is deserts. U will remember the taste even after so many days. Best deserts in hyd I would say, and they even serve two flavours of gelatos.

If you are looking for a buffet and got bored of regular buffet spreads and barbecue stuff, then this is the place.

They had a wide spread of starters (5veg and 5 non-veg), chicken mexicano and chicken cheese tarts ,sweet and spicy paneer were awesome. Fish tempura and prawn fitters can be improved. Overall starters are very good and you can easily fill up with them.

You can get unlimited refills of welcome drink 😛. There is a salad counter and bread counter . Jamaican bread was good. They do serve thin crust pizza along with starters which can be improved.

Main course was simple and tasty. I liked Jasmine rice and chicken meat balls . Noodles ,Mac and cheese tasted ok.

Deserts were highlight of the buffet. Everything tasted perfect. In house made cheesecake and kunafo gelato were one of the best I tasted.

Taste--4/5

Service--4/5

Price--3/5

Ambiance--3/5
This place offers unique buffet menu which I was craving from long time. I just got bored of North Indian Continental Mixed buffet items. But this place serves terrible variety of items in starters, main course and desserts. Starters consisted of Momos, prawn, fish, paneer, chicken items, honey potato, cheese broccoli, pizza, etc. Main course included lasagna, white sauce pasta, fine noodles, chicken kofta and many other rice dishes. Litchi pudding, baked yoghurt, awesome varieties of pastries, icecreams were the dessert part. I couldn't touch the salad counter because the starters took my heart. The bread counter was also amazing, decoration and presentation were eye catching.

PS: Menu contains delicious nonveg items, but veg items are limited.

My points:

Food - 4.5/5

Ambience - 3.5/5

Service - 5/5

Thanks a lot Komal Mam for your sincere gestures. I really loved this place and will recommend my friends too.

It is situated in Raheja Mind space Hitec City near Westinn. It has the most unique buffet comprising of pizza momos etc. The staff was well behaved and tried their best to repeat the orders.

As per the rating goes:
Food- 4/5
Ambience- 3/5
Value for money-4/5

If u are bored of the regular buffet eg AB's do visit Palato you vl love it.

Nice choice of speed at a decent price. Good ambiance and very helpful staffs. Understandably get difficult to handle multiple groups, but the staffs did a good job. Served fresh starters and refilled everything promptly whenever anything was running out. Could improve the seating arrangements, sometimes gets too crowded at the counters. Also choice of ice cream can be changed to galeto ice creams, just to bring in more variety. Thanks.

Highly recommmed.. dont miss fish and prawns starters. Service was very decent and they were polite. Live music is soothing nd finally spread is decent to the bucks we give them.. go for it folks.

A fresh change to the normal buffet cuisine in hyderabad.

Situated in Raheja mindspace, next to Westin. One can easily get parking outside.

Had comfortable sitting and was served Welcome drink which was really good in taste. It was unlimited so we all gulped 2-3 glass each. Tomato soup was flavorful.

Then, starters had good options served on table, Paneer, Potato, Momos, Pizza, Veg Falafel and Patties. All dishes were served hot and tasted awesome. We all had the serving twice for some dishes.
and were almost full with Starters.

Main course was having 4-5 options. Noodles, rice, Thai curry etc which i found OK in taste.

Dessert has various options in pastry, caramel pudding and Ice cream.

Would love to come back.

Good & tasty food and very nice ambiance. Very decent and super active staff. Best place for people who are looking for Italian and Mexican food. We went for a team lunch and enjoyed the food thoroughly - they have a wide verity of veg and non-veg starters that does not stop coming.

#Palato Food Review.

Why a foodie should dine at Palato ?

There is no dearth of buffet restaurants in Hyderabad where you get huge spreads of buffet. But most lack the basic parameters.

Palato stands out from the crowd on these parameters.

Service : Top notch service by the staff .Huge special applause to the team for being on their toes and serving the FAT community with a smile.

Quality and taste: Unlike the most restaurants where quality is compromised for quantity ,Palato indeed has worked on the taste of its food items.

I am sure most would agree with me on the Fish tempura, pita bread and kheema, Mac and cheese pasta ,chicken wings ,Pizza and creme bulee.

It's an ideal place to celebrate your private occasions with friends and family.
Would definitely visit again with friends and family.

.
.
.
.
.
Follow
@poonam_the_foodexplorer
@spoons_of_hyderabad_foodie

#palatohyd###blogger#instafoodblogger#instafoodperu#instafoodgram#foodforthought#foodwithfriends#foodwithfriends#hyderabadfoodies#hyderabadfoodie#hyderabadfoodblogger#hyderabadfooddiaries#hyderabadfoodiesclub#hyderabadfoodlovers#invites#foodblogger#foodblogeats#

Sevice was pathatic, very few options for vegtarians. Man course items are very limited.
Food taste was OK.
We had to ask them to serve starters several times as the service was very slow and not all the items were available. If you are vegetarian then i would not recommend this place.

I loved this place and food. One of the best italian buffet i have ever had in hyderabad.
There were welcome drinks and starters served.
In starters paneer ,corn and mutton kebabs were amazing.
They had customized pasta and pizza's which was great.
The main course had risotto, Mexican rice and lasagna.
Desserts were heavenly . Hot brownies and custard tarts and bubble gum flavored and blue jelly ice cream were mind blowing

Last night went for early dinner and since being in that area saw the mazing reviews of palato so decided to go there. We we're the first ones to arrive hence a little sleepy unaware staff. Service started pretty slow we had to wait nearly 10-15 min for the starters but we were more disappointed. They served pita bread without any filling just the bread and hummus no falafals as promoted by many food bloggers. Still the bread was quite good so we didn't complain much the other starters arrived and more disappointed we were chicken was undercooked and smelled bad. We thought of moving to main course waiting for pizza for over 30min. For main course the only thing great was their Mac and cheese rest they had a pasta oglio an aioli which was frankly just plain veg noodles. The Thai curries we're so oily that didn't even gathered courage to taste it. Tried the meat balls which were just too spicy and other flavor.

Pizza that is whole other story I don't know wether we we're unlucky or the restaurant didn't like us. The pizza was just so average. Didn't like the chicken pizza at all veg pizza was still fine. We ordered a plain cheese pizza which never arrived only.

The dessert had too much gelatin usage but still will say was better than the dishes served there. These 2 stars I am giving is only for the amazing breads they had.

Oh you little Wonder. Been there many times..Every time just loved it. This time for a dinner buffet.. Everything was perfect. A nice balance of starters and main course, followed by selective dessert. Food were just perfect...And selection of courses are awesome. Staff behavior is icing on the cake. Overall a nice Dining experience.

Palato needs no introduction they introduced fusion dinner buffet 2-3 weeks back and I couldn't go due to my schedule. Last Friday I got the opportunity to visit with few friends and experience yet another creative buffet which consists of italian, continental, Indian, Chinese fusion dishes. The creativity was mind blowing, all the dishes were unique and awesome.
Management is quality conscious when it comes to the ingredients.

Chef Naresh Avachetty ensured the 12 starters (6 veg and 6 non veg) were served promptly I was surprised to see even veg starters were tasty I liked the panner tarts , Bengali fritters and Desi potato dish was star.

In nonveg starters I liked chicken wings, Peri Peri chiken, prawns fritters, fish tempura, chicken pizza, Mexican chicken kheema served with pita bread was star.

There was so much coming that I forgot the real names of some dishes.

The breads counter and salad counter has various options . Orange mocktail drink was served unlimited .

The main course had both veg and nonveg varities I liked sticky Jasmine rice, red Thai chicken curry , chicken meat balls.

The desserts consisted of array of pastries , mousse, chocolate brownie, cheese cake (eggless), 2 gelatos .

You need a huge appetite to taste all the offerings. It was an heavy meal for me.
Service was prompt and attentive, live music by band was entertaining.
I would definitely recommend all to experience the fusion buffet and enjoy the dinner.

Visited this restaurant several times. Food and service were excellent every time. They serve around 12 starters, unlimited mocktail, 10 desserts including 2 flavors of gelato. There is also live music at this restaurant.

We found a mosquito in the drinks. The restaurant should focus on providing the hygiene food.
When we reported the same to restaurant manager he was trying to offer another drink but not ready to take any serious actions.
This place is a buffet only place with a cafe. It serves Italian food and I would rate it at 3.5 and not the 4+ rating that this place has presently. The problem is with the food which is not that great.

Location and Ambience -4/5
The place is located right behind The Westin hotel inside Raheja IT park and very easy to access. The ambience is ok and it's a small place with decent ambience. Not a place where you can have big team lunches.

Food -3/5
The food is ok and not that great.. It serves 12 starters,6 veg and 6 non veg but they are not that great. The chicken keema was good and the fish tempura was good. The veg starters are not that great except the crispy potatoes. The fish tempura is also very oily. The pita bread server before the starters is very good. It tastes great with the sauces provided. The main course again has good variety. The desserts are good but very similar. There are 3-4 chocolate cakes varieties which makes it very similar.

Service and Staff -5/5
The staff is very good and cordial. They ask you to try new items and help you a lot. Vey good.

Overall, not a must visit place but if you are close by and want to try a Italian style buffet it good enough. But dont expect great food.
Vyshnavi Bisani
This place is overrated. Everything from the starters to the desserts was just not so great. They need to work a lot on their pricing if this is the food. I also found a hair on my plate. The crème brulè wasn't even well done at all, the sugar wasn't melted.
Kiran Tepera
Food is average. Service is ok. Not sure why people are rating it 5 may be my experience was a one off. Ala carte was also not available. Ambience was ok.

Brilliant...absolutely a perfect lunch outing it turned out for us. The place is pretty near to where we live and we dropped by for a lazy Sunday brunch and it turned out to be a 2-hour gourmet fest...Being a non-vegetarian, it was a delight with 6 non-veg hot and fresh starters...while the veg ones were equally delicious. Nice cozy ambiance with a staff that is friendly, pleasing, and non-intrusive. If I remember correctly, it was the staff Manager Tuna who explained to us each dish and made sure we were server each and every item. Main course was splendid too with a variety of continental and Indian dishes. Worth a visit again...and again.....

Located besides the most popular Westin amidst the Mindspace Hitecity, with a decent ambience and staff.
The buffet menu has variety of choices included. Salad lovers can have a feast here 😀. Around 10 starters served including both veg and non-veg along welcome a drink 😋.
Main course starts with a soup and good cliche menu of items. Also the desserts have yummy side.
Overall a very good choice for lunch and dinner with friends and family.
Also discount coupons available in multiple apps. Explore and avail the services at it's best 😊😊😊

Today went for the team lunch for this place...... very worst service...in terms of delay these people are kings.... if you ask for some dish...be patient and wait for at least 30 minutes even after multiple reminders ...... i wish to have ice cream in solid/cream state, but here it is direct milk shake... directly we can drink the ice cream.... buffet items will not be refilled immediately... we need to wait for them also...... only BILL comes on time... To be frank i liked only momos.. remaining all not much good on 17th May, 2019

‘Palato’ honestly cannot be excluded whilst the mention of top-notch Italian joints is being made. Nestled in the posh Hitech City locality, it serves Mexican and Continental also and makes the promise of delicious and elaborate dishes enough to ensure gastronomical delight. Palato has warmed up it's dining room with the rustic accents with brick walls, antique decors like a cycle, clock and a huge leaf mounted on the wall, surrounded by portraits frames with some quirky one-liners like "A Burger without cheese is like a hug without a squeeze"etc.

I was in Palato to try their new buffet menu. The main attraction here is the DIY salad bar counter on which salad components are provided for customers to assemble their own salad plates. It had lettuce, chopped tomatoes, assorted raw, sliced vegetables (such as cucumbers, carrots, olives, and bell peppers),cottage cheese, dried bread crouton and various types of salad dressing, along with cooked cold meats. As these salad components were on display for a long time, they didn't seem so fresh.

They do have DIY Nachos and Breadstation, which includes nachos and chopped red onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, Breadsticks, Jamaican Bread, Baguette, white and brown bread. The Bread was very fresh and tasted good.

Appetizers were served to the table. This place does a great job of bursting the myth that vegetarian meals can't be delicious. From the Vegetarian options, we tried Pita with Choice of Sauce( among which ranch was scrumptious), Cottage Cheese Tarts, Crispy Baby Potatoes, Sweet&Spicy Cottage Cheese, Bengali Fritters and Veg Dimsums. And the Nonveg starters included Honey Chilli Wings, Chicken Bhuna Tarts, Prawn Fritters and Chicken Dimsums. My personal favorites are Pita with ranch dressing, Crispy baby potatoes which were super addictive, Bengali Fritters, Chicken Bhuna Tarts. Honey chili Wings were the best. Prawn Fritters can be improved.
For their Shawarma options, tired their Falafel Chicken Pockets. In Pizzas, both the garden veg Pizza and Chicken Ragout were delightful.

From the maincourse, my picks are Bamia Bilzet, Chicken Meatballs, chicken Thai curry, Prawn mac n cheese.

There is a dessert counter at the entrance which owns a flawless section of sweet treats. There were 8 Gourmet Desserts and 2 Homemade artisanal gelato. Standouts include the Almond & Caramel Gatoux, Baked Yogurt & cherry Compote and Chocolayer cake.

Buffet was priced for Rs. 700/- , whereas you can get the same buffet for Rs.525/- through Nearby or avail 20% discount via Dineout.

Went to attend my friend's live music, he is a guitarist who has recently started playing at Palato.
Very friendly staff, cant comment on food as we only had a coffee and green tea. I will update after having the buffet, im sure its going to be great.

Our team went here for dinner and to be honest we were pleasantly surprised with the variety and the taste. We asked for buffet option and they accepted it. Each and every item, starting from the starters, main course and dessert were truly amazing. Pizzas and pastas are to die for. Wanted to give more stars but zomayo allows only 5. :D

Buffet places reminds of same old Chinese starters and flavourless curries and some aromaless biryani in thr maincourse. With some below average desserts to offer, such places have brought the reputation of buffet places to a very low. But Palato is one of a kind buffet place . I was here for their new dinner buffet menu. They offer a mix of continental and Indian dishes. Whats more, they also have a variety of salads and breads which were droolworthy. A new concept of DIY salad bar and nachos and breads station awaits you to a great start to a fantastic meal.

AMBIENCE (4/5) : The place has a rather artistic feel and uses quirky artifacts to enhance the beauty. Antique bike ,trumpet , quirky one liner wall frames and fine leather upholstery add a dash of panache. The restaurant is smalla and cozy. The place has live music to entertain the patron which is a thing to look forward to.

FOOD (4.5/5) :Their are a few new and innovative concepts which needs a special mention. Here they go.

Salad Bar : All the health freaks out their, you gotta come to this place for munching on some DIY salads. They had 9-10 variety of vegies ,fruits and also had tofu and grilled chicken. They had three salad dressing which you can use by your choice and create your own healthy meal. A thing to improve would be to keep freshly made grilled chicken and tofu and the tofu felt hard and chicken was bland. Also would recommend to keep the bowls covered with clean wrap.

Nachos and Bread Station : they had DIY nachos where they have salsa, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, jalapenos and chopped tomatoes . There were a variet of breads starting from pretzels, Levache, white bread, bread sticks,Jamaican Bread served with spiced butter. Jamaican bread stood out and I could not stop at one.

Soups : We had tomato basil and lentil and chicken soup. The lentin and chicken soup was average and has more quantity of lentil flavour coming though than the chicken broth.

Starters : We had cottage cheese tarts , crispy baby potatoes, sweet and spicy cottage cheese ,Bengali fritters,Veg and chicken momos , honey chilly wings ,chicken bhuna tart with fondue ,fish tempura ,prawn fritters, chicken samosas, keema kaleji, pita with choice of dip, chicken /cottage cheese filled pita , garden veg pizza and chicken ragoud pizza. The dishes which stood out were chicken bhuna tart with fondue, honey chilly potatoes, chicken ragoud pizza, pita with chipotle dip and bengali fritters. The sweet and spich cottage cheese was bit too sweet for my pallate.

Main course : In main course we had Bamia Bilzet | Veg Casserole |Cottage Cheese Tagine
Capellini Aglio E Oliol Curry Leaf Pilaf
Arroz Con Pollo Chicken Meatballs Chicken Thai Curry |Prawn Mac & Cheese.

Desserts : The desserts were something to look out for. I have not encountered a much better dessert spread in a buffet than this one before.
We had coffee walnut tart, panacotta, apple pie, fruit cake with ganache, cinnamon and honey cake, choco layer cake, chocolate pastry, almond and caramel cake, baked yogurt with berry compote. These gormet desserts were by far the best desserts in such cheap buffet rates. Baked yogurt with berry compote and choco layer cake were to die for. I also loved their chocolate pastry and panacotta. They also served red velvet yogurt and caramel gelato which were amazing too.

An absolute delightfull food experience in such low rate of 700 Rs is this place called palato. Now get 20 % discount via dineout and 3+1 buffet frim nearby. You can get this buffet at Rs 525 from nearby

Palato is a really cute café cum restaurant located in Mindspace. I recently went over there to try out their newly introduced Dinner Buffet with my pals.

You will feel the aroma of Fresh coffee in the air the moment you enter the place. They have a decent sitting option with live singer performing every day. The Buffet spread was quite good. There was a make your own salad counter with 10-15 variants available to prepare your salad which was a superb concept in my opinion. Next up, there was a largely diverse main course section which comprised of Continental dishes and Indian dishes as well. The biggest attraction byfar in their buffet had to be their dessert section. They are undoubtedly one of the best dessert serving places in the city.

The appetizers were served on the table. I had their Crispy Baby potatoes, Chicken Dimsums, Prawn Mac and Cheese, Chicken Tart, Prawn fritters and Crispy Fish. My personal pick of the lot had to be their Chicken Dimsums with a really yummy and mild flavored filling and Prawn Mac and Cheese. The Crispy Baby potatoes were also a great addition to the appetizers and I just loved them.

For Mains, their buffet can add up some Indian curries to add some extra dimension to the food. Honestly speaking, I like their Arroz Con Pollo, Curry leaf Rice and Chicken Meatballs. They need to put in work on their Prawn Mac and Cheese and Bamia Belzeit.

The best thing to relish about the place were their desserts. I was simply stunned with the taste of their Choco Layer Cake and Red Velvet Yoghurt Ice cream. They were just spot ON. Arguably the best dessert I had since quite a while. The only dessert that had a room for improvement was their Apple pie and Panna cotta. I feel a bit more concentrate can be used in making the ice cream.

All in all, I had a great time. The newly launched Dinner Buffet costs 700-/ and further one can also get additional 20% discount on Dineout app which is a pretty good price for the variety of things you would get. Happy eating. :D

Visited Palato last week Friday night, as new menu launched by them so was invited over for a session by management. Ambiance is nice, ample of seating space. Service is good but again can be improved a bit. Buffet here had a decent spread in all the department as per the price they are charging.

Coming to their revamp menu, they have a salad counter with number of options which can be customised as per the choice.
Starters: Soya Chaap kebabs were decent in taste, little too dry thats the only issue.
Scrambled paneer tarts and Chicken bhuna tarts both were amazing in taste 😍
Chicken wings were just perfect and was the star of the night 🌟, spice level perfect, cooked perfectly, amount of sauce perfect.
Mini Samosa another awesome dish of the night, surprised as the samosa were fried but there was no hint of oil, initially thought baked but turned out to be fried, so great job done in that case maintaining the consistency 👍
Cilantro chicken needs some attention I felt, it wasn't upto the mark.
Prawn fritters and Tempura fish was ok, nothing special just the basic.
Pizzas were good here with good amount of toppings and thin crust.

Main course: Cottage cheese tagine was decent in taste and cauliflower Britani was something new buy decent in taste. In non veg have tried chicken meatballs which was again decent but chicken horsegram curry was nice in taste and was going down well with naan.
Prawns Mac and cheese was another nice dish which was done well.

Dessert - This is the part where they get some brownie points and the spread was good too and all of them were equally good. Chocolate gateaux and coconut cake was amazing in taste 😍 Red velvet cake however felt was little hard and dry. Panama and orange cake were decent, as there were other option like fruit cake and gelatos but already full so can't be able to taste that.

Overall it was amazing, spread of the buffet is good and been charged accordingly so not too heavy on the pocket and value for money place.

Must try dish 🌟
Chicken Bhuna Tarts
Chicken wings
Chocolate Gateaux

This place started their new buffet so I went with my friends. They have good variety of options. Service was good staff was friendly.

#Palato
#sundaybrunch

After reviewing many restaurants..the kids got excited with the palatine menu.
Was Palato palatable??? Oh boy...more than palatable. A nice continental/fusion spread. After a long time enjoyed a wonderful hearty meal. The ambience, the service ,the food...baaki sab was first glass😀( sorry just being filmy😋)

The kids, my sister and Jiju we all loved the food. The starters were a mix of authentic and fusion. I particularly liked the momos and a Aloo preparation. The cilantro chicken was spicy for my palate but rest had it. Fried fish again was nice and crispy...
The lemon mocktail took the crown. In the scorching heat it was just the refreshment you want. I am craving for more since evening..
There a was a fantastic salad bar..with a bread station. I was biased as my all time favourite egg salad on the menu..I stopped at that.

I skipped the mains. But rest everybody had. Thai Red curry and Mac cheese with prawn was the favourite. I had a bite too and loved the creaminess but really had no place to eat .

I tried all the desserts and my favourite would be chocolate souffle and the gelato.
If I had to take out something negative.. then I would just request to make sure the sandwich is soft. It was little dry. And maybe little fine tuning with the desert bar. But this certainly mean it was bad. Just a little fine tuning

Thank you team #Palato for a wonderful afternoon. All the best. My good wishes to the entire team. Looking forward to more of Palato!

Thanks to Mr. Tuna Das , restaurant manager for coming and helping us with our orders and making sure we get everything. Raju was waiting on us. Thanks Raju!

Palato has always been one of my favorites for Italian cuisine. They have recently launched their dinner buffet which is a fusion of Indian and Italian cuisine. They have a range of 12 starters (6 veg and 6 non veg) + main course + desserts + unlimited mocktails at a very minimal price of Rs. 700 all inclusive. We were invited here to try out their new menu.

One of my favorite places serving continental cuisine here in Hyderabad, just launched their very new dinner buffet priced at Rs.700 in their rustic ambient café and we were invited for a tasting session.

My review for the dinner buffet is as follows:

SALAD BAR:
It is a build your own salad bar that serves you heaven on a platter. The counter’s biggest plus point is exactly what we look for in a salad - fresh vegetables, choicest meat and dressings; you can genuinely feel the crunch that devours yours taste as you bite into your portion.

BREAD STATION:
It had freshly baked PRETZELS, FOCASSIA, JAMAICAN BREAD and options of WHITE/BROWN/MULTIGRAIN BREAD alongside CROUTONS AND BREADSTICKS served with HERB BUTTER. Warm PITA BREAD served with HUMUS, SPICY AIOLI and TOMATO SALSO was my favorite from this counter.

DRINKS:
PINKBERRY ICE TEA had delicious chilled ice tea with strawberries, which was incredibly refreshing. CLASSIC FRAPPE was rich and creamy to say the least.

VEG STARTERS:
SOYA CHAAP KEBABS were not only healthy but invigorated my taste buds with the mild spicy favors that packed a punch. SCRAMBLED PANEER TARTS was an interesting take with scrambled paneer makhni served on the tart topped with liquid cheese, not bad. VEG DIMSUMS had finely shredded veggies and were steamed to perfection. SPINACH AND BETELNUT LEAF CHAAT was a classic twist to the mundane leafy vegetable, which was crunchy and tasted amazing. BENGALI FRITTERS were my absolute favorites and reminded me of the mixed vegetable chop that we used to hog on the streets of Calcutta. The MINI SAMOSAS were flavorful, bite sized, less oily and crunchy. SWEET AND SPICY PANEER was not something I liked as the flavors of the dish were confusing and didn’t blend together on the plate.

NON-VEG STARTERS:
CILANTRO CHICKEN was full of incredible flavor, juicy bite size boneless chicken pieces in a cilantro lime marinade. CHICKEN BHUNA TARTS served mildly spiced keema filled on tarts topped with cheese fondue was heavenly. CHICKEN DIMSUMS were moist inside, served hot. TEMPURA FISH had filleted fish coated with the glutten free batter, which lacked flavor inside but was crispy on the outside, however was too oily for my palate. PRAWN FRITTERS was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, which was a typical Malay street vendor specialty. Hot lipsmackingly delicious CHILLI CHICKEN WINGS, which tasted delicious and yummy, but you'll need to have plenty of napkins on hand!

NON-VEG PIZZA:
CHICKEN RAGOUT PIZZA was tasty-cheesy-crispy loaded with mildly spiced chicken bits and cheese.

VEG MAIN COURSE:
BALMIEH BIL ZEIT was a famous rich lebanese okra stew that was not only tasty but aslo perfect for the weight watchers. COTTAGE CHEESE TAGINE was a morroccan inspired stew having fresh cut paneer. CAULIFLOWER BIRIYANI was perfect for anyone on a keto diet and tasted amazing. CURRY LEAF PILAF was fragrant, mildly spiced and was average. CAPELLINI AGLIO E OLIO had long strands of thin italian pasta tossed in minced garlic and olive oil garnished with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

NON-VEG MAIN COURSE:
ARROZ CON POLLO is a spanish inspired chicken and rice preparation which tasted average. PRAWN MAC N CHEESE was gooey, cheesy and delicious with the fresh prawns adding a further dimension to the simple comfort dish. CHICKEN HORSEGRAM CURRY or ulava charu chicken was finger licking good. CHICKEN MEATBALLS had rich creamy gravy, which was delicious, however the meatballs were hard and didn’t do justice to beautiful dish, which it could have been otherwise.

DESERTS:
They served ten assorted gourmet pastries and home made artisanal gelato. My favorites were PANAM, RED VELVET CAKE, CHOCOLATE GATEAUX and CHOCOLATE MOUSSE. However the FRUITCAKE, COCONUT CAKE and ORANGE CAKE were not upto the mark. The new artisan GELATOS served were just average and didn’t have a greater appeal like their other desserts.

Taste: 4/5 | Ambiance:5/5 | Service:4/5 | Value for money: 4/5| Overall:4/5
