The owner is arrogant his behaviour is real mess,
If that would have been better, the sales would have been much more than now, other setback is u 've to pay in cash only, he won't accept any other method

its my favorite sweets shop from childhood very great taste of all sweets. Gulab Jamuna taste is very super. carrot halwa malai Gever winter special and the taste is very good. great place for all sweets.
Have been visiting since 10 years. My personal Fav Ajmer Kalakand.. It tastes awesome but one should be suprised they still run on cash only. No QR nor Card.

Where do I begin? This is my most favorite sweet shop in the whole world. My dear, late grandfather, D. Narender Rao, had always taken me to Balaji since I was a child to buy me sweets, and especially during my visits to India (since I reside in the US). My kind Thatha would, without fail, ensure my parents, siblings and I got to have a taste during every visit. Although all their sweets and snacks are superb quality, my absolute favorite ones are ajmeri kalakhand, white kalakhand, gulab jamun, rasmalai, ghatia numkeen. I’ve never tasted such Indian sweets anywhere else. Recently, a friend of mine visited hyderabad and brought me back Balaji kalakhand to New York where I now reside (see pics) and it has felt SO NICE to taste it after several years. It brought tears to my eyes as it also made me remember my Thatha, whom I still miss constantly. While visiting India will never be the same for me again without Narender Thatha, I look forward very much to visiting Balaji next time when I come. My family lived in Kachiguda/Chappal Bazaar area for four or five generations now, and Balaji has ALWAYS been a staple. I only wish they opened a shop or shipped to the US, it would be very meaningful for my mom (Narender’s daughter) and my younger siblings. MUST VISIT SWEET SHOP for anyone visiting or residing in Hyderabad!!

It's a great and famous mithai bandar since a long ago. I have seen from my father's time we were bringing from here. It is to recommend everyone to have a break and taste the delicious sweets. Prices are affordable to common man and here it is self service for everyone. Most of the people choose takeaway different types of sweet and snacks.
Prime stuff, look no further, really too, too good. Even after 4 days after purchasing & reaching my home in kerala, their jelabi was yummy 😋.
Actually went there to buy Panneer jilebi,but it is expensive & quantity is less per kilogram & not too tasty.Then I went for Peta sandwich ,which too soft & tasty.not so expensive, per kilogram can get 30pieces. It lightly smells like Orange flavor.Cova which is in between adds more taste to it. most of the relatives who tasted it,gave good feedback.
