ITC has created a one of a kind experience with their Fabelle Boutiques. I had the opportunity of visiting the one at ITC Kohenur. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with the smell of fresh chocolates. The chefs were making chocolates right behind the counter while I was purchasing some pieces. We tried the Ruby Gianduja, the Elements, Rocky Road, Strawberry Mousse and Choco Mousse with Nuts and Berries. Needless to say these gourmet chocolates are insanely expensive and in some cases (like the Elements), the prices are really not justified. Their Luxury Bars are their best offerings and should definitely be tried though.
Extremely helpful staff, chef ajay has been a delight, as makes customised desserts, chef kasturi also makes great beverages, please check out pictures too see their creations
Enjoyed customised chocolates @fabellechocolates with Saurav Mishra . We have ordered different chocolate cups there. The mint chocolate cups and the crystal salt one were really good and tasty. Butterscotch was too sweet not to my liking. But if you are a dark chocolate lover, must visit the the place.
Great place for chocolate lovers... it is pricey but worth it... they have an amazing variety of dark chocolates... the texture and intensity of the cocoa in the dark chocolates are absolutely profound..
Loved the concept of different fillings in the chocolate bar like cheesecake, tiramisu etc. The petite cakes are also gob smacking good.
Would definitely visit again.
The best chocolate room in the city, in fact on of the best I have seen till now, It is on the groud floor of ITC kohenur. Fabelle is present at all ITC properties across the country . I stayed at kohenur for couple of days and both the days I visited fabelle for my night dessert. Try paraline nut I liked it very much

I was lucky enough to have enough room in my stomach to try not 1, not 2 but 5 of their brilliant creations. Their signature chocolate collection, Elements, will literally blow your mind. The beautiful interplay of textures and flavours will leave you wanting for more. And that's part of what tempted me to try the Banofee and Black forest entremets, which enthralls all of your senses, bringing to life familiar flavours in a new avatar. Instrumental in turning this experience into an ever lasting memory, bite by bite, was Chef Nikitha and her dedicated team. Trust me, you don't want to miss out on this sweet package of chocolates and conversations.
Outstanding cakes. Nikitha turns out the best cakes by any standards. This is the second time we placed an order for a cake. Both times, we were surprised at how good the cake was. The Fabelle chocolates are also very good.
Had a wonderful experience with chocolate making at ITC Kohenur with Chef Nikitha! Would go back for more! Learnt about different kinds of cocoa and realised there so much science behind the art of chocolate making !!! You should try too !!!

Decadent, that's the word that comes to my mind every time I have chocolate desserts from Fabelle. Beautifully designed and one of a kind presentation from the chefs. Each piece is both dense in flavour and dense on your wallet.
My husband and I went there, their dessert was amazing. We took Ganache Rich dark, as suggested by the staff, it was so good that we'll come back for more of it.

The desserts are amazing. We had Vanilla Cremeux bar and Blackforest Revisited , we like it alot and we packed more of it to take home. The staffs are very friendly.
Most desserts are ganache heavy - so great for dark chocolate lovers. The hot chocolate is the best!
