I have been here couple of times now, and i have always gone for the C3 chicken sandwich and it has never been disappointing. It is very tasty, with the added bonus of being healthy as well :) 
However, Id recommend this place as a grab and go rather than a sit down restaurant as the space is a bit too small.

If you are a veggie lover DONOT miss the veg bean meal.
I must have had it a hundred times now and I'm not stopping anytime soon :)

Ordered.
I am not well and was craving for some mama ka mushroom soup. This mushroom soup made me so happy.. very close to how mama made at home. Spinach mushroom omelet was okay. Portion was smaller than other places, but good taste wise. Feeling better now.

I have tried every possible healthy food outlet in Banjara and Jubilee, and without a doubt FFC is the best for food options, taste and service. Wat a melon salad and paneer sandwich are my favorites. I took vegetarian keto meal subscription which is a really tricky food genre but it worked very well for me. The entire staff from owners to delivery people go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with your food. Highly recommend FFC!

Perfect food for the people in diet. Contains all the nutrient vegetables and the chicken is yummy.

Came to know about this place from my idol @junaidkaliwala who is a pro body builder and then I started having meals from hear. They have huge variety so that I am never bored.

Amazing shakes (tried chocolate and watermelom protien shake, who would mix watermelon and chocolate, really good though), salads and sandwiches - c3 chicken sandwich was really good

A bit expensive but healthy food made easy. Meals with chicken or fish have 120gms each and you can always add on accordingly. The sweet potato fries were a instant love. Recently tried Mashed sweet potato and loved it.

It was great experience at the fit food company. Mushroom soup and peri peri chicken burger with multi grain burger buns were really lip smacking.
