Actually room was bit small can stay 2 person comfortably. Neatness maintained perfectly. Friendly staff and regular service provided if we request. Overall a good place to stay without any trouble.

The hotel itself is basic. The rooms are small and minimalist.
There is a TV, fan and split unit air conditioning system in each bedroom. The mattress was firm, which I prefer.
The rooms are clean, and the staff friendly and they do try to accommodate requests and offer help for guests when requested.
The best part of the hotel is the proximity to the HICC. The distance is easily covered on foot in under 10 minutes. The vast majority of the guests that I saw during my stay were attending conferences there.
Just across the road is a well stocked supermarket. A short distance on is the main road, with various shops and several restaurants.
Breakfast was a simple buffet style affair, with a small selection of Indian dishes, usually with some form of roti. It changed most days so I never felt bored. There's also sliced bread, butter and jam, if you prefer.
On evenings, David's opens up with a small crowd gathering for a quick meal. The food was very enjoyable.
If you are going to a conference in HICC, I would recommend this budget hotel, especially if the novotel is full.
It’s a great experience with these Myplace Hyderabad hotel guys. They understand the concept how to make you happy with their services. It’s like staying at my won place, so calm and pleasant.......
Room is very good at reasonable price. This is near to International convention centre. Thos who have to attend something at convention centre and have limited budget or want to save some money -- this hotel is the best option for them.
