The cleaning and cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The staff is supportive. The owner is very kind. The rooms are available in reasonable price. The location is also good. Abids market, sultan Bazar market and koti market is near to the hotel. Nizam college is also near by the hotel.

This is my third stay in this hotel and first after Covid-19. Last time we were here in 2018. In this 5 years they have changed their decor n styling. But what has not changed is their warm welcome n hospitality.

I have recently stayed in this hotel. I chose this hotel mainly as a budget friendly option and I did not need any luxury. The hotel was up to the mark, though cleanliness of sheets, bathroom could be improved. But I have no complaints, as they did address my concerns upon request.
I have booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip for 3 days and I had to change my plan and leave on the first day itself (after check-in). MakeMyTrip did not offer any kind of cancellation/modification after check-in (which is very weird) and we tried reaching to different customer care numbers for any possible adjustments. Eventually the owner of the hotel agreed to carry forward 2 days stay which was a good gesture. I needed to return to Hyderabad the next week and I used up my 2 days stay from the previous booking without any cost. I was pleasantly surprised by this as the owner was never obliged to do that. Thanks. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a budget friendly stay.
