My stay at Mercure Hotel Hyderabad was nothing short of exceptional. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, the service was impeccable, and the location was convenient. The culinary experience exceeded expectations, with a delightful array of dishes. I must commend the outstanding customer service, particularly from Receptionist Ramesh, who went the extra mile to facilitate our check-in during the wee hours. His dedication and efficiency made a significant difference. Special thanks also to the Night Guest Relationship Manager for ensuring our stay was seamless. Wonderful place, Friendly, courteous & helpful staff. Rooms are spacious & well appointed. Complimentary breakfast had a good spread & was delicious. Had lunch and dinner. Both were satisfactory and the staff Aromal and the rest are wonderful at what they do. Used the gym. Small but equipment is excellent. Negative - no swimming pool.

Had booked 90 plus rooms for four days with students group. Fantastic service was given by each and every department of the Hotel. They made our trip successfully by accommodating with any last minute requirements. From our arrival to departure we were received and send off warmly. Special thanks to General manager.

Great experience. We had a birthday function at the Mercure hotel. Food was fantastic. Greatness goes to Executive chef. Team of all food and bevarage sevice and hospitality was very very suuuuuuuper. GM of the hotel was great.His personalized treatment to each and every of my family member. No words about the service team Anirudh, jyothi,Arun, Chandu, Dinakar fentastic team got Mercure hotel. Five of those team make the event waaaaaaav. Finally manager on duty Mr. Mahesh services un forgettable.

It was a good experience with Hotel being friendly and helpful and clean and Food Good. Several items Food and Drink not available although in season. The only thing letting it down slightly was that some staff did not speak good enough English to avoid mis communication, like ordering a Chicken Sandwich but a cheese Sandwich arrive later. The Spa although possibly not directly run by the Hotel, nevertheless influences a review and no welcome and it was soulless, most items on the Spa not available but listed. That lead to disappointment .

I visited Mercure Hyderabad the previous day .. Room was clean with good fragrance, bed was clean & comfy. Floor was completely clean. Bathroom was clean & all hygiene was taken into consideration.

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotels Hyderabad, and my 4-day experience was fantastic. The variety in breakfast choices was impressive, the staff was incredibly courteous, and the room service, as well as the car valet, were prompt and efficient. Overall, a delightful stay that exceeded my expectations.

Stayed for 3 nights.Had a great time here. Enjoyed my stay and the service was excellent. Twin bedroom-10/10 Staff-10/10 Food-9/10 Location-10/10 Hygiene -10/10 A bit pricey but we magaged to get a good deal online. Definitely worth the price thou. This hotel is well maintained and the food is great too.

We booked this hotel, based on my experience of the Accor brand and associated global quality, for a few days of relaxation. I was pleasantly surprised about the overall high Standards of room service, well laid out room, high quality food, excellent buffet, quick laundry service and more importantly friendly staff. Exceptional service right from check-in.Hotel staff makes us feel homely and valuable. Buffet spread is vast and tasty. Loved and enjoyed staying here and wish to stay in future visits. Yoga area on the Terrace Floor is very unique to see..
