Well! Dhaba 1986! This place stole my heart for its beautiful and creative ambiance! The entire ambiance of the restaurant was very well constructed with beautiful colours making it eye appealing! And trying to embark a Dhaba Style of aesthetics was commendable.
We went there for dinner after a tiresome day at work! Letβs go though the experience now:
~*Chicken Shorba*~
This was the most flavour soup I ever had! It was truly delightful. The flavour of the pepper and the very consistency of the soup was bang on! Great it tasted!
~*Masala Papad*~
It was quite spicy I say! The amount of Red Chilli and the green chillies blend made the masala base for the Papas pretty spicy!
~*Highway Chicken Tikka*~
This dish was a bombardment of flavours, absolutely delicious and the chicken was cooked to perfection giving it a dhaba taste! Too good it was!
~*Indian Breads*~
We munched on some Indian Breads like Garlic Naan and Garlic Butter Naan to accompany our Curry Main course!
~*Chilly Chicken*~
Chilly chicken gravy was not very tasty as expected! It could have been better!
~*Chicken Biryani*~
Skipping out some Biryani during Lunches or Dinners is absolutely incorrect! The chicken Biryani was tasty and quite spicy which was a good dish to relish!
~*Dhaba ka Meetha*~
Dhaba ka Meetha was just love! It was super tasteful and the sweetness was right to the point!
To sum up, it was a good dinner. However, the dishes seemed a bit overpriced!

I've been to this restaurant couple of times and tried most of their dishes from the menu but only one thing which keep making me visit there again, is their Dal Makkhani. Great choices of North Indian food.

The food is very very delicious. The typical taste of the punjabi food can be experienced here. The goli soda is the special drink which you must try at this place.

It's a small place but is very good. It's a perfect place for a family/friends get together for a lunch/dinner. I personally prefer dinner. The typical dhaba feel. This place is always crowded.

The service was great. They were very good and well trained at their work. Should improve a bit more on crowd handling methods.

Ambience : proper feel of a punjabi dhaba from entrance only . The style of serving food decor everthing is fabulous . 4.5/5
Food : i ordered paneer tikka , naan , beers , makki ki roti saag , chicken kabab . The chicken was really good juicy and perfectly cooked . Saag also taste like a pind or proper dhaba feel . Paneer tika was not upto the mark but the green chutney was was mind blowing just lived that i even ordered to pack the chutney . 4/5

One of the good place to try North Indian Food in Hyderabad. We had tried Non veg Platter, Murgh Handi, Mutton Nihari & Amritsari Kulcha. The food and service were excellent. The staff dance performance was a cherry on top which was unexpected. A little on the expensive side but worth it. Overall we had a great experience.
Large enough place with comfortable seating. Though green & blue coloured furniture is gaudy for some. Got free fries but they were cold. The drink menu was interesting, and the food menu was classic. Items were well cooked and sauces were doing their part by being spicy and tangy. Service could have been better, not by intent but by knowledge of their own dishes. Good place to unwind.
A really big restaurant that's great for enjoying North Indian food. They have a lot of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, as well as drink options. When you first arrive, they give you free fried papad to snack on while you wait for your order, which can take some time. The atmosphere is really nice with plenty of seating and a good view. The food is delicious; we ordered naan, roti, and mushroom curry.
If you do manage to get in, the food is really really delicious. Service is again really good, only if you manage to get in. The waiting period is insane, and there are very bad pre-booking options. I tried calling ahead to have a reservation and they confirmed they noted down my reservation but when I reached there, they had promptly forgotten to note my name on the register, partly maybe because of the complexity of my name.
So, good luck while getting in. Always go 30-40 minutes before you're hungry since on a weekend, the wait time would be at least 20-25 minutes.
Once you get in, you'll love this place instantly. With a wide variety of food and drinks options, this place will win over you and nullify the contempt that you felt while waiting.
Try malai broccoli even if you hate broccolli.

Total filmy ambiance, very vibrant and happy place to visit with family and friends. Food was delicious and good quantity. Lots of seating space, boliwood music and free fried papads keep you busy till your order comes. Friendly staff quick service and neat place. Many times earlier also we had food there.
Nice ambience, sitting arrangement and if you want to enjoy Bollywood melody then must visit place. They also have pub if anybody wants to enjoy Friday night. Overall experience was good getting North Indian food in south is india its a treat. Must visit place.
A great place for authentic and tasty punjabi food. Loved the food, ambience and service.
Few days ago I was looking for home delivery of soya chaap rolls and ordered it from this restaurant. It took time to get it delivered but the taste and packaging was top notch which led me to find this restaurant.
That's when I got to know that it's a well known among the foodies in Hyderabad and serving top notch Punjabi cuisines.
Classic thandai and lassi were refreshing.
Palak patte ki chaat is something new and addictive. Found it taste to be much better than regular chaat option. Amritsari paneer kulha with butter chicken is mouth watering π€€
This restaurant has a good ambience, which made me feel good. Initially we ordered naan and tandoori roti and they served it pretty quickly. The curries we tasted were butter chicken and kadhai panner, both are nice. We tried virgin mojito and it was pretty good. The only disappointment that I felt was the chicken biryani, it had a good amount of pieces but it felt bland and tasteless. A good place to visit for lunch and prices are on the higher side.
