More counters available and better organized. Car parking available. No driving track. So need to book driving test at other center even though the address falls in this rta region. Agents r available all the time.
Great job by Telangana government. All counter employees extremely helpful. The Khaki dressed official enquiry counter also very very hopeful. Congrats Telangana RTA.

Within 10 mts my work is over. But there is no sufficient chairs to sit elderly persons.

Staff is moderately friendly and will share next steps to get your job done.
The Infrastructure the staff use is outdated, they got to improve in that area to get the work done fast.
I was aware of the process from their front desk.

Return cards issue time - 15:30 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs.
Visited after long time. Good to see most of the things are online. Upto my knowledge everything should be booked online for appointment and paid online and get the print at assigned time. Note, in online for license number field enter reference number and choose TS010 as RTA office (RTA-Hyderabad-NZ-TS010), if it don't work try other wise because they swapped the DL number with reference recently.
***They don't mention Aadhar card as required in documentation, however asks while submitting, so better to carry always.

Was here for my new vehicle registration, it was raining heavily, more scope for infrastructure to be developed as there is little place for public to have shelter during rain.
The police are doing excellent job with social distancing. Hats off! Never seen RTA this organised earlier.
Always carry a Pen, Pencil and an eraser for registration. It is advisable to also carry both original and extra photo copies of the document. Arrange the documents in the prescribed order for registration (Refer photo)
You don't really require an agent if you are patient.
Less crowd at 11.30 a.m. being Thursday. I had booked a slot for licence renewal. Went with the booking slip, direct to the Photo room,gave my shot and out! NO Queue at all.
