Came to rescue with an amazing cake at short notice.... Understood customisation so well and though i was nervous what it will turn out... They definitely exceeded my expectations with the final outcome... Taste was awesome... Sponge was perfect.... Presentation was superb....
Ordered a custom cake design with Panda and Penguin. I am glad that they executed to the perfection. Cake was so beautiful and delicious.
I like their service and communication. Finally, payment process was easy and they even accepted PayPal. It helped me a lot since, I live in US.

Loved the cup cakes and the strawberry cake ordered for my son's 1st birthday. I ordered the cake in a Madagascar theme. The cake decoration was professionally done and it looked wonderful. Salted caramel cup cake was pretty good as well. Rubina and her team do an amazing job. The quality and the reasonable pricing makes this place a better option than the other 'fine' bakery/cup cake places in Hyderabad.
That said, there were two things that disappointed me: (a) I paid thousands for the birthday cake and for more than 300 cup cakes. Yet I was charged INR 350 for delivery to a location less than 5 kms away. This should really consider free delivery when clients spend so much. (b) next, even though I was charged delivery amount, the cake was delivered 1.5 hours late. I asked for the entire delivery to be made by 6.30pm, but they only showed up at 8 and then took another 10mins to assemble the 3 tiered birthday cake. I had about 200 guests waiting by this point. Had it not been for this, the experience would have been a 5 on 5. I certainly see myself ordering from them again, but with strong expectations on delivery time.
These guys put in your imagination into cake.. Just got what I wanted .. Though the taste of the cake could slightly be improved.. But the looks of the cake surpassed all of that... Perfect cake for a perfect bday!
They have cupcakes for every occasion. ..like literally! I had ordered customised cupcakes and they weren't a disappointment at all...visually stunning creations and adorable sizes but the taste isnt that luscious. A great step by these amazing people. Keep up the good work folks!
Hyderabad cup cakes sure does live up to it's name! I wanted a customized game of thrones theme cake and had contacted various bakeries for it. Hyderabad cup cakes immediately agreed to make it while all others declined saying it requires too much work. The cake made by Hyderabad cup cakes was not only delicious it was exactly the same in design as the photo I had sent them! They are also really polite and go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I am very very impressed by them and would definitely recommend their cakes to my friends for parties. Iv attached a photo of the cake they made... It was awesome!

I thought I would never get red velvet cupcakes as nice as the ones which me and my girlfriend had at a French cafe in Hauz Khas village in Delhi...but but but to my astonishment I was amazed when zomato helped me to get connected to Hyderabad Cupcakes....Awesome...Surprised my girlfriend on her birthday!

The only disappointment i have is with PRICE ,,its over priced ... we have many bakers who can offer the same stuff in best price and in this situation i am sure you would not like to loose your clients :) :)

Due to some last minute goof-ups I ended up ordering cupcakes for a friend’s birthday from Hyderabad cupcakes. It was the first time and the only time I had cupcakes in Hyderabad, and Woah what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be.
We ordered a dozen cupcakes (2 of a kind)-
We received 3 of Red velvet cupcakes and 3 of Choco-orange cupcakes, as one of our flavours got misplaced, although right now I don’t even remember which flavour that was. The cream cheese icing on red velvet cupcake was super.
We got 2 each of the Tangy lemon, Choco delight and Espresso Punch, all of which were amazing. The cake in the tangy lemon cupcake wasn’t that tangy though.
Anyway the thing that makes these cupcakes so wonderful is the rich quality of cream and cake. The lady I spoke with, I can’t quite recall her name, was quite helpful with the whole logistics and stuff.
I paid 1000 for a dozen. I didn’t like the fact that they deliver only if u order a dozen. So a suggestion- it would be great if u could also deliver ½ a dozen.
Overall, I think it’s one of Hyderabad’s finest bakeries in terms of quality.
The cupcakes and cakes we got were absolutely delicious!! Our guests loved the taste and flavour and the custom decoration was the "cherry on top"!!
We also got eggless cake pops, and the kids were very happy with them. Can't wait to try more of their flavours!
Absolutely delicious cupcakes!!! We got the Red Velvet, Chocolate Delight, Butterscotch Rumble and Pina Colada. Each cupcake flavor was made very well. The icing and cupcake was light and fluffy and tasted yummy!

One's Birthday is a occasion when you feel like world to that person. Birthdays usually foster creativity in terms of gift and ideas. So it was my husband birthday and since last time I went with him to fetch his birthday cake, I decided that I am not gonna repeat that this year. So started my research on different kind of cakes and different decorations available on cake. I found out various shops selling this unique idea of custom cakes but then you need to order a huge quantity of cake, around 1.5kg or more, to get it customized, After lot of thoughts, discussion with friends and spending hours on internet watching cake photos, I decided to get customized cupcakes for my husband birthday.
Best thing about cupcakes is each small cupcake can be used to represent something and if you are really creative, you can make person fall in love with those. I ordered around 12 cupcakes with delivery from Hyderabad cupcakes after hearing a lot about their creativity, taste and quality of decor.
After deciding about decorations on cupcakes, I mailed them about my requirements. I ordered a box of 12 cupcakes with a mix of Chocolate delight and Tuxedo. I mentioned few things that represent my husband like whisky bottle, basketball, laptop, heart, few smileys and two hearts, I was quite excited but suddenly 2 days before, it stuck me that it is completely in their hands to make us say "wow" or throw entire pack in dustbin as I will only be able to see it once it gets delivered. So I mailed them if they are going show me or at least give me few pictures which they are going to put on cake but no reply came from their side. I was quite worried but then people who have ordered from here assured it can't be bad. After a long wait finally I was delivered box of cupcakes a little late on day it was supposed to be delivered.
So now coming to quality and taste of food. Taste wise I must it was a deal kind of cupcakes. Chocolate delight has a soft chocolate base topped with rich chocolate cream with perfect level of sugar. Liked it. Tuxedo has kind of same chocolate base which has cheese cream topping. Liked it too but don't know some "wow" factor was missing in this topping. So taste wise I must give them 4/5 but then I reduced as I was really really disappointed to see decorations on cupcakes. Some decorations were really nice like whisky bottle, 2 smileys but few were disaster. Heart was pink and small and was not at all looking good. On 2 cupcakes, I ordered red roses but somehow I ended up giving brown roses to my husband on his birthday :P You can understand amount of anger and disappointment. It is when I ordered it on email. I don't know what must have happened if I had given order on phone.
Overall it was looking like, heart and mind was not put into decoration. Even simple text like "Happy birthday" was written in such an unattractive way. They did decoration on it but no with full heart.
So my advice to all people who are thinking to try this shop is please eat cupcakes if you like good quality of cupcakes but for decoration, this thing can't be trusted much as per my experience. My overall rating goes like:-
Taste of cupcakes : 4/5
Decoration on cupcake : 2/5
Delivery/service : 3.5/5
P.S. If you are charging higher than others, at least read emails carefully because it feel bad to screw someone birthday which comes once a year.

Very recently during a friend's birthday, we wanted to give him cupcakes instead of the boring old cake. While searching online, we tumbled onto Hyderabad Cupcakes, and thought we will give it a try. We wanted to see a menu or a sample of their work before placing an order, therefore we called the owner. We went over to their house, and the business owner was very polite and courteous to us. They showed us al their cupcake catalogues so that we could browse through and take our pick!
Cupcakes are popular because of their decor capacity. If you are innovative, you could decorate a cupcake beautifully enough to make it a better gift than a cake. Turns out, these guys are the pioneers of innovation when it comes to cupcakes. There's nothing that they cannot do. They have themed cupcakes like 'Angry Birds' or 'Animals', and they make beautiful flower decor cupcakes which are good enough for weddings. We tried their 'Turtle Cake' and 'Neopolitan', and the flavors were melt-in-the-mouth awesome. During the birthday celebrations, we almost turned into a hungry mob, to get an extra bite of the cupcakes.
The other interesting thing about these guys is that they are not really as expensive as the other cupcake businesses out there. If you are looking for quality cupcakes at an affordable price, I would recommend them any day over any other hoity-toity 5star bakery in Hyderabad. In my list of recommendations, I would highly recommend their 'Red Velvet Cupcakes', 'Tangy Orange and Tangy Lemon Cupcakes'. If you are a fan of cream cheese icing, their 'Tuxedo Cupcakes' are a must try! Cream cheese frosting is a complicated recipe and needs a lot of patience and expertise. Fortunately, these guys are one of the very few people in the city who know how to get a cream cheese frosting right.
Finally, I have heard a lot about their brownies and cheesecakes in a cup. Although I have never tried them, many of my mother's friends have ordered them for kitty parties and dinner parties, so they are a must try. Give these guys a chance, the next time you have to order for a birthday, and trust me you won't be disappointed.

Very delicious cupcakes and cakes! The best ones we've had in Hyderabad. The flavours were top notch and the delivery was made promptly on time.
We got a jungle animals themed cake and cupcakes that Hyderabad Cupcakes set up in a beautiful display for our party. The fondant animals were so perfectly made...we were amazed at the detail!
We also got cake pops that were wrapped up and made lovely take home gifts! Highly recommend Hyderabad Cupcakes!

Excellent cupcakes! I ordered a customised fondant cake and cupcakes from Hyderabad Cupcakes and they totally lived up to the the glowing reviews that I read on Zomato and several other websites.
The taste was very very good and the quality and neatness of work was excellent. My guests were asking if the fondant figures on the cupcakes and cake were edible or plastic - such was the neat finish! Of course, when I told them they were edible and handmade, everyone was amazed. I passed on the info to everyone at my party.

I got a cake for my son’s first birthday. All I showed them was couple cake pics and asked them to combine both. They did an amazing job and delivered on time. Each and every detail was paid attention to and I’m so happy with the colors as they were perfect.
